This hotel is utterly charming. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They were accommodating to my needs, easy to find, and registration open during convenient hours.

If you just wanna chill, sleep and relax then this isn't a place: the nice wooden floors are the source of all kinds of sound around the clock and specially in the night.

Everything was very good. Staff friendly, food good price and tasty. The room are simple a clean rooms however the bed is to small for a couple.

Stayed overnight here. The residence is above commercial units and so there is only an entrance doorway visible from the street. There is a lift as well as stairs up to the bedrooms.

Right across street there is the bus stop to reach Donostia in a 15 minute ride. The rooms are quite clean and spacious. Ours wasn't that bright but everything overall was great. Super comfy mattress.

Great room, lovely location, amazing hosts. Breakfast was really lovely all put on for just two of us in the house at an extra cost but well worth it.

Good place to stay. 45m walking distance to the city center and 30m from the train station to Bilbao.

This Pension is basic but has so much going for it. Fantastic location. Comfortable beds. Extremely clean. The best service we have come across in a long time.

Lovely pension with wonderful location in the old town. Owners were so friendly and helpful when we turned up at their door due to an issue with where we were supposed to be staying.

The room was practical and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. Bed was nice and everything was fully functional. It was also the cheapest place in the area.

Pension Saint-Martin exceeded our expectations. Our room was spotlessly clean. Every day, even though we didn't ask for it, our room was cleaned, and our beds were made.

Couldn't believe the value of Pension Martin in one of Spain's most popular tourist cities. The place was immaculately clean and well appointed with charging stations above each bed.

Just 5 minutes walk from the bus and railway stations, Pension Santa Clara is well located in the old town.

Overall great place.
Easy and quick to get from airport with bus/metro. Located in the old part of city with plenty of great food around.

Es mejor albergue que he estado. Todo es muy limpio. Have towels white and soft, amazing for the hostel! The kitchen has everything that you need. The shared space is lovely, green, comfortable.

My stay has been great! Clean rooms and showers, keys and locks working as intended, comfortable bed, slept well, five stars, would book again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:
1) The place is easy into and out and you don't have to deal with the city traffic.
2) The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

We stayed in the ibis budget Bilbao city hotel in May. The location of the hotelwas ideal and close to the supermarket, cafes and transport.

Very comfortable private room in a hostal. Comfortable cafe space downstairs. Easy to access the facility. It is a little far from center of San Sebastian.

Super helpful staff, Mura was extremely helpful and accommodating as were the rest of the staff. The rooms are nice and the scenery when walking out the hotel is stunning.

We had a great stay at Pension Bekale. Very friendly owners who made a lovely breakfast, a very comfortable room and a very nice location.

Lovely place, lovely people. We arrived and got ourselves lost in this tiny jewel of a village, and were talked to the hotel by telephone… imagine the embarrassment!
