Really relaxing location, and a lovely cabin bedroom. Beautiful area, well worth exploring.

We were in town to visit family and see the area. The rooms were clean, and the staff that greeted us was very nice and welcoming. The room consisted of a queen bed and one single bed.

Convenient location for the main train station, and not too far from the old town and transit. The 'casita' was comfortable enough, though an extra handhold for the ladder would have been appreciated.

Best hostel I've ever stayed at hands down. Super clean, super new, super cozy. The photos don't lie. If you wanna treat yourself (on a budget) book yourself a few nights here.

WOW! What an amazing find. The location is absolutely perfect, a quick walk down to the beach (less than 5 minutes) and a short 15 minute walk to old town!

Hotel Donosti exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials.

Very nice accommodation for a fair a price. The location was perfect for our needs and it’s very easy to get to the center by bus. Also the staff was lovely and made us feel welcomed.

Lovely location — short walk to the beach and a 10–15 min walk to Centro where all the shops/pintxo bars are. The staff was so kind, helpful, and hospitable!

Our stay was extremely comfortable. A great room, with a nice terrace/balcony.

Very friendly host, they received a package we had sent from somewhere else, helped us store our bikes and luggage for the day. Rooms were totally fine, I recommend!

Small, clean hotel a short walk from the bus station and short walk to the Kursaal and Zurriola Beach (the one with the surfers).

Great spot to spend the night in the historical downtown. A little noisy but even though we stayed in the room closest to the reception, it was totally fine.

The Bypillow Bilbo staff have been beyond kind and helpful during my ordeal with a double booking through another platform.

This is not in the heart of the center but still very close — with Barik card there is a great opp to go to the center or to the famous bridge by train — metro station is near the stadium.

This was an unplanned visit due to our vehicle breaking down. What a lovely hotel, extremely friendly staff who go above and beyond to help. The rooms are spotless, as is the whole hotel.

Outstanding location on the beach front. Reasonable rates (off the peak season), quiet, comfortable, breakfast available in the restaurat at floor level, available for lunch and dinner too.

This is a review for the cafeteria as we ate lunch there but did not stay at the hotel. This is a simple, family-style restaurant. Honest, tasty food at a good price — 18 euros 50 for 3 courses.

Amazing staff, especially Martin on reception! The hotel is spotless and has such charm. It was like a little oasis! Minibar was well stocked too, with lots of options.

Stopped totally per chance on a day trip to Getxo — was tempted by the menu in the window! Wow wow wow — Fabulous Menu del día.

The open areas and the facade of the hotel are very nice but the rooms are a little tatty.

I came to this hotel as a solo traveler from California, having basic level conversational spanish skills.

Positive: A unique property with lots of interesting features. A real sense of history in this tasteful conversion. Masses of character.

A lovely traditional country house in the small village of Labastida on the Basque Rioja wine route. Rooms are comfortable and homely. The owner/manager was very welcoming and extremely helpful.

Very unique hotel and perfect location but it's the staff that made this hotel great. They went above and beyond to adhere to our requests. Spa and restraunt were also excellent.

This is a beautiful facility that was remodeled with every detail in mind and yet it is very affordable. The two memorable men that own it couldn’t have made our visit more fun.

You could not find a better location. Not used to small facility but was surprised at how easy it was to come and go. Arrived late but code access to all was super easy.

Perfect to go and visit quite a numerous places in the Natural park and other places if you love nature.

Hotel is comfortable, but the AC didn’t work. There wasn’t a big window to open, so no ventilation was possible as the sky light didn’t stay open.

Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA.

A very modest accommodation in the centre of Bermeo.
Although modest it was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Beds were comfortable, spacious and private, kitchen area had two hobs and even some spices you could use.

Casa Arotzenea sits atop a mountain with a loverly terrace and garden. The host is friendly (though speaking hardly any English) and the rooms are very clean and cleaned every day!
