We loved our stay at the Bilder Hotel.
We had a room at the front, it was very clean and spacious.
The team on the reception are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Bilder Hotel Bilbao for two nights and were really impressed with the value and location — right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything just a short walk away.

We stayed here for just one night, but I would definitely come back — it was an excellent experience!
The house looks very new and beautiful.

We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! Ideal location as it's close to San Sebastian but in a quiet area surrounded by fields and orchards. The view from our room was spectacular.

Comfortable, convenient, caring. We hit the jackpot when we found this gem of a hotel. Located at the heart of the old town, the hotel is very comfortable with great showers and beds.

Excellent location in the old town (Siete Calles). Staff is absolutely amazing, wonderful & overall truly helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Don't go anywhere else for breakfast.

Hotel Bidaia is a fantastic stay for San Sebastián. Short walk to Gros and only 15 min walk or so to Old Town. We got the family room, which was huge. Great blackout shades and comfortable beds.

We had a good stay here. The hotel is very clean and the room was very large and well equipped. The bed was among the best I have ever slept in.
For those on a road trip — car park is good.

Lovely stay at the Gran Hotel Bilbao! We had our room looking at the canal and was super quiet at the same time! Staff was amazing, friendly, there to what we needed even above that!

Very nice hotel in Portugalete. Clean and nice room. We were lucky enough to get a room with a corner balcony and a stunning view over the water and the square.

Spent one night here on my journey back to the UK. Like the owners, herself, the hotel is very chic. But be warned, it is more like staying at a friend's house, not a chain hotel.

Villa Birdie has much going for it. Located on a quiet street and very close to town is provided the perfect place for 3 nights.

What did us best, was the hotel staff. Even in the e-mails before we arrived, they were very kind.

Great spot to spend the night in the historical downtown. A little noisy but even though we stayed in the room closest to the reception, it was totally fine.

We deliberately didn't use a cheap booking website for this hotel, so booked using their own website and sent a request for a river view room.

The rooms are clean and the food is excellent. The location is unmatched with great views of the river and the hotel is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach.

The Hotel is the most unique, beautiful, well appointed and comfy rooms. The staff is superb, and the views unparalleled. Highly recommend lodging. Great breakfast too!

We had a lovely stay of 9 days at hotel Mendi Argia. The quality of the rooms, the view of San Sebastián and the food for breakfast were all excellent.
