A stay at Goien Boutique Hotel easily deserves 5 stars. This hidden gem blends modern design with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive.

Great stay at Goien Hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, and generously sized rooms. Breakfast was excellent and they had good vegetarian options.

Great stay. Very cute, comfortable, and clean room. Loved the neighborhood. Very busy area, great bars and restaurants nearby, but also a 10 minute walk to the more touristy area of town.

A highlight of my time in Donastia / San Sebastián. This hotel is very conveniently located, and it’s great having the ocean mere blocks away.

The reviews on this hotel are quite clear already but I just want to add that it seems like a particularly accessible hotel for those with mobility issues and who require ramps (wheelchair user or

There's a reason why Hotel Bidaia is ranked so highly. The staff is extraordinary. Telmo, at the front desk, is exceptional. And rarely have I seen a hotel so spotlessly, immaculately clean.

It's a well located hotel with a very nice staff, but I cannot stress enough how good the sound isolation is at this place.

The location is perfect, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops.
The rooms are modern, stylish, and very comfortable.

Lovely stay at the Gran Hotel Bilbao! We had our room looking at the canal and was super quiet at the same time! Staff was amazing, friendly, there to what we needed even above that!

Very nice hotel in Portugalete. Clean and nice room. We were lucky enough to get a room with a corner balcony and a stunning view over the water and the square.

We loved our stay. Hotel is very nicely decorated and clean. Room was spacious. Lots of parking space. Restaurant excellent and hotel / restaurant staff very nice.

The building done to the very best standard and exceptional detail. Rooms large with everything you need.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights and was blown away with its beauty and location. The woman who runs the place does a fantastic job for the guests.

We stayed here for just one night, but I would definitely come back — it was an excellent experience!
The house looks very new and beautiful.

My wife and I stayed at Villa Birdie for eight days while in San Sebastian and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful four night stay at Villa Birdie. The owner, Blanca, made us feel at home from the very moment we arrived.

Lovely hotel, I believe it only has 2 stars, but I knew that when I booked it, and in my view, it deserved more. My room was quirky and very nice, and functional.

Hotel is in the middle of Casco Viejo (Old City) and easy to find. This was our 3rd and 4th time stay during March 2026 and we loved it again.

We deliberately didn't use a cheap booking website for this hotel, so booked using their own website and sent a request for a river view room.

The rooms are clean and the food is excellent. The location is unmatched with great views of the river and the hotel is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach.

A small provincial basic hotel. Rooms very clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Tolosa is a lovely town about 40 minutes from San Sebastian.

Good hotel, well located. The restaurant is amazing with fabulous Bask food. Wonderful cider as well. Will surely return!

Wow! Amazing small hotel in the hills overlooking San Sebastián, very stylish high end accommodation, large room, very nicely furnished, great bed and superb bathroom.

The Hotel is the most unique, beautiful, well appointed and comfy rooms. The staff is superb, and the views unparalleled. Highly recommend lodging. Great breakfast too!
