Location was perfect, a good 10-15 walk from to old town, good exercise for me especially after all the eating!

It was easy to hear noise from the hallway and there were no windows with a good view, but it was good price, the staff were kind and the room was clean and comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Nothing fancy but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our room had a lovely balcony and modern bathroom.

Simple but comfortable modern room in an old building. 1st floor with a lift for luggage. Great location with shops, cafes etc on the doorstep. Easy walk across the bridge into old town.

The location is fabulous, clean rooms and bathroom, with daily housekeeping. We had a triple room, which also had a small balcony overlooking the busy street.

I accidentally booked my flight home on the wrong day so I wanted a reasonably priced hotel for one night. The location was amazing!

Price quality is very reasonable. The rooms are modern and very well done (not easy to find modern in Bilbao). Location is center of city. As a VIP member I was given a lovely upgrade.

Surprised to see the negative reviews here as this was not our experience at all. Very comfortable rooms with a good breakfast buffet and excellent central location.

Amazing location — heart of old town. Pinxos bars were just at a doorstep.

Very beautiful area, in the middle of the nature. Fantastic views to the ocean. Hosts are super nice and they will help you to organize your trip and tell you the best local restaurants and cafes etc.

Very nice rooms close to the center of the town guernica. Super modern and clean and perfect for a short visit to guernica, as the center of town is in walking distance. Breakfast can be included.

I had excellent service from all the staff! The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean. I think its good value! 10min walk to loads of nice places to eat!

The restaurant served very good food (we had fish soup, salad and lamb). It was great as we were hungry after driving 5 hours and the lunch service is until 4 pm (it is Spain). We were grateful.

Great location overlooking the town yet within an easy walk. Comfortable bed. Fridge in room. Access to tea and coffee in kitchenette. Parking in street outside but quiet safe residential area.

Very nice location, swimming pool, good breakfast only for those who eat nothing but sweets.

This place has its own charm. Although it is in an older building, the room was not bad. A little more dust, but it felt a lot like a night at a cabin in the wilderness. Quiet place to relax.

We had a wonderful welcome from María and Fabiano! It was very helpful that they spoke English as our Spanish isn't great.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Marqués de Riscal. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the rooms were really nice and spacious.

Spellbinding! A combination of Great Architecture + Gastronomy + Vineyard + Hospitality… ALL IN ONE!

The hotel is located inside the wonderful restaurant La Caprichosa (this is also a good reference point to find the entrance on Google Maps).
Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

I wanted to see the Bodega Marques de Riscal and perfect location. A lovely surprise that it is such a beautiful and historic village.
There is very little signage to help with locating the property.
