Friendly, accomodating staff. Owner very warm easy to get along with.

TV is not working.
Has guard at the gate.
Hot strong shower water.
Water dispenser outside, but not sure if it is clean, I see some things in the cup.

Good cheap place to crash for the night. Parking is quite limited though. Free water as long as you have your own container. Caretakers were very friendly.

Parking is along the side street of the hotel or a half block behind the hotel.

We were very pleased with stay. I appreciate the staff changing my reservation at short notice.

During my stay in Hotel Pier Cuatro I can really say that this Hotel is Highly Recommended their staffs are very polite and all I need is there.

For the price this hotel was pretty good. I just got a single room for 580 pesos cash walk in. The location is good, the Wi-Fi works well and Aircon was cool.

The building and room are old and need renovation but they kept it clean and comfortable to stay. The location is excellent just beside the Lee plaza shopping mall at the heart of Dumaguete city.

My experience was so well.
We've been there with my officemates for 3 days. Unexpectedly, they clean the room every day.

Nice rooms, restaurant closed at 9pm, could not buy a bottle of water in hotel, had to search a nearby store. There were water dispensers on the floors near rooms, reception did NOT advise us of this.

This is the last night staying here with my husband🥰, the place was good and the ambiance too specially if you want to relax outside and feel the ocean breeze specially night time🥰🥰 food was great

There are really seaturtles! The reef is directly in front, and you can just start snorkelling.
