Cheap hotels in Visayas

The place is near SM Seaside Mall, probably 15-18 minute drive via Grab or InDrive.

Small place. Small room. No elevator, BUT.
No pretense, either. The facility was clean. The room was clean. 7-11 across the street (huge) Brutal steep stairs keeps bellman busy.
Enjoyed my brief stay.

I stayed at Avida Towers Cebu during a recent work trip, and it was a very convenient choice.

Avida Towers in Cebu is honestly one of the best places you can stay in the city. Located right in IT Park, the location is absolutely perfect and incredibly convenient for both short and long stays.

Rcee Place by RedDoorz.
I had a great stay at Rcee Place by RedDoorz, located at Natalio B. Bacalso Ave, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu.

Great if you're a backpacker looking for a clean room, and you're okay with traffic noise. The convenience store and the price is very beneficial for short stays. 🏞️🚶‍♂️💰

Good for the price & right next to IT park, shopping mall, metro supermarket, 7-11 & lots of cafes.

Everything was great and the location was very much near to international and local business companies.

Thank you so much to FFG for accommodating our last minute booking 🥹 The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had luggages but they didn’t hesitate to help despite our room being on the 2nd floor.

LOVED EVERYTHING! We went here because there was a big issue with the resort we initially booked a month in advance.

Just within the city.
With 9 to 10 pm curfew.

Drunk people noisy all night. Enjoyed all and had fun.

Surprisingly amazing. Slightly hard to find but well worth the search. A hidden gem if you will that's also affordable. Will definitely be back, especially after learning its loving history.

It is a no nonsense no frills budget hotel. Wi-fi works and the cell signal is great in the room. Window is in the ventilation shaft. Basement parking.

A budget friendly hotel. Nice but the bathroom that we have there was so not good. Thats only the problem. I hope its already fixed.

The place is safe and quiet. The staff is also accomodating and approachable. Stayed there 3D 2N at the Standard room, no hot and cold shower but water is okay. Clean room and nice bathroom as well.

Nice friendly staff and very accommodating… Rooms were affordable and clean. Very peaceful location… Pet friendly. Few minutes ride to the beach with many restaurants…

We missed our trip, so we looked for a place to stay at 4 in the morning.

The hotel is very affordable but I have the most comfortable bed compared to the other hotels in dumaguete to that t I stayed. It has exceptional clean linens, spotless room and bathroom.

Great clean location. Great staff and safe in the middle of the city. It's called The Nirvana now, so check you map. Prices are reasonable, TV in rooms, and the showers are hot.

3 days here so far and no complaints, really satisfied with my stay. It is a "budget" hotel but with an excellent staff.

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Stella recently, and it was truly a satisfying stay.

Stayed here before, overall experience was than a bit better. It's still a very nice place but unfortunately now understaffed. The room (junior suite) we had was very big!

Value for money and location is nice near mall and restaurants. Near main thorough fare. Approachable helpful staff. Easy to get taxis. Near walking distance to cebu business park. Clean room.

If your looking for a place to stay in cebu with Good accomodations, Good airconditioning, Neat rooms, with free water and coffee, polite staff, very good Wi-Fi with android tv. Walking distance to

Clean place, nice staff!
Just beside IT park, good place to stay if your planning to visit Cebu City proper.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed at the hotel for 5 days for our activity, and having the chef on-site made everything so much easier.

We had an overnight stay in this hotel. Breakfast served was excellent, so many options to choose from, including some Cebu delicacies. Staff were well-organized.

The location is really good as this is near so many restaurants and fast foods, also near the drugstore. The room is a bit smelly in the other room as told by my friend who stayed in the other room.

The Wi-Fi here is good enough for remote work.
Stayed here a week, didn't have any issues connecting with work back home.

Small suite but very nice, clean,, hot water shower, restaurant connected to lobby. Good food, tasty omelette. Friendly staff. Currency exchange across the street.

Booked a 2-bed room. For the price, its luxurious and comfy. Location-wise, its conveniently situated at the heart of the city and by the high way.

We been here 2 times and very recommended, the staff are friendly, approachable and attentive. The room was spacious, homie, and classy. Sure be back next time. 💕☺️

The 1st time with my family, the room at the 9th floor has leaking bidet, broken sink drainage, ants in the room, and even dead cockroach.
The 2nd time was me alone.

This hotels reviews had me scared about staying here and then I got there and I couldn’t understand why the reviews were so bad!

We experienced a brief but pleasant stay at this location.

I had a wonderful stay at SOGO Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was neat and organized, which made my stay relaxing.

I had a great experience staying at Hotel Sogo Cebu. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The location was also convenient.
