Cheap Hotels in Visayas

We recently booked this hotel for a night. The location is excellent—very close to fast food places, a pharmacy, and perfect for a quick grocery run.

The room is okay if you are looking for a place to just sleep in. The bed is very comfy and the AC in my room works well. The room is not pristine clean but it will do if you're not a clean freak.

We booked their Triple Room, which unfortunately faced the busy Lacson Road. You can clearly hear the traffic noise from vehicles passing by at all hours.

Rooms are clean, foods are good, staffs are accomodating and approachable especially AJ of N Bistro. He was so amicable. ☺️

Basic, clean, friendly. Resto on the first floor. Elevator. I liked it, will stay again.

It's a no frill hotel. We booked the hotel for more than 3 weeks. The room is ok. The reason for booking this hotel is that the price/room rate is very reasonable.

Budget friendly. Staff are Accommodating and friendly. The most I love is strict in visitor need to log in at the lobby for security purposes.

My parents enjoyed staying here and they told me that it was acccessible to downtown Cebu City and the rooms are good and the staff are all very approachable… and they told me to make a reservation

If you're looking for an affordable and clean place to stay while exploring Cebu, Happynest Hostel is a great choice.

I stayed at Avida Towers Cebu during a recent work trip, and it was a very convenient choice.

Avida Towers in Cebu is honestly one of the best places you can stay in the city. Located right in IT Park, the location is absolutely perfect and incredibly convenient for both short and long stays.

What a lovely hostel.

I have not stayed in this hostels however the quiz night that they put on every Thursday are good fun. You get a free drink 8-830 and then the quiz night starts.

We booked our stay at La Fiesta Hotel during the last week of May and stayed for 3 nights and 4 days.

The hotel is very well located I have smooth experience. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Stayed at Philippa’s BnB Pension in Iloilo. I checked in late, around 9–10 PM, and they still accommodated me without any issue. Really appreciated that after a long day on the road.

This is a good budget hotel to stay at in Iloilo City. I liked the location as it's quite peaceful. The staff were nice. The room was clean and had a kettle which was good.

We sincerely apologize for the previous posted review which was posted by my child (11 yrs old) for whatever reason we cannot fully comprehend.

The room is better but needs improvements. The staff is not so friendly.

Highly recommended! The staff especially kuya (unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get his name) was very accommodating and friendly. He even let us borrow an extra helmet and slippers for free.

Has hot shower and Wi-Fi. They offer motorcycle rental. They don’t have housekeeping. But approachable staff.

Great, the owner are very friendly, the location if very accessible, located beside the highway, peaceful and very clean.

This was a very nice place for a family retreat. The children enjoyed playing in the water, which is only feet from the rear of the building. The staff are extremely kind and accommodating!

The staff were extremely helpful and nice, they made us an extra early breakfast at no extra cost. Some of the staff speak little English so communication was a little challenging, but it worked.

Still the best bulalo in town. You can either have the soup or the sizzling option or both! Excellent food and overall dinning experience.

Their sizzling bulalo is a must try. Parking is the challenge though.

Honestly, staying at Bridgeview Residences for 5 months has been such a great experience—it truly felt like our home away from home.

We stayed at P1000/night. The room was clean. They have cable TV, free Wi-Fi, water, coffee, and toiletries for guests. The shower has hot water.

We love the place, actually especially that there is a pharmacy just outside the hotel. So affordable and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Ambience is great. The location is in the center of tourist attractions. Manager was so accommodating, and kind. I enjoyed my stay.

I had a great stay here in Cebu! The room was really clean and well-organized. They provided free shampoo, soap, botttlled water, and fresh towels every day.

Rooms and location ok, the rooms news hot water, than is it very good price…

This is my second stay last time the elevator worked. Checked in on April 23 2025 at 1 am the elevator was as down with maintenance signs.

The place is near SM Seaside Mall, probably 15-18 minute drive via Grab or InDrive.

Small place. Small room. No elevator, BUT.
No pretense, either. The facility was clean. The room was clean. 7-11 across the street (huge) Brutal steep stairs keeps bellman busy.
Enjoyed my brief stay.
