Cheap hotels in Visayas

Room is large. Bed is comfortable. Reception service was good. It is in the middle of the city.
There are some areas of improvement although they are still ok. The water pressure is not consistent.

My room was clean and comfortable and the staff were always friendly. The breakfast adds value to the stay and there is a pretty good selection.

Food was great but would love to have more options like vegetables, bacon and spam for breakfast 😊 CR was spacious and romantic for couples.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service from the staff was excellent—everyone was respectful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

Parking is only available outside, doesn't feel safe in my opinion.

I attended an event at this hotel and I had a great time. I was able to connect to their Wi-Fi and charge my phone and laptop.

First of All the Place is so clean. And I arrived to a kind greeting from Shali and Jai-Jai. Who were both facing the Taxi when I arrived. Shali took care all Check-in details.

Rooms are okay, just have very thin walls, and only 1 shared cr and shower area. Location was great because it's near 2 malls.

Excellent little budget hostel in the heart of Sante Fe and a 5 minute walk to beach. When we stayed, everything was very clean and comfortable.

I haven't stayed here but the iced coffee is delicious and highly recommended.

We stayed at Circle Inn Iloilo from 19 Feb to 23 Feb as a family of three (including our 3 year old) and honestly felt this place is underrated.
We had a really large family room and it was huge.

Rooms/Amenities: clean and spacious. I appreciate the size of the bathroom especially.

Hello, I'd like to share my impressions of the Malapascua Beach and Dive Resort. Our trip was in January 2026. Since we went to Malapascua for diving, we'll start with that.

Food was lovely :)
Also, owner is Welsh! Had a great chat with him, they’re also doing a renovation just we left so will look even better soon!
Best pizza on the island in my opinion!

Discover unparalleled luxury and breathtaking scenery at Maxbelle Mountain Resort, the perfect getaway nestled in the heart of nature.

Well maintained Apartment. Fast Internet and 24/7 Security.

Great location and price, very friendly. I was very happy with my stay.

Great value, clean apartment and very accommodating to our needs.

Just checked out today. Due to Toledo’s fiesta, all the hotels nearby are fully booked. Tried checking a place nearby but the phone just kept on ringing. We called at around 3am.

We recently booked our stay at Villa Atlas Guest House and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely approachable and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

A true home away from home in Malapascua! 🌍✨"
I had an amazing stay at this hostel.

Nice hotel for people who needs room for a day, or two. Hotel provide free pick up, or drop to and airport. Slow Wi-Fi in the room, but good speed in the lobby.

Had two nights before transferring to Coron. Fantastic service. Could do with a bit of decorating but on the whole a great place to stay. Local shops to grab any bits you may need.

It's very near J Center Mall and jeepneys pass in front of it going to Ayala Mall or SM seaside. The location is great.

Very Accommodating the Staff are Friendly highly recommend.

I just want to share that it was very convenient booking with Cornerstone Manor Inn. I had to make a last minute booking because I needed a separate place to work while on vacation.

The place is okay for its price. It's quiet considering that it's just beside the main road. TV doesn't have Netflix which is kind of a downer.

Good for groups. Old building. Aircons are working. Clean bed. 7/10 maintained. Cheap price. Good location, about 1.5km from SM Cebu. Staff are polite. Early check-in is possible.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. And the FOOD? Absolutely superb. I especially loved the fried rice definitely a must-try!

After doing some research on Biliran Island, this Agta Beach Resort appeared to me as to be the best option here.
It is situated on a small and clean little beach. Sunsets are awesome.

This place reminds me of a Motor Inn in the USA. I especially like the courtyard/garden. Simple but pleasant accommodations. I thought the bed would be bad; however, I slept very well.

This hotel is a great budget hotel the staff are like family to me it's walking distance to most places in the city.

The rooms are small can fit 2 people with 2 beds good ac and the TV is kinda ok.

Rooms are neat and clean. The swimming pool at the 2nd floor is a + for guests who want to swim while staying. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Honestly, great value for the price. The beds and pillows are so comfy and the breakfast was great. Good Wi-Fi and location. A little bit noisy tbh but with my earplugs it was fine.

Location is great. Rooms are basic but everything you need is there. Breakfast was really great!

Highly recommended! For an affordable price, you get a family room good for two people. What’s amazing about this place is that they can organize and coordinate your tours for you.

Kuya was very nice to allow us to stay we arrive at 1.30am in the morning, very kind and accommodating highly recommended, clean room kind staff,
Very nice place to stay for whale shark watching they

Our stay is good and comfortable in this place. Staff are very nice. Breakfast is really good. The room is very nice and clean. They have hot and cold shower that we really like.
