Worst place I've ever stayed at. Why? Arrogant hosts and they will do anything to take money off of you. Blamed us for breaking their TV and we never even used it. Have parking spots that won't allow their paying customers to park. I repeat, worst place ever.
We stayed for 2 days 3 nights. Worst place I've ever been stayed in Bantayan. Very poor customer relationship. Weird that owners will not greet you or just snub you. We were not allowed to park our motorcycles, though they have parking area that had a notice " reserved for guests". They had old towels for guests, saw tiny cockroach in bed. When we are about to check out and was catching our trip, we were put on hold. The owner took too much time in checking. They won't return our 3k deposit. They were claiming that we broked their TV, though we haven't used it during our stay. They were insisting that we should pay it. The owner is very arrogant so I had to go to police station and Brgy Station for help. What I heard from residences is that they really usually do that to guestS and they are notorious in their area to have a tough attitude. You would notice it since they don't have any customer dining in their bar, unlike others. Back to the story, they brought a local electrician to check. The local said guests are not supposed to pay for the broken TV unless you can see it was pgysically broken. Reason it was broken is due to their faulty wiring. It sparked when the owner replugged it. See! I won't recommend this place!

I don't recommend anyone to book in this apartment. I'll rate this as — ⭐. I already provided my reviews in AGODA. So if you want to have more customer or you want your customer to recommend your place, please check the reviews and buy some personality. 1. The ammentinies in Agoda are too promising. There's no Microwave oven but instead they provided dirty and rusty toaster that you don't want use. Also, they provided small dirty, plastic, stained coffee maker instead of heater. 2. There's no clothing rack where we can put the clothes, no hanger provided. 3. TV / Cable signal are not working. We asked for USB so we can watch movies but there was no response, the lady owner only told us that the cignal was not working. 4. There's no ON DEMAND movies, you can only see blue screen, no signal, no network in their tv. 5. The location was good but the water supply is not okay, the water pressure is low. We requested for bucket/pale for us to store the water so we can flash our poops. They did not listen to our request so to our initiative there was spare of clean trash can and bowl we used it for the entire 3 days and 2 nights stay. 6. They provided only 1 toilet roll for 3 days and 2 nights. Only 1 soap was provided, no shampoo/ toothpaste, face towel. 7. The kitchen utensils/ plates are dirty even the sink. I'm not sure if they wash it or clean the room prior to our arrival. 8. The pillow case in the sala/living room smells bad. I bet, they did not change the pillow case.
