Tried calling on the mobile number posted on their page but no one answering. Emailed them asking for a refund since my trip got suspended due to the typhoon and as per reading their terms and conditions regarding Force Majeure — I believe this is possible and a refund can take place, however I got no updates from them. I hope they will be considerate cause I cant use their resched of 120days since I do not live here in Cebu and only here for vacation.
