Mandaue City Hotels

Stayed for 7 nights from 26/12 till 2/1/2025 and had our anniversary and got engaged there.
Room was great with a full length window with views over the city and out to see.

Staff is extremely friendly. Thank you Christine for all the help showing us around. Gym had all the facilities and I will never forget the amazing breeze off the roof top pool.

Location is okay, accessible but no public transpo. You need to call a grab or have your own car. The staff were amazing. Parking space is not a problem and it is safe. Swimming pool is okay.

I have stayed at this location twice now and I will say that the hospitality and service is outstanding. From the room service, restaurant, and front desk this is a first class establishment.

I definitely believe Ascott hotels always a high standard of service. The place is kept clean and tidy. Room service and concierge are always ready to help.

In general a good experience. Very friendly staff at the lobby.

I stayed in on the 8th floor room 810, near the elevator, windowless, standard room.
The good.
1. Clean room.
2. Hot-ish water in the shower.
3. Kind and helpful staff.

February 6, 2026, was the day that my fiancée and I got scammed on Facebook by this FB Page named Maayo Hotel as well.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Chatswood, a hotel suited for long-term stays, and I was genuinely impressed.

It was a memorable experience for me and my friends. The room was clean, spacious, has a nice view and also, the staff there are very welcoming.

So clean! Mabait mga staff, may pa welcome drinks pa sila. We need something one call away mga staff. Thank you also for the free shuttle. And enjoyed the free breakfast buffer.

Stayed here as a walk-in guest due to a power outage at my place. As a hotelier myself, I always make it a point to support the industry by giving feedback, both for improvement and appreciation.

Location is very good. Near restaurants and malls.
Rooms are newly renovated and clean.

Its a good hotel for me from Indonesia. The place is nice, clean, and they have balcony also. Better than others have no balcony.

This is a nice place with convenient staff who are helpful. Location is nice, with a bunch of restaurants 2 blocks north. The room was good too.

Im writingbthis in Tokyo after being in cebu… I liked Alpa better than my smilarly priced hotel in Tokyo.

Hotel is nice and clean, it is older, but that whole area is a bit older neighbourhood. Staff are super professional. Small tip to show appreciatlon goes a long way.

It's very near J Center Mall and jeepneys pass in front of it going to Ayala Mall or SM seaside. The location is great.

Reasonable prices for air conditioned rooms. The hotel is in a gated community with 24 hour onsite security. Bakery, grocery, fast food and neo Tokyo all within walking distance.

Recent stay. Good value for the money. Location is fantastic… 15 mins to airport. Walkable to Harley Davidson Cebu, geocery, restaurants, pharmacy and laundry— whatever you need. Staff was great.

(Our stay was at their exclusive rooms) Let's start with their rooms. Their rooms are nice, cold, and have comfortable beds. They also have a smart TV with yt and netflix.

This place is ideal for families, especially those with kids, since the deepest pool is only 4 ft. Their themed pools are cool.

Not much of the hotel, just attended a party at their biggest hall. Was expecting aged and not so aesthetic facilities especially its been here for years.

One of the best and underrated apartelle in Mandaue area. Location is perfect. The rooms are big enough, ample parking and well secured place.

This was a good value for money place to stay. It was clean and the rooms were quite large, with simple amenities and provided toiletries. I did not try the older style TV but assumed it worked.

This is budget-friendly hotel. I have not had the chance to check in on a room but we use it's function room every Sunday for our church's service.
