Hotels in Mandaue City with Breakfast

Stayed for 7 nights from 26/12 till 2/1/2025 and had our anniversary and got engaged there.
Room was great with a full length window with views over the city and out to see.

Staff is extremely friendly. Thank you Christine for all the help showing us around. Gym had all the facilities and I will never forget the amazing breeze off the roof top pool.

I got to say I was very happy with my stay here. I booked this last minute and check in late. The woman at the front desk was cheerful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here during my son’s birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience.

I definitely believe Ascott hotels always a high standard of service. The place is kept clean and tidy. Room service and concierge are always ready to help.

In general a good experience. Very friendly staff at the lobby.

I stayed in on the 8th floor room 810, near the elevator, windowless, standard room.
The good.
1. Clean room.
2. Hot-ish water in the shower.
3. Kind and helpful staff.

"I had a wonderful stay at Leope Hotel Cebu! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for the price.

Very good hotel in a very good location, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, highly recommended.

So clean! Mabait mga staff, may pa welcome drinks pa sila. We need something one call away mga staff. Thank you also for the free shuttle. And enjoyed the free breakfast buffer.

My wife and I try to stay at this Maayo whenever we visit Cebu. The staff are professional, friendly, and courteous.

What a wonderful service rendered to us.
February 6, 2026, was the day that my fiancée and I got scammed on Facebook by this FB Page named Maayo Hotel as well.

Its a good hotel for me from Indonesia. The place is nice, clean, and they have balcony also. Better than others have no balcony.

This is a nice place with convenient staff who are helpful. Location is nice, with a bunch of restaurants 2 blocks north. The room was good too.

Im writingbthis in Tokyo after being in cebu… I liked Alpa better than my smilarly priced hotel in Tokyo.

Hotel is nice and clean, it is older, but that whole area is a bit older neighbourhood. Staff are super professional. Small tip to show appreciatlon goes a long way.

Excellent Value and Japanese Hospitality.

My sister and I had an excellent experience at this hotel.

Reasonable prices for air conditioned rooms. The hotel is in a gated community with 24 hour onsite security. Bakery, grocery, fast food and neo Tokyo all within walking distance.

Recent stay. Good value for the money. Location is fantastic… 15 mins to airport. Walkable to Harley Davidson Cebu, geocery, restaurants, pharmacy and laundry— whatever you need. Staff was great.

Breakfast was very bad. In hotel has small waterpark, and always too much people. Very good that they have private swimming pool.

(Our stay was at their exclusive rooms) Let's start with their rooms. Their rooms are nice, cold, and have comfortable beds. They also have a smart TV with yt and netflix.

My parents and I are very loyal to this hotel. It's not a luxury experience but it's definitely an great one.

A solid choice if you just want a comfy place that’s clean and convenient. The rooms are decent in size, modern, and the beds are pretty comfy — perfect for resting after a long day.

No longer run by Oyo Group, under management of RedDoorz.
Friendly staff, ask about parking, not sure. Good aircon, TV signal, clean rooms.

I like the place it seems like a Home stay, very homey the environment, there's plants outside, there's a table and Chairs to stay, and It's quiet, The services is also good, they are very

The staff is very nice. We're thankful for the opportunity to experience our stay in the philippines.

Rooms are spacious and clean ish as some parts need replacing not dirty just old special cleaning materials would clean what was wrong with our room but its not cheap this hotel would have been

It was a decent place and plenty of rooms and their stuff is very kind and friendly, the service is also very good and not to mention the price is affordable.

The la maria hotel is very good at cleaning the room and it's nice to stay and the staff is so friendly.

The location is very strategic. It’s near Parkmall, transportation terminal, food hubs, and around 20 minutes away from the airport. Their room are quite spacious and neat looking.

I stayed at the Kojo Hotel once, and while the overall experience was amazing, I had issues with the room. The air conditioning was set too high and lacked proper airflow.

The room was a bit small, and we even found a cockroach 😂. But overall, we had a good experience and great service from the staff.

Nice and decent place, not a coming favorite but for a night it was ok. I did not even took a pic, was to tired, slept, woke up and left.
