Hotels in Mandaue City with Parking

Stayed for 7 nights from 26/12 till 2/1/2025 and had our anniversary and got engaged there.
Room was great with a full length window with views over the city and out to see.

Staff is extremely friendly. Thank you Christine for all the help showing us around. Gym had all the facilities and I will never forget the amazing breeze off the roof top pool.

I got to say I was very happy with my stay here. I booked this last minute and check in late. The woman at the front desk was cheerful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here during my son’s birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience.

I stayed in on the 8th floor room 810, near the elevator, windowless, standard room.
The good.
1. Clean room.
2. Hot-ish water in the shower.
3. Kind and helpful staff.

"I had a wonderful stay at Leope Hotel Cebu! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for the price.

I definitely believe Ascott hotels always a high standard of service. The place is kept clean and tidy. Room service and concierge are always ready to help.

In general a good experience. Very friendly staff at the lobby.

Clean, safe and friendly staffs. There is a convenient store downstairs. The internet was okay most of the time but there was a few minutes disconnection during my video call.

The room and bathroom are clean, and air conditioning is good function.
The guard and counter staff are nice.
When we arrived there the staff helped us take our luggages up to 3 floors.

My wife and I try to stay at this Maayo whenever we visit Cebu. The staff are professional, friendly, and courteous.

What a wonderful service rendered to us.
February 6, 2026, was the day that my fiancée and I got scammed on Facebook by this FB Page named Maayo Hotel as well.

Very good hotel in a very good location, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, highly recommended.

So clean! Mabait mga staff, may pa welcome drinks pa sila. We need something one call away mga staff. Thank you also for the free shuttle. And enjoyed the free breakfast buffer.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Chatswood, a hotel suited for long-term stays, and I was genuinely impressed.

It was a memorable experience for me and my friends. The room was clean, spacious, has a nice view and also, the staff there are very welcoming.

Excellent Value and Japanese Hospitality.

My sister and I had an excellent experience at this hotel.

Andy Hotel exceeded my expectations. Cozy rooms, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere made my stay memorable. The staff were attentive, and everything was well-maintained.

Overall it was good hotel to check in. Not at as like 5 star hotel but considering its price it is good to stay in… Also the reception deskand bellboy is friendly helpful and accomodating to your

Reasonable prices for air conditioned rooms. The hotel is in a gated community with 24 hour onsite security. Bakery, grocery, fast food and neo Tokyo all within walking distance.

Recent stay. Good value for the money. Location is fantastic… 15 mins to airport. Walkable to Harley Davidson Cebu, geocery, restaurants, pharmacy and laundry— whatever you need. Staff was great.

The room itself is nice including the bathroom, the staff are friendly and helpful… The location was okay for me but still, its worth it!

Its good location.
And safety location.
And the church so very near.
Nearly in the Department store walking distance.
And walking distance to the Little market.

Great Service, Super comfortable, Cheap food stalls outside + Mall. Definitely gonna return to this hotel during Sinolog.

The hotel is good even though it’s cheap, and there are a lot of food stalls outside.

Great stay at Moriyama Hotel! The place is clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Good for its price and very strategic location.
This was my first time staying at Moriyama Hotel, and if needed, I honestly wouldn’t mind booking again.

Im writingbthis in Tokyo after being in cebu… I liked Alpa better than my smilarly priced hotel in Tokyo.

Hotel is nice and clean, it is older, but that whole area is a bit older neighbourhood. Staff are super professional. Small tip to show appreciatlon goes a long way.

It's very near J Center Mall and jeepneys pass in front of it going to Ayala Mall or SM seaside. The location is great.

Very Accommodating the Staff are Friendly highly recommend.

Great for airport arrivals.
Like this condominium hotel a lot as always spotless, but bathroom a bit tired.

The room is quite good and very comfortable for travelers who want a peaceful stay. The receptionist and staff are very welcoming and approachable.

The room was a bit small, and we even found a cockroach 😂. But overall, we had a good experience and great service from the staff.

Nice and decent place, not a coming favorite but for a night it was ok. I did not even took a pic, was to tired, slept, woke up and left.

Stayed for 2 nights, and was happy with my stay. Was no room bar fridge, buy beyond that was a pleasant stay.

The room is good for the price. The only downside in this place is the location, almost very hard to have a public transport access.

Room is so cheap. Also, they have pool free to use. Will definitely stay here again 👌

T'was a good room for more than a thousand price. Just don't expect you much. But I can recommend it to those not picky ones.

Fan room was too hot cause it was at the highest floor of the building. We had to upgrade to AC room and our stay was 100% improved. Great service and location.
