Stayed here for an overnight and it was truly amazing :) From the security to check-in counter to housekeeping staff down to room service attendant. The front desk staff let us check-in before 2PM, it was indeed a very nice gesture even if we didn't ask for it. The service staff at the coffee shop was very polite in taking orders. The room service attendant delivered our order right away and the security was kind enough to get us a cab. The boy at the reception was kind enough though to accommodate us on our check-out. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Kudos to all the staff!

They had me waited for an hour just to fix my key card. No one was there to accommodate my request. Not even their security personnel. It's like I've waited for nothing because my card is still useless. I even have to report it everyday. They can't even fix it.

Love their service, friendly staff and clean hotel.

Staff are unaccommodating
1. Requested for menu (pool area) so we can order some drinks but attendant didn't come back
2. Provided a broken wine glass and attendant was suspicious when we just requested a minute ago from the time I called to replace it
3. During breakfast, they only ask for the room # when they should have also asked for the guest name as it appears that someone took over when we havent taken our breakfast yet
4. There's coffeemaker but no cups to use?
5. Waiters should fill glasses with service water not only when asked, he even ridiculously just filled one glass when there's 8 of us so I had to call him again.
6. Not enough variety of breakfast food (just chicken, hotdog, tapa)
7. No hot/cold shower and the cabinet has dirty curtain and some plastic bags
8. Was provided Wi-Fi password but no use, connection is weak — can't even connect
9. You're customer service thru facebook gave me a price of 450 per person for the breakfast when asked a day prior our stay when it's just 400 pesos. Other queries were not answered. Got seenzoned.

I would recommend this hotel. The food in the resto is delicious and the staff are always happy to assist and give everything we ask for.

false claims. Check-out time is 12NN. Went out for a meeting and returned at 1PM. They charged me for overstaying. Nicole the receptionist claims they called & texted to remind me but no calls were logged on my phone and actual text reminder from was already past check-out time at 12:45PM.

Me and my family where about to go to the pool and take a dip. I called up the housekeeping and requested for a shower cap since it was not there on the lavatory top. I was so shocked when the housekeeping told me that they will charge me 25 pesos each. Even worst is they will charge additional 50pesos for every additional pillow. Cant even imagine what kind of hotel mission the are going to push to entice people book here. Worst hotel ever in cebu so far.

It's not the best but still alright, if you're expecting luxury then maybe you should shell out a little more for the one next door. Still this Business Hotel is good I guess for the basic purposes, and if you were on business too. The Wi-Fi is good. The location is perfectly central in Cebu, and just across from Ayala Center Cebu. The breakfast buffet wasn't much honestly for someone like me with dietary restrictions. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was bright and new. We did ask for a room with a bathtub but we didn't get that, too bad. Over all it was still an OK stay. It served me well.

Nice and affordable hotel. Their lobby is clean and well lighted, they have a very accommodating FO and staff. The rooms is clean, tidy and well organized. Their elevator need some work, the floor indicator is barely visible, you have to peek outside the elevator to confirm the current floor you’re at. It is very small and can only accommodate very few people inside.

They have awesome buffet! Whether it's breakfast or dinner. Rooms are nice too. It would have been nice if they have a pool too. But over all, one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Everything is "OK" except my omelette came after I finished my breakfast. Don't mess with my omelette. Selected amnesia you have there in your staff. He ignored my order. Now I shall call it Ome-Late.

The receptionists are not friendly because of that all of our bookings went CRAZY, that's why some of our colleagues got mad on me and my group because of that. They don't know how to accommodate us properly. They even said some not so good words towards us by using their language, what they didn't know one of us knows how to speak their language. So yeah, I won't and never will suggest you to any of my friends when they go to Cebu. And last thing, tell your female receptionists to smile genuinely. That's all!

They have good room and close to Ayala Mall.

A piece of advice, if you want to make sure that the hotel is nice, you can go first and see a room before book it or before staying. Yes, this is very very near to Ayala like less than 3minutes walk. Very much accessible to everything that a guest will ever need.

Hotel staff are very accommodating, rooms are standard, buffet bfast decent, rates are reasonable, location is very central since Ayala Mall is just across the street. This is a decent place to stay when anyone is visiting Cebu.

The hotel staff and crew are very courteous. The place is clean. Food served are good. Location is within walking distance to Ayala Center. Wifi are available in boardrooms as well as in the bedrooms. Pool and gym are available for use. Overall, the hotel is a nice venue for seminars, meetings and vacation stays.

I love really love the place, the room is very clean as well the whole place of the Hotel. Its very near from Ayala Mall and family had so much fun when they spent their staycation here in Cebu. Thank you so much Diamond Suites Cebu for the very good service!

Stayed here overnight. Not the best experience. The showers were so weak that I could barely take a proper bath. The room was also full of dust mites that it was always so itchy! Definitely not coming back!

Nice, clean rooms plus complete bathroom amenities and friendly, accommodating staff. Few walks away from Ayala, which is a good jump-off point for your Cebu travel. Buffet breakfast is also nice with intercontinental dishes.

Advantage: The location is also good, near the Ayala Shopping Center, convenient. It's good to pay for breakfast.
Disadvantage: The hotel is old. A little taste … When you want to extend it will try to cheat your money, a total of more than 1500php, but also by my cliches out, let a person's perception is very poor.
Conclusion: Not recommended, the money is not acceptable

Affordable hotel right in the middle of the Cebu Business District. Just a two minute walk to Ayala Center Cebu. Rooms are clean but a bit small. Very friendly staff and helpful. I'd recommend this place for business trips or leisure within Cebu City.
