Nice place and very clean. From the frontliners to the crews as well as the room service staffs they were very polite and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay as their staff is very helpful and courteous. Clean room. My daughter enjoyed the bathtub. There was also the bayong with juices and fried mango as welcome basket.

Everything is great from our room, to the food and their amenities… however, they should have informed upon check in that there's a dresscode when you eat at their restaurant, it's a bit hassle when you went down on your pajamas to eat breakfast but then you are asked to change clothes right infront of the restaurant. Totality, our experience is still amazing!

I was dreading my transfer to Parklane but so far everything has been brilliant. Exceeded my expectations. Check-in was fast and staff was accommodating. Parking was easy and the guard was very helpful. The lobby and hallways are clean. Very straighforward. Bit of privacy with the key card to go on your actual floor. The room itself and toilet is spacious cant complain and clean to my standards. Very good housekeeping, checked our needs the next day. I would defo stay here again. 💯👌🏼

Great way to spend your day at Cebu Parklane International Hotel! One would surely go back for the good place, good food and staff!

The location is very good, the neighborhood is very lively, but also close to alaya mall, just next to the walk can be reached.
The fourth floor of the hotel is a swimming pool and gym, there is a full open-air restaurant, the restaurant part is not big, the swimming pool feels good, the gym at this price is good, the gym also has three warm and bathroom, I think the whole is good! The first floor hall is spacious, security is strictly good local hotel, will be willing to visit again or recommend to relatives and friends, taxi is also very convenient, the overall is like, very new and spacious. Only asked about the price of washing clothes is very high.
Outside the price is about a kilogram of 29 yuan piso, a dress in the restaurant will be about 100 piso!
About 10 minutes to Robinson cybergate.
It's about 10 minutes to Magellan cross. It's 10 minutes to am city cebu.

Very near to the Ayala Center, Cebu Business Park! They still have the great Lunch and Dinner Buffets they were known for since the start. Always busy and have high occupancy rates, they have to be on their toes to make sure all their rooms are in top shape and competitive from the hotels around them. They have great amenities like function halls for big events, gym and the pool nearby and a place for kids to enjoy being kids!

Parklane Hotel is comfortable and also advocates on Cebu’s local culture. Aside from its amenities, it’s strategic location: near Ayala Cebu Business District and mall, and a few kilometers away from the Capitol and IT Park, is its advantage. It has its own convenience store, cafe, and fitness gym too! Calling locally from the room phone though is charged at PhP15 per minute—quite expensive for a local call that is usually free on other hotels. So tip: if you want to make a call locally, just go to the hotel lobby and call from the public phone there.

One of the best in Cebu for service. Checked out and went for kawasan fall together with whale watching for the day, came back wet and needed a shower, however we no longer had the room. Staff was extremely approachable and helped us to a shower room before our flight out :)

Great location. Friendly and very efficient staff. Pool is quite small but we still enjoyed our stay. Clean and big room.

Decent place to stay, a few dining options. Housekeeping can be slow (left the make up room sign on my door and when I got back 3 hours later it was still there). Good location. Early checkin is great. The doors aren't soundproofed however, and you can hear people walking in the corridors and talking and knocking on doors opposite yours. Most rooms have no views. Security is great and proactive in helping (cab, directions, recommendations).

Breakfast buffet is yummy… very nice and accommodating staff, from the lobby guards to the food and service crew and Kim of reception for offering me the new rooms. I really am enjoying my stay here. Thank you.

My kids enjoyed our 6 days stay at parklane hotel most especially the kind assistance of Sir Jeffrey, alert lifeguard on duty at the pool. He make sure my kids are always safe. The foods are great and the room are super clean, thank you Ms. Pinky of Housekeeping dept. She made sure of it. The only downfall is the A/C, our 4th night, me & my kids slept on the floor directly under the aircon because its not cold enough. But the next day the staff transferred us to a bigger room with no upgrade charge. So all in all, everything is good. Looking forward to stay here again.

This is a happy and relaxing place. Plus the food — it will make your tummy happy too… And the room — it will make your body and soul relaxed. Trust me, been there for five days!

The place is nice, clean & Quiet, located near a shopping mall in cebu. The hotel has pretty much everything you need to like restaurants, fitness center, pool. The staffs are very responsive, courteous & polite. As much as possible they don't want you to wait. We just arrived from the airport straight to the hotel at around 9.30am. We were told that our check in time is at 11am the earliest they can accommodate. I was with my wife and our 1 y. O. Child, we were tired and needed to have a sleep. We didn't complain to the front desk since we understand we're too early. But to our surprise they managed us to get our room for about 30mins more or less of waiting. Good job to the management. Keep up the good work.

Rooms are in need of urgent renovation. Poor quality of the rooms. Bed not much comfortable. Bathroom poor. Shower and WC old. Reception service ok. Internet service slow. Buffet lunch or dinner average quality and little variety, but good price.

I worked many years managing purchasing department for a lot of 4-5* luxury hotels in my country Switzerland. My advice to the hotel, you need to have the found to renovate and clean properly a big place like this. The staff is unfriendly and I had to explain them how to welcome guests because I do not accept the way they treated us.

The hotel is well ventilated and most especially the rest rooms are very clean. The audio during the event I attended was very good and the projectors are well functioning. The space is good for many occasions. The food that are being served are delicious especily the fish fillet. Thank you Cebu Parklane Hotel for a good accomodation and service.

Did not stay overnite but just had buffet dinner at their pool area. We had a choice of the famous streetfood from Cebu's different districts served in their respective food kiosks. It was fun and imaginative and what's even great about it is that everything tasted good and authentic. The waiters were eager to please and very helpful in explaining the origin of each dish. Would definitely come back.

The place is good for smaller groups of less than a thousand people. Great value for your money.

I chose this hotel for the jump off point for my Cebu-Manila road trip in December 2016. It is walking distance from the Ayala Center where I did some last minute shopping for equipment to take on the trip. There is a basement parking garage with good security. The food at the lobby restaurant is pretty good. The staff are well trained, friendly, and helpful. It's not as flashy as the Marco Polo, where I've stayed many times. But it is also not located on top of a mountain away from everything. Sometimes it's good to be on top of a mountain. Sometimes it's better to be near the mall.

The place is so perfect. The ambiance and the location is superb. I love the food and everything about the hotel. Very well-mannered crew.

Absolute class. Paid 6000 peso for 2 rooms and when my dad was too ill to attend they would not allow cancellation. Instead they put me in penthouse suite that was meant to be 30000. Couldn't thank them enough. All staff especially at reception were great. Thank you.

Convenient location to Ayala mall. Rooms are small by American Standards, but average by European. The room was clean and the staff was extremely responsive to any of our needs. We will likely stay there again.

Very friendly staff. They upgraded our room to a larger one because it was available. Their breakfast is really good with many choices that will probably satisfy most customers, although the AC is pretty intense so don't forget to bring a sweater with you if you're as sensitive as us. They have a gym which should be good enough for most people. The pool is pretty good for those hot days.

Cheap and cheerful hotel but rooms need to be renovated. The carpet is dirty and the bathroom is small and not up to modern standards. Most guests will accept this as the room rate is modest for the location.

Buffet/foods are great. But Mandarin Hotel has a bigger and spacious room.

Had an unplanned trip to Cebu and decided to stay in Parklane as we had a good experienced in our recent stay, last September. We were walk in guest and ask for a room that can accommodate for 3 person. We were given a deluxe room and paid for extra breakfast for the third person. Since we were 3 and it was not planned we did not have anything with us not even a toothbrush. We ask the receptionist to provide us toiletries for the 3rd person but to my surprise we were told that the room booked is only for 2 person so no extra toiletries. I was surprised by her response but me and my mom was exhuasted and tired. To make the story short, I have addresses my issues to miss Rixie on the next day and she is very kind and turn my unpleasant experience around.

Went here to attend a graduation ceremony. Very nice place. Food was good but didn't have a buffer once the tray of food was gone guests have to wait for that food to be refilled. An inconvenience for the guests' part. If you plan to have an event here make sure to point it out so that guests will enjoy their time here. That would be another opportunity for the hotel to have more future event bookings.

Bean Date located at the ground floor of Parklane offers a convenient location for a casual meeting and a short break. I've also experienced an interesting set of Cebuano food at Kan-anan at the 3rd or 4th floor. It's sort of an open air terrace.

It was a pretty good graduation at some care givers that my girlfriend.

Never stayed here yet but able to visit their function or conference room and it is nice and elegant.

The best budget hotel I have stayed so far. The room is clean and spacious. The service was great and the service crew are accomodating. The breakfast buffet was superb they have plenty of food to choose from. Had no problem with my reservations so far even if I always check-in late I always get a room. I highly recommend Parklane Hotel to my friends both local and balikbayans.

Ramp needs to replace the sllippery flooring. It is very dangerous to wheelchair user's safety. Food is superb.

Just had breakfast so it's not a complete reflection of the overall experience. Food was basic, nothing extra ordinary but compared to other hotels in the region they provided a good enough selection. Hotel staff were courteous, kind and smiling (a plus point). Will I come back just for breakfast? Not really, but the place seem comfortable and nice for guests who want close access to the mall. =)

I didn't stay in this hotel but had dinner buffet at Kan-anan. I didn't know that they had dinner buffets with paluto all you can every Fri and Sat for P449 net. The food was good. I wanted coffee after dinner but they don't have and the waiter was so kind to buy the brewed coffee for me at the lobby where they have a coffee shop. Service was great. They have a band playing during dinner. Ambience of the resto was nice. Wind was strong when it started raining since part of the resto is open air. Overall I will come back for their buffet and service again.

Place is ok. Food is also good. What I didn't like on my last visit is that the room at basement 1 where you wait to ride the elevator is uncomfortably hot. Hotel should find a way to make that place more comfortable.

The food are amazing. The service is very nice and they have an outdoor pool where you can see the city. And the location is accessible. It's near the central city and near Ayala Mall.

Been going to Cebu for 9 years now and my wife always stay at Park Lane Hotel. We visit friends 2 to 3 time a year what can I say about the hotel in general. Perfect in every aspect cannot fault it thats why we keep returning its like family and a second home we would stay no were else. Australia.
