I always have a “suki” pension house or hotel when I go home in the Philippines and in cebu I have my suki but unfortunately they have poor communication and I end up booking with R hotel and with my good experienced with this hotel I officially make this as my new “suki” when going home again in cebu, not perfect but it meets all my needs, friendly and helpful staff and thanks to Jane, big rooms with extra bed is a plus, free breakfast is also another plus serving is a little bit smaller but im good about it served in plastic wrap was perfect, also glad they lend me an electric kettle for my coffee and rooms have fridge is great, some minor things that needs improvement like lighting cuz in my room they used a warm light/yellow try to mix with daylight LED/white, overall I recommend this hotel its my new suki hotel,

The Best Darn Hotel in Cebu & 'lil restaurant downstairs has real good food too!

The rest is really good except for the receptionist, front of the house wasnt smiling the whole time to us while checking in and we got there 1am, not other guest on queue.

Had a bad experience with this hotel when we stayed last year been biten by ants in the room including my kids although they sprayed the room the aircon freeze up they should have offered us another room. Worst of all no safe deposit box in the rooms we have lost a huge amount of money which ruined our vacation. The staff were not supportive and helpful towards the situation. Wouldn't recommend at all. Sorry.

The staff are accommodating and nice. It has the basic amenities to give you a convenience stay. The only down side is they take a long time to serve their food.

I booked The Deluxe room but got the 3-bed room which hasn't that good View Like The Deluxe rooms I Had before. Location ist good and you can Walk to the Ayala Shopping Center. I will Go there again. The staff is great and will help you with questions or Problems.

Spent 20 days at this lovely Hotel. It's a 3-Star Hotel with the heart of a 5-Star. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the Capitol area and wants to save money. The service is incredible and the staff is highly professional and courteous. The Roska Cafe makes some of the best dishes I tried while staying in Cebu. Breakfast, lunch and dinner they cover it all. The room I stayed in was very neat and modern. A sleek tiled bathroom with all the amenities you can ask …for, and a quite ice cold air conditioner to escape the heat. Plenty of cable channels with HBO and Cinemax on a good sized flat screen tv. I highly recommend this Hotel, give Cebu R Capitol a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Cebu R Hotel provides good service to its customers. Hotel staff are friendly and accomodating, food are good and rooms are clean. Service is very good. Me and my family always stay in this hotel whenever we got the chance to come in Cebu.

Breakfast with choice and good, friendly and pleasant staff. Small flat for our room on the ground floor next to the lobby. Sound of laughter and people talking until midnight. And chair noise, no one talking about the 6:00. As well as some water noise that falls on our air conditioning all night… Apart from the bathroom and the room were very clean and very well equipped.

The hotel is cozy however, room service and reheating food have additional charges which is really weird especially for the former. The food is good and the hotel is very accessible.

Good and friendly staff… very clean room affordable price with free breakfast. Their foods were healthy and delicious… we enjoyed our stay here… see you soon.

Stayed Feb. 12 until 15, 2018 at room 103. I was surprised by the welcome drinks With great and accomodating staffs. Very thankful din to Kuya Guard na attentive sa pagbukas sara ng pinto at sa palagiang pagkuha ng plate numbers ng mga nasasakyan naming taxi. Very accessible pa sa mga kainan yung location ng hotel and sobrang lapit sa 7/11 Thank You Housekeeping staffs for everyday cleaning ng room namin and to the Kitchen staffs na patient mag antay saming omorder, matagal kasi kami mamili. Thank You sa Hot Drinking Water Ok din ang internet, may times na mahina at nawawala siya pero due siguro sa may bagyo that time but over all, everything was great! Affordable pa. At may pabati pa sa araw ng mga puso Will definitely recommend. See you again, soon!

Good place to stay clean and good but no complementary things or water.

Personal kind and everything correct. But a very important issue: the ac was veeery noisy, so noisy that we couldnt sleep. We complained and someone came to our room to repair it. Nevertheless the problem remained.

For me this not a hotel look like a lodging place very old need an upgrade inside the room are very old and broken plus the AC cannot cold the room. The worst is thr bathroom tiles are crack and broken lots of stain. So expensive of the rate not worth. Hotel very bad need a renovation espeacialy the room very old furniture and bed. I wasted my money I booked for 4days but I never stayed. I move to a better hotel and I was not able to get my money back Only good in the picture for real very bad.

Great budget hotel. Clean rooms, efficient and prompt staff. My bathroom sink clogged up. Within minutes after reporting the issue to front desk, it was fixed right away.

This is "THE" budget hotel. For complaints, like what I just had, just approach the receptionist and air out what needs to be addressed, like what I just did. And bingo! I got upgraded to their NICE suite room at no extra charge. Good job, guys!

I will stay here every time I go to Cebu. There is a Japanese cuisine shop nearby and it is very convenient. It is recommended.

The place is located in a quiet area near the city with lots of restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in is only about 15-20sqm. The aircon of our room is a bit dated but still managed to keep the room cold on a summer night. The price for we paid was about P1850 for the 3 of us. It came with a simple breakfast but the serving was quite small. Its did not provide the best value compared to other cheap hotels we stayed in other places.

We stayed a night in Cebu R Capitol last month. Although the rooms weren't much they were real value for money as the rates were inclusive of breakfast and welcome drinks. The real deal though is the courteous, friendly and helpful staff who even helped hail a cab for us each time we went out. The receptionists were especially polite and helpful. Keep it up!

Overall, very good. Staff was very nice. Housekeeping did a good job at making the room look nice after it was messy. Pros: — No power outages during my stay — Security guard/cameras 24/7 — Lunch/Dinner menu has some decent food at a fair price — Soft bed — A/C — 10 minute walking distance to mall Cons: — Wi-Fi connectivity intermittent. (My 2010 MacBook Pro was only device stayed connected all the time. My iPhone 6+ and iPad Air 2 would randomly lose connection to the router even though there was a router on every floor. ) — Room service charges each service to your room (order your meal then bring it to your room yourself to avoid the charge).

A good hotel in a quiet location. At night hardly kappad. Very nice and attentive Personal. Gutes price performance ratio. You can really walk in the Robinson Einkaufszenzrum.

Stayed here for a few weeks — great value for the price, breakfast was excellent as was the personnel.
