This hotels reviews had me scared about staying here and then I got there and I couldn’t understand why the reviews were so bad!

​We experienced a brief but pleasant stay at this location.

First time trying this kind of hotel or pension house, and yes! it surpassed my expectations.

Great place for backpackers or solo travelers like me, price is less expensive with free breakfast, stayed in of mix dorm bed bunks for a month, huge bed & room and lockers.

LOVED EVERYTHING! We went here because there was a big issue with the resort we initially booked a month in advance.

I was with my friends for a bit of vacation. We had 1 room good for 3 for the first night. Its near the gate/reception.

Lovely quiet lodge just outside of moalboal. 15 min walk to the main area/ beach. Nice breakfast (slightly different each day), water cooler in room is very nice! Friendly staff.

The best room, the best location, it was quit far but it was worth it and yeah its kinda budget friendly and the staff is good and the service they provide is awesome.

Excellent little budget hostel in the heart of Sante Fe and a 5 minute walk to beach. When we stayed, everything was very clean and comfortable.

I haven't stayed here but the iced coffee is delicious and highly recommended.

Rooms are cozy. Just bring your own blanket because the one they provide is too smal for comfort if your more that 5ft tall.

Stay was okay, spent the whole day outside because of Dinagyang, so just used the space for sleeping, leaving things, a bit of food reheating, and baths!

If you try to check in early there is a fee it is also family own near mega world great for big and lite travel easy budget.

This resort was amazing! We were looking for a new place to stay as we were very unhappy with another resort. Luckily we found johandive! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Great diving experience. Super friendly and helpful staffs. Nice sea view from the room. Authentic Korean food served. Relaxing atmosphere.

A little pricey as compared to older establishments under the same business type. No 24 hr rate only 12 hrs.

We booked in their sweet room It was Ok, the room prices is a bit higher to what I paid in the hotel in the city and also newer compare to this hotel.

This place reminds me of a Motor Inn in the USA. I especially like the courtyard/garden. Simple but pleasant accommodations. I thought the bed would be bad; however, I slept very well.

This hotel is a great budget hotel the staff are like family to me it's walking distance to most places in the city.

Superb room. I didn't expect that it was nice, they even have netflix. I was able to get a discount when I booked online. On Sundays it's just noisy at night coz there's a club on the other side.

I cannot understand the bad reviews here. Rachael is a very kind person, we vibed in second one. She is a smiling and talkative person and has a nice personality.

Every Fiesta we stay here. Best place overall. Affordable and near to the Port and Municipal Proper plus Owner is so friendly and her staff. Kodus.

Quiet and relaxing place with great quality and price. No noise from traffic (very difficult to find this in the centre of Dumaguete). The staff was really helpful.

Stayed here before, overall experience was than a bit better. It's still a very nice place but unfortunately now understaffed. The room (junior suite) we had was very big!

Nice place to stay in Cebu if you have a limited budget. However, the curfew hours are a bit confusing.

Walking distance to city hall, basilica de Sto. Niño, colon area, carbon nigth market. Etc.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and excellent service.
