Super cheap rooms. It's shared. 2 bunk beds in the room. The cheap price covers any flaws I experience. Mosquitoes. Leaking AC. Sliding bathroom door sometime stuck.

We were trapped during Typhoon Egay's onslaught. They didn't have generator so we have to entrust everything to the Lord.

When a special non wokling holiday was declared for the election the surprise long weekend brought a booking frenzy. All the well-known hotels were fully-booked so we took a chance with Pines view.

We had our Wedding Prep here. Stayed for 3D2N. Security guard was so friendly and he was visible during the entirity of our stay. Rooms were also spacious with very soft beds.

Overall, Modern Peak Suites is a cozy little resort accessible from nearby cities with friendly staff and clean facilities, although the price is at a higher tier compared to competition.

Booked for two nights in this hotel since they have the cheapest rate in Sampaloc. Not expecting much since I only got this for just over a thousand for two nights.

Element is a funky, bohemian boutique hotel with fantastic staff, cool atmosphere and comfy enough rooms.

I stayed here for a week while I was in Makati. The location is great. It's walking distance from anything you'd like to do. The rooms are a cool, rustic design. Which I liked.
