Luzon Hotels

Okay, so the location's pretty sweet, super close to BGC which is a win. The service is decent too. The room was alright, nothing amazing.

Good service and friendly employees. The location is also accessible especially if you want to be near BGC or Makati or even Manila but on a tight budget.

We stayed here for 1 week. The rooms is clean NO cockroach unlike other hotel that I stayed. The service is great, if you want that your room is needed to be clean just tell the receptionist.

To me this is a good budget hotel in SEA. The reception was flawless, and I was able to check in past midnight. It's in an OK area.

Friendly staff good place to rest the only issue I found is slow Wi-Fi I think cause im far away from the router.

While it is obviously not the fanciest hotel around, we generally have a good time when staying here.

I stayed in the hotel for 15 days and to me was the best experience ever. Starting from the front door staff and security. The front desk staff was very attentive and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized.

One could not ask for more at such an affordable price. Rooms are great with all appliances for cooking, all amenities nearby,
Well groomed staff, neat and clean rooms. A perfect homely stay.

Staff were nice.
Perfect location for walking around Greenbelt and a good walk to Glorietta.
Our room was spacious. Big and comfy bed.
Enjoyed our stay. Would book again. 😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at UrbanView @ Evangelista Street Makati, which is now under a different brand but still associated with RedDoorz.

Nice place with big rooms.
Water pressure a bit low. But all clean and fresh.

Room and attached bathroom looks new and clean. Equipped with electric kettle, safe box, fridge, cups, spoons. Air conditioning and hot water shower in working order. Wi-Fi strong. Safe environment.

My first month in the philippines staying here and the staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean in the badges comfortable. Has refrigerator but no microwave.

I stayed in a studio room at Sans Hotel. Sadly, I saw a few small cockroaches during my stay, in the kitchen area when I first entered the room, and disturbingly, even beside the bed where I slept.

The budget hotel that we can always rely to. Simple, clean, warm staff, helpful guard. Only limited parking lot is the concerns.
We will definitely come back. Thanks Sans!

Definitely a 5 out of 5! Stayed in a 4-bed dormitory room. Each dorm room has it's private toilet & bath + lockers (bring your own padlocks). All dorm rooms are spacious & well-lighted.

Great hostel in Makati, fun rooftop, cool location and friendly staff, would recommend!

The hotel is clean and the rooms are very well maintained. All of the staff were kind, always smiling, and greeted guests warmly. You can really tell that they are well-trained in customer service.

Value for money. Rooms are very elegant.
Frontdesk personnel and services could be improved and needs proper training.

I stayed at this hotel from February 10to February 12/2026. In my experience, their service was truly outstanding and highly commendable.

Good location right in the nightlife area of Makati, convenient food stops, groceries, local food finds.

My family and I had a very nice stay here. The staff were friendly, and the service was excellent.

I recently checked in at your hotel for a few days, and my experience was truly amazing. I was honestly shocked in a very good way by how your staff treated guests like family.

Clean, friendly staffs, budget wise rooms…highly recommended 😉

Place was safe, have accommodating staff. Nice & clean.

Next door to a hospital, a large church and the city provincial jail. I don't know anyone there, but in case you want to visit…

The rooms are so nice and they have elevators for higher floors and the price was just right!

What I love most about Hotel Sogo is the balance of comfort and affordability. The facilities are neat, the ambiance is relaxing, and the location is usually easy to find.

"I had a good experience at Hotel Sogo Yabut. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth.

Really enjoyed my stay here! rooftop pool had great views of the city skyline. Room was small, but clean, modern and comfortable. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Belamy House. The location is excellent — conveniently close to everything and surrounded by a wide selection of great restaurants.

Simple but proper and practical. Very kind and helpful man at the desk!

Stayed there overnight, I wasnt expecting anything but I was quite impressed with the room that I got.

Classic building in 1950-ies style.
Old but well maintained.
. AC ok.
. Fan ok.
. Shower ok.
. Fridge inside the room.

This themed hotel is a bit of an institution, has been around since forever as far as I know.
