This wonderful hotel is truly a gem! The room was modern and clean. Jonel and the entire staff were so kind, courteous, and accommodating. We loved the food, the heated pools, and the kid-friendly activities. Would highly recommend this hotel! 😊

Went to HK to spend some tome with my siblings. It was really a good time, the staff were awesome, Super attentive. Food is great, service is superb! The activities are family friendly, had a lovely time in the farm, and getting to know different animals. The pool amenities is great too, they have kiddie pool and adults pool. The lobby is a selfie area 💛 every angle is such a pretty sight to look at. I had a good time, and it was really really enjoyable! The place is perfect for families and gathering/events. Place is tidy and the breakfast buffet is fantastic 😍 adding the majestic view. The Staff are friendly, courteous and very accommodating. There are so many fine hotels at Tagaytay these days but Kimberly offers an experience the whole family would enjoy and remember and that tops it all. You could never go wrong "when its' Kimberly it must be good! I rate this Hotel as 5/5 and I highly recommend. We will surely come back to this Hotel. Kudos to the Management and Staff keep up the good work!

We stayed 2 days at the Guesthouse of Hotel Kimberly, the best talaga! Super recommended! 💯 All the staffs are very helpful, friendly & mababait. They also have a farm, where you can ride a horse, feed chickens/ducks and rabbits. Their food tastes so good din! They also have movie night with free popcorns. Madaming activies, kulang 1 day, I swear! Best weekend getaway talaga! 💯👌

May 21, 2022 — It was our first time here and the reviews were right! This place is surely for the kids and kids at heart! The staff are all friendly especially with the kids. They're very attentive to the customer's needs. Room service requests? They were very responsive and we did not have to wait for an hour just to get service. Somebody's at the door within 10 mins and for me that sets them apart from the other hotels we've been to. They offered free milk and oreos before bed time for the kids, they literally went from room to room! The hotel's room was nothing extravagant but it was decent & spacious enough for a family of 4, we booked the superior twin and they agreed to push the beds together so we could sandwich our kids in the middle. I requested this prior to our check-in via email and they responded right away. We had a memorable stay — — the hotel had 3 pools including the aqua pool w the playground, a farm with rabbits, ducks, horse, scheduled activities for the kids and more play grounds! Love the vibe of this place and we'll definitely go back for some good family bonding time. ❤️ Thank you to all the staff of Hotel Kimberly and the management. You all did a great job and kept up the amazing customer service.

Courteous, friendly and very accommodating staff. clean room and swimming pool. family-friendly, kids will not be bored due to plenty of activities to choose from, from indoor games to outdoor and with added animal feeding and horseback riding. Perfect location for wedding and staffs are very helpful. Thank you HKT for making our wedding very memorable. Please commend and extend my thanks to Sir Ruzer. He was with us all through out the planning and has been wonderful as he is very considerate with our requests esp this we had a pandemic wedding. We booked Superior Room but they upgraded us to The Villa. Very relaxing ambiance. Foods are great! Some fruits served were freshly picked from their farm. We enjoyed the bonfire with free marshmallows. Staffs are friendly and accomodating — thanks to Kuya Alex, Kuya Hermes and Kuya Habibi and other staffs who asisted us. The whole place is awesome! Kudos to HK Team!

We celebrated our New year’s Eve here at The Guesthouse. The villa is so spacious and perfectly curated for that home-y vibe. Really, everything was worth it. So far one of the pet friendly hotels I will surely recommend. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are all functional. They provided us towels and basic essentials. The kitchen is our favorite, fully equipped and super saya mag prepare ng food kasi complete ang kitchen needs. The family style buffet breakfast ang sarap at ang dami super sulit. My parents really loved everything they served that morning. Lastly the staffs gave us superb service from the moment we checked in up until we checked out. Super helpful lahat and efficient. Really, they gave us an experience we can all remember as family. They considered us their family as well. Super safe because everything were sanitized and clean after. More powers and we will come back for sure.

Can't thank this place enough for their excellent service! Booked a last minute intimate celebration for my sister here — inquired at midnight and I immediately got an email the next day for their packages. We did not have the time to do a food tasting but we were so delighted with the food that we chose for the buffet!
I went back for a round 2 and surprisingly they gave me a free Carrot cake just because I liked it so much! We also booked for their newly opened Villa and just wow — it's literally a hidden gem of Tagaytay! All of us especially our guests were beyond satisfied. Shoutout to Ms JERSEY JIMENEZ — she accommodated ALL my questions via email, texts, and calls in just a minute or two — whether it's her day off from work or not. Please look for her if you will inquire at this hotel — she won't fail you. Thank you Hotel Kimberly! See you again soon!

Spacious with available activities. Best for families!

Good Service.! Staff are polite and honest. I for one can attest their honesty because yesterday as we were all busy for my niece's (Farrah's) wedding, I didn't realise that I forgot a pair of my gold earrings. Luckily, one of the staf found and handed them over to my family members.

The hotel is definitely well — maintaned, the hotel staff are warm, courteous and accomodating from the front desk down to the farm and pool attendants, price of food in their k cafe is affordable with all being tasty but above all, it's really family-friendly because of the numerous activities they offer for everyone esp. The kids and the young-at-heart.

A very good place for family bonding. We even got a surprise birthday set up in our room for my daughter & granddaughter. Our kids & grandkids enjoyed feeding the different farm animals & the bonfire w/ marshmallows. Food was great also. Superior customer service. We'll definitely be back.

This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The hotel is homey, beautiful and well maintained and the staff is exceptional (and I mean everyone from the desk staff to housekeeping! ) The staff and management team is gracious, responsive and hands-on in going all out to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of every guest.

You can feel the sincerity of each and every staff to serve and help in any way they can. Nice place to relax and unwind! Far from the noise of the city but can be reached in just 2-3hrs travel time. The farm at the back is wide, you can rent their horses to ride for only Php30. Family friendly as well! There's pool and playground with some obstacle courses great for team buildings. You can chill at night by the pool and have some of their cocktails. Smokers have their own area, which I loved 'cause I'm not a smoker, and that is in parking area. The staff service is great and accomodating too. Will definitely come back and recommend this place.

Staff treats you like family and is genuinely concerned for your welfare, food is great, place is secure and a safe refuge, and the place ensures you have lots of fun. You can choose to just sit around and chill, or run around and enjoy the myriad activities available (good for both introverts and extroverts alike! ). My son says its the best place ever. Our company has been partners with this hotel for more than 8 years now and they continuously strive to improve and support us in our retreats for both students and teachers! For family getaways on weekends with lots of amenities ranging from pools, farm animals, mini obstacle courses, movies, water slides, pool tables etc. Kids 6 and under would truly appreciate the activity areas found everywhere on the hotel.

We, especially the kids, enjoyed the weekend stay. Lots of activities plus the movie night (though the kids waited for the free pop-corn to arrive but nothing has arrived). The cable has no signal so we weren't able to watch any TV program — they said it was their cable provider who has some signal problem. Superb helpful staff from the lobby area, to the farm, to the pool side esp. Kuya Chito, who was so courteous & helpful. We would definitely consider coming back here. Thank You HK!

It was definitely a great experience. The movie night with popcorn was great with the Greatest Showman showing. Although most of the viewers were children my husband and I enjoyed the movie. The lighting in the room should be improved. I dont like the pool being too close to the Cafe K. I feel so conscious swimming and the dinners are watching over. I think it would be better to swap the kiddie pool in place of the adult pool. But over all our stay was great the service and the food was good also. Will surely come back.

Very accomodating and friendly staff. They have all activities that will keep young ones and young once preoccupied (you won't hear them complaining that they're bored). Love their buffet breakfast and kapeng barako… all worth it!

We had a nice time at the Kimberly Hotel. The first family friendly hotel that we've ever visited and it didn't dissappoint us. Top Family Hotel I would like to share our excellent experience last May 22, 18 in Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay. Easy check in, the hotel lobby is inviting. We celebrated our daughter's 7th birthday. We appreciated the complimentary birthday set up for her in our room. The room smells good and clean and it's big! There are 3 swimming pools, and 2 of the pools are for kids which we all enjoyed. The food at Cafe at K is great. Food were affordable and the taste and serving was fantastic! We love the Free Gulaman and complimentary Oreo and milk they gave our Kids. The sumptuous breakfast buffet is amazing! Lots of food selections! The hotel ground is huge where kids can run and play freely. We enjoyed watching them exploring the playround. The outside shower and toilet area near the wading pool was very clean. Parking is huge and was not a problem. The farm is absolutely awesome. There were lots of animals including sheeps! Our kids had a great time horseback riding. Thanks to kuya who guided them. All of the staff members were friendly Kudos to kuya Mel! We forgot to ask his name but there was a guy who proactively gave us bath towels and laundry bags when we went swimming.

Great hotel for relaxing and disconnecting to a degree. The surroundings are very quiet and serene, allowing you to really lay back and rejuvenate. Short distance away from the restaurants and malls that dominate most of Tagaytay.

Celebrated early mother’s day and my husbands birthday last april 27. Good food, ameneties and sorroundings. The staff are very friendly. The kids are very happy during our stay.

Everything about our stay was worth our time and penny. Our one yr old daughter loved the farm experience, especially when she fed the animals. She also enjoyed the horseback riding with her daddy. The staff are kind and hospitable too. We'll surely go back to this place.

Check in April 20 2018 Hotel is beautiful, the staff are accomodating esp the pool attendant Chito our waiter is execellent, Kids pool are amazing. We stayed @ room 442 its clean but I woke up around 3 am with a horrible smell from our toilet. The drainage system of our room is absolutely a let down unacceptable. Smelly Room! Food is ok we ordered Kare Kare its very tasty Halo halo is average to expensive Calamares is over price 260 pesos for a tiny portion but the waiter save it all hes very attentive, The farm village and Kids pool is beautiful. We usually dont complain upon checking inn I work myself in the same industry for years… early check inn would be helpful when you arrived @ 1210. Pm and you mention that your guest from the same room just check out approx 12:15pm and you let your guest waited for another 1 and half hour till 2pm on your lobby is very frustrating while our kids is so tired after a long journey. I undestand your 2pm check inn protocol OK,, but atleast be considerate for families with kids.

An enjoyable resort hotel for the whole family. Good calming surrounding, very friendly & courteous staff, reasonably priced food. There are lots of activities to enjoy: play games, do workouts, swim at the pool, see & feed the farm animals, ride the horse, fly a kite, roast mallows at the bonfire, enjoy a movie or simply lay back & relax.

The place is clean, refreshing and great. They have lots of amenities and activities you can do at their hotel. The staffs are accommodating and nice. Keep up the excellent service.

We had a weekend getaway here and the place was amazing! There's a game room, they let the guests borrow DVD and books in thier cozy nook. There's a petting zoo and a huge garden. There's also a pool for adults and kids! Their water playground was awesome as well! Would definitely come back soon! This hotel is highly recommended!

This is well managed and operted hotel. Staff are upbeat and active in there respective roles. The hotel looks well decorated and cleaned. Room is clean ang big. Breakfast is ok but not so special. I appreciate the pool, playground and farm.

I was not expecting it. But it had everything I wantedbin a hotel. A game room, a gym, a pool, even a zoo. A freakinn zoo which you could pet and feed the animals. It really is a cozy place for family and kids to just spend the weekends.

Spacious grounds. TRY THE PIZZA! Photogentic Instagrammable lobby. Must visit the animal farm. And ride on the tire swings. Kimberly is like a mansion ground for kids. It's like a dream home!

It was our family's first time to check in at Hotel Kimberly inTagaytay and we had an amazing experience. All staffs are friendly and warm. The place is so relaxing that we don't want to go home yet. My son enjoyed every area of the hotel especially the Zoo and the playground area which is so kid friendly. The food was good. We would love to return to this place again soon.

It has a great location. The game room is a great place to chill and have fun with family and friends.

The petting zoo is really great for kids and you can even book horseback riding for them. The dining options are limited and the food wasn't something that was anything to rave about, you can always head out to the various dining options around Tagaytay.

Perfect for families with young kids! I highly recommend going around the hotel's farm to feed the animals and view the organic garden. It's a relaxing experience.

Nice ambiance. Nice lobby, swimming pool and play ground. At night they got nice vintage style street lihgts and a nice outdoor theatre for kids.

Chill place. Stayed there for more than 3 times. Great ambiance so peaceful. Rooms are big and has comfy beds with super soft beddings. They have a farm which you should check out! They have horse back riding and educational talk about the plants and vegies they grow. They also serve delicious and healthy food. The food is not as oily as others and they always serve fresh salad straight from their farm. My fave place is the lobby which is very peaceful and very instagramable.

Five stars for this wonderful hotel. Accessible location. Clean and maintained rooms, function halls, etc. Accommodating staffs. Ask something and they will answer your demand right away. Downside: the entertainment room inside should be properly monitored. Foods are either too salty or too sweet.

A great place for bonding and staycation esp. For families! My sisters, nieces and I spent a night here and we really had a lot of fun! The hotel has a pool, spacious rooms, they have a recreation room and most importantly, a buffet breakfast awaits everyone after a good nights' sleep! A variety of good foods to choose from. My family enjoyed it so much esp. The pool, the lifeguard on duty was so helpful and exceeded our expectations! Great service to guests so we are definitely coming back very soon! :-)

Quiet location but within a comfortable distance from the city proper. Breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes. Outdoor playground is spacious with sturdy playgyms and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Mini petting zoo is a big hit for the kids. Pools are clean. Staff is courteous. Kids and adults had a wonderful time.

Booked in a premier room with my family. The room's huge and have ample space with five of us sharing two queen beds, and my kids are on the higher side of average built. A lounge chair is provided and the extra space beside and around the beds are ample, read: more than enough, another single bed could fit very well with extra space to spare. We stayed inside our room for a significant part of our stay and it did not bother us. Inside the room, standard features are available: water boiler for coffee, free bottle of water each day, closet space is huge, safe provided, personal ref. The fixtures are plain and did not take unnecessary space. DVD player is supplied with about 300 movie titles available for borrowing. And the selection is good. Welcome drinks also provided. Wifi signal is strong and the connection speed is very reasonable. The staff are friendly: from the guard, front desk, bell hop, dining staff, room service. The amenities are as we expected: game room, exercise bikes and tread mill, billiards, table tennis, air hockey, foosball, open lawn that doubled as mini farm with herb garden and foal, playground for kids (real and at heart), outdoor swimming pool, ample parking space, high ceiling at reception. It is located about 2.5 kms from the main Tagaytay highway. Basically, it is in a quiet neighborhood and the hotel area itself is not congested. Free breakfast is included in the accommodation. The meal selection (set meal) is good.

A very good place to stay.

My friends and I stayed there this weekend. Everything I asked for after booking the hotel via Agoda was arranged by the hotel staff. 900 PHP for an extra bed that already includes buffet breakfast, which is very delicious by the way, is a nice deal. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The only downside is it is quite far from the main road. Although I saw some tricycles and jeepneys along the way. Overall it was a very nice experience.
