The place was great, as well as their staff. They were so kind and accommodating.
The whole hotel is relaxing, all our family members enjoyed our stay here. We also loved theirnfood at their restaurant. Hope to be back again.

Love this place! Last minute booking but we had a blast! Sobrang ganda ng ambiance, talagang blast in the past. Perfect ang room namin for me and my family. Mabait ang staff at super sarap ng food nila I personally recommend kare kare, sisig, and corned beef for breakfast 😋😋😋 will definitely come back here.

The hotel is at the heart of Taal Heritage Site.
Decor was antique but minimalist. The hotel has a good view of Batangas.
We ordered Paradores pizza which has a very good crust and was as good. Pasta we ordered was also tasty. Staff from reception to restaurant servers are very nice and helpful.

The nostalgic atmosphere of the place is wonderful brings you back to the golden times. Service, food, personnels and facilities are top notch.

Such a beautiful and relaxing place. The rooms were really nice. Bathroom is clean and spacious. I am highly recommending Paradores for couples and family. Staff are very polite and courteous. Another plus is that they have a gated carpark and 24 hour security. Breakfast was so filling, I had, of course, tapsilog :)

If you love old pinoy style design and architecture, you'll love this place. what I love is the design, fast Wi-Fi per room, complete cable channels, complete room ammenities, polite staffs, with overlooking view and swimming pool. Price is soooooo worth it!

It’s a wonderful hotel with colonial theme and nice ambiance. Room is very cozy, staffs are friendly and foods are great. Beef tapa is really good. This is a place that I surely come back.

Superb! We enjoyed our stay because of exclusivity feeling since they can only accommodate limited guests. Food was awesome, simple but really delicious. Staff were welcoming and helpful to our needs. Room was stunning because of the look and cleanliness. We will definitely come back!

Had a very relaxing stay here, makes me want to sleep all the time. ^_^ The ambiance and service is great, Wi-Fi is fast, there are toiletries and there's hot and cold shower. Ihad the English breakfast and was surprised that the serving was big. I admire how the house was restored, even if there are old stuff, hotel is very clean.

Accommodations, food, service, and location are great. The rooms are well-appointed; the staff friendly and helpful. The longganisang Taal and salted egg pizza is especially good. The buffet spread for bfast and lunch is good since it has traditional Batangueño food — longganisa at tapang Taal, biya, adobo sa dilaw, tawilis… yum~

Beautiful hotel very reasonably priced. The service is absolutely excellent, expect a very warm welcome. The rooms are beautifully decored and fitting with this gloriously restored historic building. The whole place is lovingly created and will give you a truly pinoy experience from the colonial past. The restaurant is also good. I really enjoyed the pizza.

Beautiful hotel full of character and charm. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You can tell that all fixtures and decor were chosen very thoughtfully. The food is also delicious, and they have a great selection of delicacies on sale to bring home. The town of Taal is a "must visit", very accessible from Metro Manila and with lots to see and do. Through the hotel you can arrange a tour or a picture taking session in period costumes set in a beautifully restored old house. Note: the house was used as the setting for several quality Filipino films. The town of Taal and the Paradores are highly recommended!

A cosy place in the undervalued city of Taal. The hotel is very well kept, clean and comfortable. Good food in the Hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they offered help on the city visits. If you want to visit all the picturesque houses and places of Taal and one day is not enough, this Hotel is a great place to do night.

A quaint place bed and breakfast. Have never stayed here but have had breakfast buffet and lunch buffet. It's not bad though some other buffets in Manila may have more value for money.

If you feel like escaping the stress of the city life, then this place is for you. Relax with the combination of the antique ambience of the place and its greeny outdoors.

I loved my stay at Paradores Del Castillo. This is my second time here and from the moment we arrived, it seemed we were welcomed into a home. The whole hotel was clean and the rooms were beautiful. It was like stepping into the past yet being in the present. The mattresses were very comfortable with linens that smelled so fresh. We had a delicious Italian dinner and a variety of Filipino favorites for breakfast. Luckily, you can purchase the longanisa, tapa and assorted sauces to bring home and share with the family. The staff was always with a smile and very accommodating. We also had a tour of taal with young guides who were very knowledgeable of the place. Most fun was playing dress up which transformed us into “Maria Clara’s”. We will definitely return to Paradores Del Castillo. Worth the trip, worth the experience.

A perfect place to stay if you are in Taal. Everything about the place is picture perfect. The place is so clean and ideal for your short weekend get away. The staff are very nice and accomodating. We will surelly recommend Paradores Del Castillo.

It was great indeed good quality service that the paradores castillo have. We are also from batangas city esp in san pascual, and our first time to visit and encounter the place. Im also a cooordinator in catering services and it feels me like im with my working place. The ambiance, the place, the platble cuisine and even the staff, they reach my expectations. Feel at home at a different time. Affordable luxury and beautiful views of the terrace while you have breakfast or dinner. A fantastic staff. You just do not want to leave.

I love the place it is so romantic food service and the people are perfectly goooood will definitely come back.

Stayed here for 2 nights for work, but we enjoyed the hotel a lot! Reminds us so much of Vigan, we wish we could've had the time to go around the area. Front desk is very helpful, they even gave us maps and suggestions on where to go and eat. Rooms are lovely, old American-Spanish houses. Beds are firm, plump pillows, and the husband was pretty happy with the cable channel choices! Downside is shower needs descaling :) The restaurant Itaaliano (Taal-Italian food) served brick oven pizza which was 5 stars! Nice breakfast too! We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very good amenities and service! Their staff is very helpful. Tip: If you want privacy and are a large group you may opt to rent the Villa located 3 mins away from the main hotel. Some things to consider though : no buffet breakfast on weekdays, breakfast is served at the main hotel so a shuttle will pick you up if you're at the annex, swimming pool is in one of the villages so hotel shuttle will bring you, places of interest are all within walking distance.

This place is magical. A place in time. Serene, clean, comfortable and affordable room, accommodating and polite staff, near the city and they serve the best taal tapa. Kudos to the friendly owner. Thanks for making our special occasion memorable.

Nice ambiance, serene atmosphere, warm and friendly staff. Talkm with them and you'll learn some things about the Batangueño culture/tradition.

Definitely a wonderful hotel. Accents exude Spanish colonial era. The "house" itself is already a must see attraction. Recommended!

Good vibes from the hotel — a mix of historical & modern touches. I love their "antique" faucet & shower head! Hospitable & friendly staff characteristic of Batangueños. They have this yummy Longganisa Pizza in their hotel menu that's worth trying.
