I absolutely love Park Avenue. This hotel-guesthouse has become my go-to place, and I’ve stayed here 2x already.

I checked in late at night, around 930pm, because I needed to finish my work first.

The staff do tend to walk around the place a lot in high heels in the morning, afternoon and evening which can be loud.

Right in the Angeles entertainment district but far enough where it's quiet. Nice swimming pool and room service. Excellent and friendly staff. Spacious one bedroom apartments with limited cooking.

I recently stayed at Azumi Boutique Hotel in Alabang, Manila with my friends, and it was a great place for bonding.

We booked a room with king sized bed. The room had a king size bed and a sofa bed.

The rooms are well appointed, although not sure why they don’t provide seating on the decks, nor some basic kitchen equipment. How am I supposed to open my Redhorse politely?

The room was very spacious and comfy. I like the lighting options and the fact that bottled water was provided (in glass).

Great staff all around! Very attentive crew/staff that will tend to your needs! We felt at home during our two week stay! This includes the kitchen and room service crew. 10/10 will stay again!

The Receptionist Ms. Luisa Kurambaw was very nice and accommodated our request. Definitely recommend this place for a quick rest.

Lee Boutique Hotel has a lot of potential, but the overall experience really depends on what you value as a traveler.

I really came to love this hotel even though I felt it was rather rough at first. I had a cosy room and good Wi-Fi and the staff are good and I'm glad I stayed here and I look forward to going again.

A nice hotel at low cost. Rooms are small but they have very loud A/C. Window overlooking next building 24 inches away.

This is a solid hotel for those looking for a budget and clean place to stay at with nice breakfast.
The security guard is very helpful and Kim from the Front Desk is very beautiful.

Great location for coach station, 1 minute walk. On top of a big supermarket aswell. Staff were friendly. Was a bit noisy from early morning, can hear a loud phone ringing from the front desk.

This is a very pleasant affordable hotel in a good neighborhood for local shopping.

Booked our stay via Agoda and it did not disappoint. Check-in was a breeze and their staff was attentive to our inquiries. Their restaurant have a number of options for breakfast to choose from.

This hotel is near the SM downtown mall and market. The room was okay until my hubby was troubled with the doorknob, because it was loose.

Located at the very heart of the city, very accommodating staffs from reception to their security guards.

It was a great stay. Staffs are very nice and accomodating pet friendly pa. Looking forward to have another transaction with you in the future.

One of the hardest thing to find in manila is a hotel that accepts pet, and to have one like yours is a gem in a haystack! I will definitely be recommending this to my other travel buddies.

Looks better inside than from the outside. Family room is specious. It was clean. The only inconvenience is lack of parking lot.
