You get what you pay for. Everything is ok. No hot water in the shower, but hey! outside it’s 40 degrees. So it’s nice to cool off.

Good risotto… good pasta… love their homemade sausage with lentils… great coffee & dessert… homemade gelato & of course their famous original "rolled pizza"

Room no sleaper issued and not prepaired the soap and toothpaste. But the reception very friendly and good service. It's vert recommended. Thanks for the good service.

Staff were nice. Bathroom has tiny roaches tho. No toiletries too and you have to request the towels from the lobby first, so another trip to the elevator for that.

The lady who checks you in will help you all she can her service and politeness are exemplary.

The place is a bit pricey, but the room's nice. But do not get the LOFT, as you will spend a lot of time going up and down the stairs, even just to go to the toilet or for a shower.

The only decent hotel in the area and they know it. Prices are pretty high for an average hotel room and amenities.

The staff are accommodating and friendly. The room is neat and well maintained. Accessible to the market, national road and UPLB. You can enjoy in their big swimming pool.

It's difficult finding affordable beds for single backpacker on the north Luzon coast. Here it is 1000 pesos, clean and next to the ocean. It's simple and better with two people sharing.

Although its beachfront you still have to walk quite a distance to go swimming. But for a good night rest. Their place is ok. They even have kitchen utensils that you can use.

If you're looking for a good place to stay at in Lucena, 2205 should be a good option.

This honestly has to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in while in the Philippines. Rooms were clean, spacious, nice views of the river, great prices and lots of air conditioning.

One of the best low cost hotels that I've stayed in the Philippines! We stayed 3 nights. It's low cost so don't expect a lot of extra things, like toiletries or a fully furnished kitchen.

Jade Apartelle is located on a narrow Cul de sac that you'll access through a side street off the main highway. The rooms are bigger than average and comfortable.

We stayed from May 21 to the 31st (we ended up extending our stay as it was a worry free experience) staff are VERY respectful and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough. Worth every penny.

I had a great experience at Tampay sa Sinagtala, a cozy spot near the cafes in the area. It’s the perfect place to chill and enjoy nature while sipping on a good drink or having a light meal.

Tampay sa Sinagtala is a wonderful place. Our whole family stayed there last September 2-3. There are actually 22 of us. It was a very unique experience and everything felt comfortable.

The whole floor is clean and has a nice view. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. Also, the price is cheap considering the amenities you get.

Very challenging route going to parking area.

Very close to SM taytay. Noisy because it's on a busy road. Nice rooms. Lobby is always full of guests waiting for a room. There is a parking in the back. Air-con and water heater work properly.

Better than other budget hotels for the same price.

Motorcycle parking inside. Car can fit in garage, but you should park on the street since it would take up the driveway/walkway.

It's fine. What I love about here is their buffet. I'm a fan of nutritious food so yeah, what they offered satisfied me.

We were the only guest at the resort when we booked, so it feels like we are in a private resort. Nevertheless, the staff are still very attentive to our needs especially for dinner and breakfast.

Good place for pre nup or pictorials and big events. Rooms are small but good for couples. It is nestled away from the usual buzz so this is a good place to disconnect from stressors.
