We stayed two nights at the hotel. The Wi-Fi password and name given with your keycard at check-in didn't work in our room.

A Spanish colonial hotel with air conditioning and indoor plumbing. Incredible location and cobblestone walk to a very lively city.

Do not expect much on the rooms but it is decent enough for you to sleep and stay. Free breakfast included and the best part for me is the very good customer service.

Great place. Clean and kind staff. Very near to terminal and SM.

Too slow dumating ang breakfast 1hour na kami nag follow up wala parin.

Staff and managers are accomodating, kind and respectful. Promos are very helpful. Facilities is fair enough for an affordable price. Hotel Sogo is still competitive up to this days.

Clearly a very welcoming and beautiful place to stay, honestly. Glad we had the right choice of being at this place!

The Hotel is good. For a Hotel in the philipinnes it has a good quality and you feel welcomed☺️what I didn‘t like was 1. The Restaurant on the upper deck.

First, the front desk staff allowed us an early check-in at no additional cost since we arrived very early, which we truly appreciated.

This hotel is my go-to place whenever I happen to visit Olongapo. My recent stay at New Kong's Hotel was fantastic due to its unbeatable location.

Rooms are great and large for the price with a refrigerator and tv, and very large Cr area.

Enjoyed our stay for two nights. Very clean and with a nice staff.

Booked this amazing villa for 2 nights. Clean, with a beautiful view. Kitchen had all the staples; dining ware, cooking pots and utensils, cold water dispenser. Plenty of beds!

This place is quite old, and before the pandemic it had a restaurant. When my family and I stayed overnight recently, it looked almost the same as before, but it seems to be well-maintained.

Clean and tidy, comfy bed, lovely staff. The only criticism I have is that the room that we got was located close to the main road, and the traffic noise was loud.

Rooms — rooms was clean with clean sheets and towels. Bed are also comfy perfect for sleeping.
Wifi — Wifi is slow to nothing in the grandballroom area. While in the Pavillion slow to moderate.

Complimentary bottled water and coffee is not refilled daily compared with other hotel/resorts of its rank.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile specially Ms. Jelly the receptionist.
Great value for money, clean, and perfect location.

Excellent hotel, close to everything. Parking available in front and in back. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant was good and had large selection.

The place is near the beach just a seconds walk the owner has its own carinderia where u can buy food and beers. Very accommodating Naman ung may Ari. One of my good experience in baler.

For me, it's the best place to crash. Very Affordable, Quiet & Clean. Location is perfect, the beachfront is just across w/ plenty of food/coffee joints to try out.

As always, staff were pleasant and welcoming.
They waived my late check out fee due to an emergency on my part. (what a consideration! )

I do hope you can add more dining resto or fast food resto. More boutique or even play area for kids… I do hope you can atleast rebuilt, liven up Robinsons Otis. ☺️

Reception — Very welcoming and considerate. We arrived early but allowed us to have an early check-in so we can rest immediately. Process was also very smooth.

We recently stayed at Rizal Park Hotel and truly enjoyed our experience. The design of the hotel is beautiful — elegant, classic, and very well-maintained.

Maganda yung hotel inside and maganda din service nila plus approachable and friendly yung mga staffs.

Staff are friendly. NIce KTV Room, nice sound system.

Great dorm experience for 5 months and accommodating staffs! 10/10

To all UH staff and Management: Thank you for the warm hospitality during my 14-day stay as a transient. Your support meant a lot to me, especially during the exam period.

Small pool, but great view. Gym is also accessible, good thing they also have water dispenser inside gym. Outside view is good, just don't look at the the bottom. Manage your expectation.

The building is very modern and luxurious. The rooftop infinity pool is just amazing, the sunset is magical from the pool. The staff is very friendly, kind and attentive.

The hotel was so comfy and the staff was so hospitable and polite. Room is clean and neat perfect for relaxing, Also it's paw friendly brought my two fur babies. Food are nice.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay here with my dog! Finding a truly pet-friendly hotel in Quezon City can be tough, but Hotel DreamWorld made it so easy.

This place is great. The atrium/ lobby is great for socialization, the rooms are clean and smells nice. The blankets are thin like curtains or bed sheets.

Super cheap but clean. It doesn't look like your sx motels, more like a family inn!
The receptionist was accommodating but it took a long time to get to our room.
