“A Heritage Hotel within The Heritage City. ” The "superior" room I got for three thousand pesos was really small but neat.

The stay was short but the hotel is perfect! Right in the middle of the bustling Naga City.

I visited Naga for 2 days amd I stayed at Uma. I knew the area is very accessible to alot of places/things thats why I chose this place.

The gardens are beautifully set out with the pools. The room was okay, except plastic covered mattress and many mosquitoes. I stayed here overnight just to be close to the airport.

The inn is a bit hard to find in the building as there's no sign or poster. Just ask around 😁 It's on the ground floor. The rooms are good with water heater, aircon, private bathroom.

We book 18 rooms and have 30 guest and The room was so nice as expected….

The service is excellent! All the staff member there are very helpful and kind. The rooms are very relaxing especially if your room is on the forest view. Location is perfect. Atmosphere is very cozy.

What I like in this Transient is worth the pay, warm room, shower w heater, and a homey stay. Feels like my home in province. Yeah 5/5 for me.

Been to Baguio many times every summer. I can confidently say that this hotel is the best I’ve tried in Baguio. It is placed in a super convenient location across from Wright Park.

Warm and efficient hotel staff. Spacious and clean room. Close to some tourist attractions like Wright Park, Botanical Garden, The Mansion, Mines View and Good Shepherd.

This is a large hotel with ample free parking. The rooms are clean, but the bathrooms are quite small. You have to go to the shower to close the door.

Due to a mix up, entirely of my own making, I come to the Pink hostel cap in hand for a room.

We haven’t slept in the hostel, but the host offered us a breakfast, shower and we could leave luggage there during our 3 days hike in the countryside.

Absolutely an excellent place to stay. Clean facility with all you need for a great nights stay. Internet was fast, food is superb, and wonderful service. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is nice and clean and have a restaurant on the first floor. The bed is confortable, shower with hot water.

I booked two rooms, I tried to call them to fix something many times, but no one answered my calls. After a few hours, someone finally picked up and fixed my problem.

Went there with a 2 night reservation. After my interactions with the staff at the front desk and restaurant, I decided to extend my stay another 3 nights. All staff are wonderful and engaging.

Good location, unfortunately the elevetor still needs a safety permit to be operational.

Our overnight stay there was great. A real definition of pet friendly staycation coz they even have a pet lootbag which includes pee pads, toys and treats. Prices of the food are reasonable as well.

I recently stayed at this inn and had a pleasant overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay.

Room is good spacious, and you can have family as well. I got the junior room. The service was amazing. Staff was friendly and able to assist right away.
Location is bit far from nightlife.

The FOOD are EXCELLENT.
ROOM IS PERFECT just a lil problem with shower when we change the room.
The service is great they are all nice and helpful.
The only problem is the LOCATION it's really noisy.

I had a wonderful stay at SOGO Hotel Yabut. The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

In a city that has outrageously expensive hotels, this simple and clean hotel is a breath of fresh air. It is a few steps off P. Burgos st. One of the red light districts here.

DG Grami Hotel is my home away from home, very nice room, staff is very accomodating.
To the management, Thank you for first time generous update on my room from 208 to 201.

We stayed here to rest since we came from a wake in a nearby chapel and had to be ready for the funeral the next day.
Customer service — excellent from the guard to the receptionist.

Okada is objectively a great hotel. Rooms are big, the food in the restaurants are great, and the service is great.
HOWEVER.
I'm only going to rate it four stars because my subjective criteria.

We rated our stay at Okada 5 stars, and overall it delivered a refreshing, high-quality family experience with excellent service, atmosphere, and amenities.
