I was looking for a hotel that's closest to our ancestral home and I was glad that I found this place. It's definitely budgetarian but its amenities are better than most budgetarian hotels I tried.

Stayed here for a small birthday celebration with friends.

I stayed at this hotel from February 10to February 12/2026. In my experience, their service was truly outstanding and highly commendable.

Good location right in the nightlife area of Makati, convenient food stops, groceries, local food finds.

I stayed in a studio room at Sans Hotel. Sadly, I saw a few small cockroaches during my stay, in the kitchen area when I first entered the room, and disturbingly, even beside the bed where I slept.

The budget hotel that we can always rely to. Simple, clean, warm staff, helpful guard. Only limited parking lot is the concerns.

I recently stayed at V. I. P Suites Hotel and had a generally positive experience.

Bathroom amneties were provided. It exceeded our expectation. Everything was worth it especially we booked via Agoda. Would love to book again.

Definitely a 5 out of 5! Stayed in a 4-bed dormitory room. Each dorm room has it's private toilet & bath + lockers (bring your own padlocks). All dorm rooms are spacious & well-lighted.

Great hostel in Makati, fun rooftop, cool location and friendly staff, would recommend!

Staff are very accomodating to the guest, the place is clean and relaxing.

We were here just a couple of days but found it comfortable and walking distance to many restaurants.

It's a good hotel that provides the customer service in a good and elegance environment, I hope one day I will have to come and visit you and apply for some job opportunities there.

Magnificent atmosphere…

The room was comfortable and I had no issues sleeping. The location is good, with a nearby grocery store and it’s within walking distance to the Lighthouse branch, with tricycle terminal beside.

I think overall this is good value, it is in a good location although the amount of parking is limited. The rooms are quite basic, and you have to ask for a fridge and desk.

Just got back from a stay at Villa Espinoza and I honestly loved it. The place had such a chill and homey vibe—super relaxing.

In addition to having a beach and a pool, the area is extremely solid; the staff is very welcoming and helpful, and the owner himself looks after visitors.

We stayed at Meaco Hotel during our road trip from Manila to Boracay, and it was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel.

Rooms are okay, it's clean and well maintained. Staff are helpful and accommodating. There's free breakfast for 24 hrs rooms.

The hotel felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and always ready to help. The location made it easy to get around.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent and very well-maintained, and everything was clean and comfortable.
