So everything is not five star. The room is incredible! The TV works and comes on a media. The ac is overpowering. They have bottled water. A queen bed and a bathroom is all you get.

Value for money, but on wrong side of main road for our purposes.
Staff great and very helpful.

Guards are strict, if no elevator access card, you cannot go up… too strong of fragrant smell in the lobby…

I love this place! This condo is just fantastic. Very well situated, close to everything… medical center, malls, restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, etc… The lobby is beautifully decorated.

Not a bad location, many stores and restaurants downstairs nearby. Really slim streets, no parking. Room was decent and provided amenities. Ac was not that great but works.

Very nice experience. Air con and comfortable bed. Only bad thing was that the hot shower wasn’t working (I couldn’t make it work).

Visited for day swimming only.
There are two shower stalls for the day visitors. Not that great but better than the other resort who allows day swimming but no shower stalls available.

Rooms are spacious, but dont expect luxury.
You have access to the beach, and the resort has its own restaurant. Great place to just relax.

At first you will never know that there's a hotel inside. Name of the hotel is not visible. I hope they would put a signage so that clients won't be confuse.

In the middle of the bar zone, with all the amenities close by. The big rooms are really big, only sit back is the water pressure in the shower — a lot of quality for the money.

The hotel is situated in Daraga, Albay just 1.8km from the town center. It offers free parking on-site, which is valuable perk for travelers arriving by car.

If you are looking for a budget-friendly, close to the city, clean and beautiful rooms this is the place for you. With the privilege of nice host and hospitable staff.

The hotel was more than I expected, fair price, the location very close to the metro station reaching that by walking.
First floor have a buffet restaurant, very helpful if you check in late.

Booked a hotel room for a very cheap price. I guess I'm lucky since the room given to me was quiet and doesn't have cigarette smell.

Very clean, no frills on checkin, bed is comfy, couch is leather and comfy. Water heater wasn't working that's the only negative but in Manila heat it's not a big deal.

Compared with accommodations of the same price range in Philippines, this room has great value.

Borawan Island Resort was a one day visit to their beach.
The beach has white sand and is very clean. Ther were few other people.

Very friendly caretakers, very clean place, safe, secured. The waters are very calm and the skies are amazing. Will come back again with family and friends!

Rooms are clean and new, service is okay. Parking is sufficient (will fit about 6 cars).

Quiet and very relaxing atmosphere.
Hot bath is included. I think all villas include a bath tub. Also all villas have access to pool with balcony.

Quite enjoyable specially the wave pool. It's on a schedule every other two hours, for 20 minutes. Bring food along as the tapsi meals are expensive at 500php each.

The experience is great. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The food is nice, while eating at the restaurant you can see the beautiful facade of the building. Really enjoying and fun.

The kids and I have been wanting to stay here since my Aunt's vacation. And it didn't let us down. We love the pool area, we love the food, we love that the room is huge. But all in all.

Decent enough to stay in. Great location and view especially with the added coastal road. Expect it to be noisy until around midnight as they have live bands starting dinner time.
