Very disappointing experience at Stay Inn. We tried to book 2 rooms in advance, but the reservation was not properly handled. Service was poor, communication was lacking, and when the booking failed, there was no effort to compensate or assist us in transferring to another hotel. We were left to solve the problem ourselves. Definitely not the level of hospitality we expected.

Location just one minute walk to beach.
Wide parking outside (not just gated, no cctv)
Maybe not that soundproof walling.
Service is great, they gave us big room with 2 queen size bed HAHA, wide hot n cold shower room, with bath towels and blanket, with AC, mirror, drawers.
Just bring your own foods hahaha.

Booked 2 weeks prior (Annex native room) but when we arrived room was not ready, no actual guest before us, had to request blankets and towels. Decent internet speed. Room was advertised that it has hot/cold shower, but unfortunately it was not working. For some reason ants where popping out.
Has huge parking space.
1 min walk to the beach.
They have available convention rooms.

This hotel is the best pick if you’re hunting for a budget room in Sabang Baler. Free grilling area, free parking, fast-connect Wi-Fi, super kind staff, spotless rooms, and the beach is literally less than a minute away. 😎✨💖

We have a terrible experience staying. The room is dusty, it even have a falling small wood debris (something like an anay poop, not sure though), the AC is to noisy, no toiletries provided. Lastly, my hubby even saw a cocroach inside the room.
Not worth the price!

We had a great time experience here in Baler Aurora, staying overnyt for P1500 (nipa type room accomodation) is not bad. Washroom are clean with shower heater which is good (badly need this coz the water is so cold), aircon works fine, staff are slightly friendly and some are really friendly. There's another building under construction so it is nice to stay for a this newly and fresh room soon.
Cons — need to walk at least 1 block to the Sabang beach so better to bring stuffs that you need, dogs are freely walk around and some puppies keeps barking at you (not really sure if they had a vaccine already so beware of them, they look friendly and go to the beach to find food).

No frills just aircon, bed, slow Wi-Fi and parking. Parking thou is not assured as their parking lot can only have like 10 cars max.

Videoke from 1pm to almost midnight. We had to sleep late because of this. I get it they want to have fun but they are not the only guests here.
No soundproofing. When there are no people partying, you can hear some people yelling. Very nice ruining some hours of your sleep.
They have auto door lock but did not invest in a good, quiet AC. What they have is a cheap Astro brand, not enough cold but very loud which adds to the noise you're already experiencing here.
For the same price, you can get better accommodations nearby. Next time I will make sure to check reviews ahead.

Travellers beware, we stayed here and it was a nightmare. Terrible service. We booked the premium deluxe room ocean view 1 queen bed on expedia and we got the triple room partial ocean view. When we told the front desk about our room issue, they said the room was sold out and they only have 1 of that room kind. False Advertising big time. When we got in our room, there was no AC that, no towels and toiletries. The water pressure is weak and it’s not beach front. The rooms are not sound proof. You could hear the people partying downstairs and the staff yelling at each other in the morning. Not worth what we paid for.

There are a lot of stairs and no elevator. There are several leaks inside the Inn. The airconditioning makes a lot of noise and doesn't really lower the temperature. There are quite some ants in the rooms. Also I booked a room with a bathtub, on arrival they didn't seem to have any room containing one. When I asked the staff to compensate me in some way for not living up to the expectations, they really didn't bother doing anything at all. Also their English is very bad. Breakfast was okay.

Kettle is not included. You have to buy 1 thermos of hot water for 50 pesos coz kettle is not included despite them saying all kitchen stuff are included.

Staff are so accommodating. Facilities are okay. However, if you have seniors with you, probably best to coordinate first if there are available rooms at ground and second floor. It will be a struggle for senior citizens to go to the 3rd floor.

Clean and decent accommodation at a budget-friendly price. We booked the place for a night (2 pax & 1 pet dog) and I’d say you’ll get your money’s worth because it has the basic stuff you need for a short stay like free private parking, convenient location (near beach), amenity kit, towels, and common dining area.

I was advised that the main building is fully booked and they have a new building that is 5 minutes away to the beach and that is fine with me. But the thing is hindi lang pala sa beach malayo ang new hotel na to. It will take us sometimes to get to the beach. Malayo din sa primary needs like restos. U told us too that the hotel is just 5 minutes away to the beach but it took us sometimes getting to the hotel by CAR. The hotel has no mirror, no bidet, no tv, no Wi-Fi, and we don't even know where to hang our clothes. You do have heavy equipment park at the main entrance of the hotel.
My honest feedback to u is that we had a very bad experience booking with you and will not come back anymore.

Never knew would be so disappointed in this place. At first booked deluxe rooms but was advised not ok with old people. OMG they put us in those casitas that were leaking, full of bugs and stray dogs pooping all over. Requested to be in our booked rooms. Mind you this hostel you have to prepay everything. Then last minute was advised that we lacked 1000 pesos for whatever unexplainable reason. Never stay in this place! Always ask for a receipt.

We booked a deluxe room for 6 which was unfortunately located at the 3rd floor. No elevator, we had difficulty going up and down (especially elderly companions). The room had a few insects. TV had few channels. Restroom's faucet had a leak. Main door's lock was broken. Staff was nice. Near the beach.
