I stayed in their Single Room with 2 single beds for P1800 a night, located on the 4th Floor. During my stay, the elevator wasn't working, and oh boy it's very tiresome.

I reserved a bed in their backpacker's room for 4 days and 3 nights. The room is clean and spacious with an elevator and some amenities to use during your stay.

Pros:The helpful staff provides guidance and local tips for navigating the city.

The room we got is bigger than we thought for a standard room for couple.

Comfort, right price, cool, clean, perfect at-home feeling, rooms, and food services are excellent. Costs are very practical and the staff are very friendly.

Good hotel for travelers who are in a budget, it is also accessible to jeepneys, just 2 mins walk. Friendly staff too. Strong Wi-Fi and has drinking water.

We booked by accident, but it was money well. Spent.
There were minimal. Flaws but manageable.
We have the deluxe room with city view which I believe add to its cost.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever.

Not morden, but everything is the best they can. Wide room, not bad bed condition (good). Kind staff.

Had a good night's sleep here. I was on my way to Tagaytay proper late at night and was about to book a hotel through Agoda when I saw this hotel.

Me and partner checked in last Sep 12-13. The staffs are friendly and nice. The room was nicely sanitized. The shower and toilet are separated which I loved. There’s a heater as well.

59 Xavierville is a neat and new place for transients. Operated by Red Doorz. Medium price range. With a good sized and clean room. With Hot or cold shower in an ample sized bathroom.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 59 Xavierville by RedDoorz during my business trip, and it was an excellent choice for my accommodation needs.

Staying at Makati Luxury Apartments felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Staff were accommodating and ensured a seamless stay experience.

First come, first serve parking.
Overall a decent stay. The room needs a bit of renovation, and the towels were overly used and needed replacement. Staff responded promptly when requested.

We went there early because parking was limited so we were able to secure a parking space.

I love this place, the hotel staffs are so nice and accommodating.

I come here for the comfy beds. But don't expect epic views or anything else other than a good night's sleep, especially with the pandemic and all.

This hotel has large clean rooms, fresh paint, large bathrooms… away from the noise of Fields.
The nitelife is always nearby.

It short days to stay at this homestay huhu… I only stay for 3days and 2 night.
I am so sad at my last day I get bonding with ate arlyne (the owner I stay).

The place is good at its price. If you are not that picky, the room here is very comfortable. Staffs are very accomodating.

Where very thankful to the ladies on duty they are accommodating and the room is ok. Services are ok and place is near church school market more eatery. Beside the Meaco Royal Hotel is Novo Mall.

The room was simple but clean especially the comfort room. All the employees were nice and helpful during my 4 day stay there last Nov. 30-Dec 3. Very good budget hotel, definitely highly recommended.

Next door to a hospital, a large church and the city provincial jail. I don't know anyone there, but in case you want to visit…

The rooms are so nice and they have elevators for higher floors and the price was just right!
