I had a great time at Granada, it’s close to the golf course and the ocean and a few steps away from many restaurants at the resort.

Hola people I stayed here from Saturday December 20 until Monday December 29 2025.

The original Mayan Palace is over 50 years old. Several of the older buildings have been demolished with no signs of what is planned in their place.

Food was consistently outstanding service was impeccable. Door man (concierge) in main lobby was very helpful polite and genuinely pleasant. Always smiling and very attentive.

Very good facilities and attention x part of the staff I very affordable the price of the rooms 100'/, family.

I would call this a good hotel for travelers. For those from the United States I would suggest that this hotel is a lot like Motel 6 only a little better. Larger rooms.

A very clean place, with great space and spacious bedrooms. All in excellent condition! all my family very happy and at ease!

I went in 2019 when it was Mariana beach and it was very nice and clean, I think now that the change is much better from what is reflected in the photos.

Stayed here in May 2023 and again November 6th. Unfortunately the pool has fallen into disrepair and unusable. Kids disappointed as it’s 99 degrees today.

We are SO grateful we found this hotel! The staff were amazing, ensuring we were safe and knew to stay in during the violence on Jan 5th 2023.

I give it a 10/10, super comfortable rooms, dream mattress, television with all the services, it is luxurious and at a super affordable price, I will definitely return!

Great and very convenient experience, I like the concept of a virtual reception, we had always great communication with the host and every doubt we had was solved.

The place is way overly price. The t. V and the internet didnt work. No hot water, not even warm. Full of spiders, moths and lizards.

The hotel is quite nice, you forget that you are in the city, the food tasty, generous portions and fair price, I think.

Beautiful hotel design with very helpful and prompt staff. If you love the Quijote, you will enjoy very much the large statue of the man of the Mancha.

This place is huge and very quiet, it's not a hotel but a residence very clean and great Wi-Fi in the common areas 2 pools 1 heated, jacuzzi, gym, spa. I only stayed 2 days need more time.

This was a perfect hotel for my week long solo adventure in Mazatlan. The room was very clean, bed comfortable, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and gracious.

This hotel is wonderfully located — steps from local restaurants, shops, and bars, and right on the beach.

Wow! This place was so good it was above my expectations. I've been to Mazatlan multiple times and this place was my favorite so far!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff are all so kind, caring and accommodating. Cheery and happy and always presentable looking.

We ended up in Matzalan for a variety of reasons, we usualy go to Cancun. We had no idea what we were getting into as I read previous reviews.

The rooms are cozy and the atmosphere is very calm, perfect for resting. Plus, if you enjoy going out, it's conveniently located near downtown and the beach.
