We had an excellent experience during our stay. The area is very secure and peaceful. It is also walking distance to the Museum of Anthropology, Soumaya Musuem, and Chapultepec.

Good hotel. A bit of a drive for some of my favorite areas in the city (Polanco or Roma Norte)

The Westin Santa Fe was great — the room, furnishings, housekeeping and staff were all first-class. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant and bar were good too.

Great rooms and service but the Wi-Fi wasn’t great. Would come again though.

Nice rooms, and greatly located. Front desk is not always that nice, but the rest of the staff is really nice. You have many restaurants nearby and the Metrobus just in front of the hotel.

This is like a hidden gem! It’s located on a private street with a guard at the entrance. Once inside, we were greeted by Rosalba, who was super friendly and helpful with our luggage.

Lovely hotel in one of the most walkable and pleasant parts of CDMX. I found the location absolutely fantastic, I was able to walk everywhere and enjoy cafes and restaurants around the hotel.

Great hotel, convenient next to shopping center and very good restaurant, a bit out of town but practical if going to Toluca. Clean gear viewsand reasonable, good breakfast. Good parking.

Been here a week and just extended another week. Rooms are very clean. Central A/C and felt safe. They provide daily cleaning service (new sheets, sweep, mop etc). Staff is very friendly.

Honestly the only complaints I have with this place are that the noise from the road is pretty audible and the mattresses for the beds are not comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was great, room and everything on hote grounds was super clean and well kept. Awesome aesthetics in the room that was very charming.

It's a beautiful hotel in city center, the staff specially Israel were really helpful, it has a roof top that's really fun and quiet since the hotel is in a busy street, if you want to be close to

We arrived at the hotel after midnight so it was difficult to know when we arrive since they lock the main gate after 10pm for safety.

Excellent location, walkable like there's no tomorrow, endless food establishments nearby, 200 MXN Uber to AICM, clean rooms, friendly staff, nice neighbors.

Colmena suites Tonala is a sweet cozy little place on a pretty quiet street with trees.
There is a juice/fruit stand right on the corner, which I was happy about.
