The attention from the staff was good. The night we arrived at the hotel we ordered dinner from the restaurant: club sandwich and chicken soup, the capsu was expired with date of SEP /20 and the chicken soup made to lose, its appearance not appetizing and its very strange flavor, the broth was white 🤢🤢. So in my experience the restaurant is the worst.

Excellent sandwiches and delicious buffet food. Delicious desserts.

Excellent service by the people of the restaurant who make you enjoy your food. At the front desk you are greeted very friendly.

They have a good service the staff is friendly, the problem comes that the price indicated on the internet is cheap only if you book through an app, but you do and you want to personally book the price doubles. The place has ants infestation! my clothes were filled with ants and I was stung all over my body, very bad experience for what they charged.

Very friendly, very clean hotel and at a good price.

Pretty decent! Their rooms were pretty comfortable. Wi-Fi was very satisfactory. 24 hour room service, and very sweet restaurant staff. The front desk came off as a bit stand-off ish at times but service was always adequate, and overall nothing extraordinary (except their restaurant staff, which was definitely great).

I love Zona Rosa. It has the biggest diversity related to food and affordable places to visit and/or do some sightseeing. This hotel is near the area and has some fabulous Korean restaurants right beside it. Also the suite was cheap and really clean. It was sort of small but it was still comfortable. The linens were fresh but cozy, lots of pillows, the bathroom was also a bit small but it was perfectly designed for commodity because there's room for everything. And the service was awesome.

The hotel was very nice and the location was very good. Ample the room, peeo I touched a little noise of some painters and the bathroom makes noise when you pull. The rest excellent choice for business traveler.

Quite spacious the suites, clean them very well and also there is always hot water, very comfortable beds and pillows as well. The buffet is very good and varied.

La atención es mala. Estando en lobby del hotel, mientras hacia Check in, 2 personas entraron y robaron mi computadora. Vimos las cámaras del hotel y con todo y la evidencia, no le dieron mucha importancia.
En las habitaciones hay mucho ruido.
The attention is bad. At the hotel lobby, while I was checking in, 2 people came in and stole my computer. We saw the cameras of the hotel and with the evidence, they did not give much importance.
In the rooms there is a lot of noise.

Habitaciones muy amplias, buen costo en relación a ubicación. Cuenta con caja de seguridad por cuarto para guardar cosas de valor. El servicio al cuarto es 24 horas. Recordando si asistes a un evento cerca de la zona de reforma.

It offers what it takes, but something that happens at this hotel is that it moves, it has vibes and makes you think it's shaking, so calm down! Rate me if you fu useful.

It was horrible, since we arrived we noticed that the air conditioner was not working properly and we notified it. They were, but they said they couldn't do anything, the air got hurt and we were not moved from room, we had a horrible heat. The room service was lousy, we asked for things that were not brought in and then they didn't answer anymore. The breakfast buffet is too expensive as for what they give. Anyway, we paid a lot for what we received… PF Suites I don't go back and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Business hotel. Reasonable prices, clean & well maintained rooms with all amenties required and simple transit point to major accounts and entertainment venues. Have stayed 5 times in the last year for short (3 day) & longer periods. It has always been a pleasant and productive stay. Would recommend to any of my travel buddies.

Very convince location to stay in Zona Rosa. Lots of restaurant around here. Feel safe even at night time. Small lobby area and tiny elevator. It was looks bigger on website. : ( Room was bigger than hotels in north america. Pretty clean. Micro wave, stove and sink in separate living room area. Desk and sofa. But bathroom area is too small. Room 412 has bad smell, I had a headaches. I move to other room due to water leaking from wall and ceiling Two beds was all wet. I was out for all day long. Came back and big surprise. Hotel knew before I back to the room. How? Avoid the room412. It may leaks many times previously otherwise how do they know that.

Very good place to stay in Mexico city. Reasonable cost. Clean, close proximity to business district, metro, restaurants etc. A+ customer service.

Good price, decent location (don't confuse it with Hotel PF around the corner). The place seemed cold and unwelcoming, but it was a decent place to sleep. Good water pressure, TV with cable, Wi-Fi was ok, bottled water in room, coffee pot w/ coffee, A/C. There is a Korean BBQ place a few doors down and there are a lot of restaurants along Londres, just a block away.

Comfortable and well located. From the 7am you will hear a lot of the traffic of Chapultepec Avenue. So it's not ideal if you want to sleep at that time.

Good thing: Convenient location and good price. Free Wi-Fi. Front desk staff very friendly.
The bad: The building creaks and moves if a truck passes. It's between a bule and a den, so the street at night is insecure.
If you touch the rooms overlooking Chapultepec, the noise is annoying. But if you get a look at the back, your stage is sheer rooftops.
I don't recommend it.

This is an excellent property. It is located in central Zona Rosa / Roma. There are many restaurants, bars, groceries, metro stops, attractions, etc within walking distance. The The staff is friendly and helpful and speaks English. My suite was very large, clean, and quiet, with a comfortable queen-size bed in a suite, a flat-screen TVs, a separate living room with kitchenette. The bathroom was clean and well-lit. The internet speed was great. The only problem was the unpleasant deodorizer in the room which sprayed a horrible scent every minute. It was truly awful and I had to find a way to turn it off. Regardless, I would choose to stay at this property again in the future.

Excelente servicio y buenas instalaciones, personal muy amable pero las paredes no aislan todo el ruido, estuvo sonando la alarma del reloj de la habitacion contigua y se escuchaba hasta mi habitacion. En lo demas me gusto mucho.

Amazing place, for an amazing price. In the middle of everything. The rooms are amazing as well and right near the subway station. Always stay here when in town.

First the good, location, metro close by, 3 blocks away you find some great outdoor restaurants, you may want to try Creps and Waffles. Besides that, the hotel rooms are small and cramp, good water pressure but small bathroom. They have a breakfast buffet; the bread was old, the waffles cold and hard, the OJ water down. If you don't mind going out for breakfast better to do so.

Facilities are simple but comfortable and clean, excellent treatment and simple.

I don't like that don't change the towels they don't give you toilet paper you have to ask reception does not deserve the 4-star category we are not treated well. Would not return to this hotel.

A comfortable place to rest, clean and good service.

I made a reservation 1 week in advance and when I arrived, it turns out that didn't have any reservation and had to wait for me to vacate any, that was not my day. To discover the sheets TWO ✌ bed BUGS! Can you believe it? and the lamp of the bureau made short Just because of need and because there was no other hotel, with availability of rooms, was that I was.

Just the Service staff was some how helpful, the Girls at the desk where not so nice per say, I spent 4 Nights there, so be ware! if you don't book online, they will nail you! online was around $60 bucks, and there was a fee showing of $1600 pesos, aprox $160 dollars! per night, the tour packages that the hardly english speaking bell boys, where very expensive, and also make sure you request a receipt, other wise they will call some random vehicle and take you around and call it a tour. You might get kidnaped if you dont pay atention to the driver. And water was about $36 pesos per bottle, the owner, some old guy from spain. I was getting my shoes polished by a person (only paid $7 pesos aprox. 50 cents) and this arrogant guy (Luis Cuevas) asked me not to doit again. Even tought it was on the street. Wao. I was amazed of how unorganized this place was, and also they get this MASSIVE GROUPS of tourists (because its a cheap hotel) from South America and Asia. That are so loud, you can hear averything going on in the hall, and the rooms next to you, I dont know if they pay this people that write "goog reviews" about this hotel, but seriously, I was very dissapointed with the service. Check out their web page. They used their same staff to make a flash video, so cheap to pay actors, and decided to use you receptionists. After 11 PM, they lock the main entrance, turn off the lobby lights and block the main entrance with locks, so if you are out on a weekend and decide to party.
