Staff kept hanging up while we tried to book a room then when they answer we where transfered to a different agency that charged DOUBLED the price of what the staff told us in the beginning it went from 159 usd to almost 400! Very unprofessional staff.

Very poor service for Le Méridien standards! We have ordered an omelette for a breakfast and then we were waiting 40 min to get our meal that never arrived instead the lady came and told us that she doesn’t have any more eggs. In the meanwhile she was serving eggs to other people. They have no solutions for any of your complaints. Seriously not a five stars hotel! Rooms are clean but basic decorations a bit old already. Next time we’ll choose other hotel this looks rather like 3 stars.

Helpful staff, great rooms, and an excellent location between several major areas you'd want to see in Mexico City. It's perfectly situated to see Roma, Polanco, and the historic Center while slightly away from the crowds themselves. The great views are a nice plus as is the pretty solid bar/ restaurant with surprisingly good guacamole.

Nice clean rooms, feels very spacious. Bathroom is also large and modern with plenty of amenities. Complimentary waters provided each day. Good views of the city from the bedroom windows. They have delicious free candies and apples and newspapers in the hallways on the SPG floors (not sure about the other floors). The employees are all friendly, helpful, and speak both Spanish and English.

I have stayed here a number of times when I am in CDMX to run a race. The hotel is centrally located on Reforma. It used to be a Doubletree (I think), so all the rooms have a separate sitting area and are quite comfortable and quiet. Check-in, check-out and concierge service are exceptional. Highly recommendable if you need to be in that part of the city.

The staff at the hotel takes its job very seriously and treats great not only the guests but also people visiting guests. They are polite and try to be helpful all the time. Have a good imagine of the hotel and its staff and it's located in the center of Mexico City on one of the most important avenues in the city.

Property is very well maintained, rooms are very spacious, staff there is extremely helpful, has a Starbucks conveniently in the lobby. I cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely return here next time I'm in Mexico city.

It is a very nice and even luxurious hotel, it is in a great area on one of the most important avenues of Mexico City (reform walk) some of the employees seemed to me to some degree rude; because when you enter the hotel you "question" and are scanned from top to bottom (as they see you). Obviously when you realize that you have the resources to be a customer in a place in your category your treatment is totally different. Simply put, the place is fine but they should have employees with not-so-square minds and above all staff located why it looks like the hotel is theirs and the reality is that they are only employees who are to attend and give an excellent service to the guests, and even more, to guests who are never rude to them.

A very central hotel, this allows you to be able to move to different recreational and tourist places.
The place is clean and the staff gives you a very good deal.

Nice facilities, quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Can't beat the location and the staff is very helpful. Convenient walking distance to many things. I asked for directions to a pharmacy they sent someone with me to make sure I was taken care of as my Spanish isn't confident. My favorite place to stay in Mexico City.

This location of this hotel is great; centrally located between the historic district to the east and neighborhoods like Roma and Condesa to the west. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and affordable with good service from the staff who were courteous and patient with my bad attempts of high school Spanish (they speak English as well). There's a Starbucks downstairs and it's an easy location for Uber to pick up or drop off. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome time at Le Meridien in Mexico City. The service was spot on and kudos to the restaurant staff for a menu that worked for all our 7 travelers for the 5 days we were there. The service staff kept everything emaculant and the Bell Hops were very helpful getting us into our taxis and Uber’s. Many thanks to the entire staff of Le Meridien. The hotel was in a good and safe location, central and close to major landmarks. Rooms were ample with bedroom separate from living room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel has a great location, main sights are easy accessible and without too much hassle. The rooms are very spacious and well organized. Just note that the room seems a little bit old, but everything was perfectly clean. It would've been nice if they had provided two bath robes and two pairs or slippers, they put just one in the room.

Wonderful staff. I stayed at the hotel for a business trip. The rooms were spacious with a lot of area to spread out and work. The staff were wonderful and attentive. They made great restaurant recommendations and arranged taxis for us to get around town. The location is close to plazas and attractions and great street food and restaurants. Taqueria El Progreso was recommended by the concierge and it offers some of the best tacos I've ever had.

A few friends and I stayed here for EDC Mexico. The rooms are gorgeous, large and clean. The door man was extremely helpful and friendly and was willing to give us directions and suggestions on places to eat. The hotel is beautiful and a great value for money. However I am deducting a star because a few things were not right. For one, the door to the washroom was a sliding wooden one which was broken during our stay. I am not sure why this wasn't fixed as it could have been an easy fix. My other complaint is that the card key for the room and to access the elevator did not work a few times. Other then that, I would recommend this hotel if you would like to stay in a central location within walking distance to most attractions. It is situated in a safe area and as a female I had no qualms whatsoever about staying there.

Used to be a decent hotel on Reforma, but has lost its luster. Staff is kind, but the building and facilities are due for a serious makeover. From the rooms to the gym, everything looks dated and worn. The restaurant has loud TV's and music going in unison, competing for your attention in a bizarre way. Better choices for the same cost are available.

Wow! What a lovely place. The rooms are huge! Not kidding. Space is very clean and plenty of details. Crew, like everywhere in Mexico, outstanding. The service is just exquite. The massage service they offer is amazing and highly recommended. They go to your room. Great spa and little pool. The bar makes great drinks and the decor is good. Nothing super contemporary but cool. One more spot to consider in the future.

The aide very nice, we explain the juices with combinations of papaya with Habanero and the Green played, which served to prepare our palate to taste all the exquisite food they had prepared, Bel waiter very attentive, delicious food, bread gluten-free, the cream of the best, freshly baked bread, the ideal atmosphere for chatting, very varied food from Japanese soup and rice, to the unsurpassed chilaquiles, waffles and hot cakes at the moment, the potatoes with Himalayan salt and mmm spices, the delicious coffee, the price Excellent for what one tastes.

A hotel with very friendly staff and excellent location, quiet, except the access door to room 309 lack of maintenance and tv. It was continually un programming, but my wife loved it, thank you.

The staff of restaurant Cobra of Mas in the saucers and drinks, a waiter of Painado to the back with excess of gel try to swindle us and to complain to him anger and we returned the money reluctantly, it is a thief and the rude security when they saw that we discussed with the Miser Waiter, very careful.

We had problems with our room. It was not cleaned properly and there were still things from the room service in our room. The shower did not function properly. We raised complaints about the issue, but could not move to another room as we were told that the hotel is fully booked, although it would have still be possible to book a room online. We were told that it would be possible to move to a different room the next day, but when the day arrived we had to take initiative to ask for a different room again as nobody was approaching us and the reception did not take our concerns serious. When we asked again, we were told that a new room would be available at the check in time at 3 pm, but at 3:45 pm again nobody approached us so we had to go to the reception and ask again. This time, we asked for the manager who then finally made it possible to change room. We also received an upgrade to a higher room, but still were not at all satisfied with the service and professionalism of the reception as we were not treated properly. When we ordered a bottle of wine via the reception in the evening, it took 45 minutes to deliver that bottle and I had to call the reception again to remind them of the order. We checked in to celebrate New year's in Mexico city, but we're highly disappointed with our stay and that we basically had to manage all our concerns ourselves which took a lot of energy, so that we could not enjoy the time at all.

We stayed for five nights at the meridian. Good stay overall in this chic hotel in the heart of México on the main avenue, Paseo de Reforma. Neighborhood and safe area for tourists. Several small shops, restaurants or cafes close to the hotel, so convenient. The hotel's Restaurant offers a breakfast/buffet each morning on the ground floor, there is also a Starbucks for coffee lovers. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi is free. On the other hand, the bathroom starts to age a little. The view from the room was clogged, due to the outside curtain wall, so partial view of the city. In the basement, you have a pool and a gym. Good service of particular employees, Victor, the porter/porter at the entrance, always smiling & sympathetic with us. We used Uber to get around town otherwise the Juárez Metro station (Row 3) is about a 10 minute walk away. The Plaza de la República is 2 minutes from the hotel.

It has a small terrace, on Paseo de la Reforma. The terrace is very nice, because it is protected from the outside noise, by thick glass. It's the only place, where the lousy service doesn't bother me. I can go for a drink, and if I ask for a second or third cup run with the "risk" of forgetting, Jejeje… If I need the account, the safest thing is that I have to go to the box of the Bar and ask for it myself and pay. Your bad service is about saving my tip. I'm here for your nice terrace.

Excellent experience! A+ rooms, staff, service and amenities. Very clean, spacious rooms with a fairly modern design. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are big with a shower/tub and brand name toiletries. Hotel staff/employees were beyond friendly and very helpful! Check-in process was fast, concierge and security were always onsite and very friendly & accommodating, and housekeeping was efficient. Hotel bar was convenient and reasonably priced. Bartenders were quick and drinks were delicious. Transportation was easily accessible. Highly recommended!

First thing the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and check in was easy. He handed us off to Jose the bellman who gave us great intel on the surrounding area for food and also explained all the hotel features. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. Diamante in the upstairs bar is one of the best bartenders I’ve been served by. His cocktails were refreshing and unique and he introduced us to Mescal. He Alan suggested many options for things to do in the area. I don’t remember the gentlemans name in the restaurant but he was a star as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience, especially for our first visit to Mexico City. We plan to return and we will stay here again.

Excellent place and stay, although the staff not very pleasant as they ask you to remain a person, knowing that we left things there and Regresariamos.

I would like to first say that the bellhop Victor was absolutely tremendous and made our trip better with his great customer service and how personable he was. The hotel was nice. It was in a good location and the people were pleasant. There is a Starbucks attached, which was convenient. The restaurant was good for breakfast which was the only time we ate there. It is buffet style and has lots of options. The room was nice with a beautiful view. Spacious and with a decent number of tb channels. An overall great experience.

So many good things to say. First off, the location is excellent. It's right on Paseo de la Reforma, and walking distance to Zócalo. Uber is cheap and convenient for places farther away though. The service is amazing. Everyone speaks English well, and they were attentive. For example, they gave us umbrellas when it was raining. Also, Victor is the man! He was so courteous to us when we first met him. Gave us many recommendations, some great suites, and even saved our butts with a late reservation to a restaurant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was good enough for me to finish my work. Breakfast was good too. We were out most of the time, so I can't say too much more about amenities. Nevertheless, I definitely recommend this hotel, and would come back for a future Mexico City visit.

Very nice hotel located close to everything. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. All rooms are suites, clean and comfortable. Some minor things with the shower, where water goes onto the floor and makes it extremely slippery. Same goes for the pool area, so if you have young ones. Be careful with them as the will fall, mine fell 4times. Pool is located in the second basement along with the gym, which are not good locations. Some other hotels have pools on the roof top, giving you a great view of the surrounding mountains. Overall the hotel is a great little place with good breakfast, people, and location. I stayed on the 18th floor.

The hotel is clean, but the service is horrible, they do not have self parking so it is mandatory to pay for the valet parking if you plan on having a vehicle. The staff is not properly trained to deal with certain situations, for example I ordered a meal downstairs and they offered to bring it to the room instead, by doing this they overcharged it and although I had a special 50 discount on all drinks and meals in the restaurant, they refused to apply the discount. When they called the room to let me know they were charging full price, the staff were very unprofessional and were talking among themselves in a rude and loud tone. I like to travel a lot and although this room has ok reviews I do not recommend it. The one across the street seems to be of the same costs and with public parking as well.

Definitely not the best starwood hotel. It's ok. Convenient for the area. The hotel doesn't have parking itself but there is a private parking area about a block and a half away.

Weird entryway, felt a bit claustrophobic initially but the room was really great. They upgraded me to a 1 bedroom suite without even telling me.

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Decent beds, plenty of working and relaxing space, nice bathrooms. Housekeeping is thorough. Staff is friendly and helpful. The entryway and elevators leave a bit to be desired. Pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is conveniently located on one of the main streets in between park Chapultepec and historical center (Zocalo), both can be reached by bus (~20-30 min on the bus depending on traffic). The interior is very stylish and artistic, which is typical for Le Meridien properties. We were given upgraded room (due to platinum status) on top floor with amazing view of the city. It was spacious, very-nice looking with several design elements that look like they belong to contemporary art museum. My favorite part of the hotel was the Latitude bar that offered awesome cocktails, great atmosphere, comfortable seating, and excellent service. I am a breakfast guy and I need to have a substantial breakfast to start the day and breakfast at Le Meridien did not disappoint me. Buffet area offered several foods from Mexican cuisine as well as typical continental breakfast items, such as pastries, fruits, yogurts, cheese, toasts, etc. In addition, there was an egg station for us to customize our omelette or sunny-side up eggs. If I come back to Mexico City, I will definitely stay here again.

In that hotel makes bulin labour staff there works primarily to the cameras and everything by two persons luis rivera encagado of the waitresses and your loving slut maribel pacheco along with gricelda espinoza and estela tips of the waitresses are partitioned and not give them what they correspond, also mistreat the waitresses making labor bullin which is already punishable by law and only them out early and others leave them the worst rooms at maribel and wake on lan the simple and the difficult pay twice to the others and paid them simple that is not like remove those thieves and these whores that check out the cameras for you to see how long it takes in each room maribel when mess with a man either maintenance or other areas.

Do not enter presisamente hotel, but outside I can say that it is very beautiful.
Well, as you get out of the hotel where they were around 15 girls that they also awaited the arrival of the Janoskians.
Not pass long time when I get a white SUV that I parked outside the hotel, I did not know that it was but to see that all the girl that were outside began to go to the truck, it was there when you react, the Janoskians were there.
I quickly went to the truck, and that's where can see them down!
First Beau came out, very fast, I left me paralyzed to see it because it truly is beautiful ♥ when I step about my me l'avenir le you to embrace him, responded the hug and I was in shock! I run enbobada in the and seeing as is got to the hotel, which when volte already become everybody else out of the truck.
Luke was about about 30 cm of me, and was very determined to go with, but then I saw that Jai was about to get to the hotel.

Great location, though the hotel is a bit outdated. I got a basic room, and it has a suite and a nice bedroom. The furniture and everything is dated, and the lighting is a bit boring. Great service — really friendly people who always greet you and try to help you. There's a Starbucks close by, as well as a Panda Express.

I love the Latitude bar, perfect for enjoying a good drink.

The parking space is very small, with two cars in front of the lobby is already a problem. A client told me that it was good the hotel, because everything was new.

The place is very nice. Amazing rooms with view to reform. Care is very good. In addition, I could take my dog because it is Pet Friendly.
