The hotel was close to activities, some walking distance and some you need a ride. The hotel staff were polite, the food option was okay. And when I asked they clean the bath tub they did.

This place is clean with capital C. The service is polite from the younger staff and direct from the older staff.

First time visit to Mexico City. I felt at home and taken care of at this wonderful and safe location with plenty restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The hotel was fantastic and the staff was superb.

Nice spacious rooms. Great poolside. Bit dated, and it shows at places. Rooms were always a bit too cold for our liking, despite changing temp settings.

The service and location of the hotel is top notch. We got in super early and left super late. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly offering us a place to hangout.

I had Umbral host my entire wedding guests, they were incredible. Organized our rooms according, the terraza was such a memorable spot for my guests to hang out.

I have stayed here twice in the last 3 months, and will most likely stay here again. It's a basic hotel, nothing fancy, but comfortable for a few nights.

Large rooms. Good coffee shop right next door. 3 min walk to metro. Lots of street food and resruranys/cafes nearby. Perfect location. Very safe. Washer/dryer in the room. Good value.

MC is a huge city with many choices of areas to stay. We enjoyed this area as it was relatively quiet with lots of restaraunts and cantinas nearby.

But, there was no fridge or coffeemaker in my room, but that is OK, because they did not say there was.

Great find. Although slightly off the main tourist attractions, it is still close enough to walk to the angel of independence, where we took hop on hop off bus. Roughly 300 pesos to the airport.

Orchid House Mexico City is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect and felt incredibly safe, and the room itself was stunning.

We had an excellent experience during our stay. The area is very secure and peaceful. It is also walking distance to the Museum of Anthropology, Soumaya Musuem, and Chapultepec.
