This trip was incredible. The food was fantastic, the staff was great, the atmosphere was amazing.

My husband and I went to the Cala March 5th — 12th. Talk about bliss! If you need peace and quiet this is the place for you. The staff take care of everything.

I loved this place. Best hotel i’ve been to. Workers were so kind and always greeted you. Room cleaning was amazing specially when they leave the towels decorated. I will be coming back.

We had a great time! We travelled as a family (2 adults, 2 kids) from Canada.

This place was everything I had hoped for for my experience! From the pool to the room to the hotel in general amazing I read some of the review and I dont get how it got any low reviews.

The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff especially go out of their way to go beyond expectations when fixing up your room!

If I could give La Villa Luz 10 stars I would. My fiancé and I came here for our engagement and it was our first time to Zihuatanejo.

A well equipped room with ocean views and a private deck. Everything in the room worked and the room was quiet and clean. It would have been nice to have received more than 1 regular and 1 decaf.

Hotel is situated on hill surrounded by lush forest. All rooms have ocean view, and large balconies.

Stayed at Park Royal Ixtapa last month, beach massages have increased to 400 pesos. Still a wonderful! bargain and main reason we (I) stay in this location.

First time staying in this hotel and we were very impressed. All areas were clean, the room furniture was nice. Pools and all public areas were kept clean.

Our stay at the hotel was awesome. Hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are happy to assist you with anything you may need. It is a very clean and beautiful place to stay.

Had a great trip here. Hotel is well looked after. Lots of staff and they keep it clean. I do wish they would offer some shade on the beach there are no palapas.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Emporio Ixtapa. The location is perfect, the food was delicious, and the customer service was truly outstanding.

The emporio is a great beach hotel with good value for the price. If you’re looking for luxury, go elsewhere, but if you want a clean, no frills beach hotel this is perfect.

We have been coming here since 1990. It’s our happy place. It is beautiful and relaxing. We get exceptional service everywhere on the property.

Excellent Staff.
The entire staff at this resort are incredible. In particular. Ivan (beach concierge) has gone above and beyond to make sure we are enjoying our vacation. His English is excellent.

First time on the Pacific side of Mexico… the long stretch of beach was fantastic for daily walks! No sign of sargassum seaweed.
The resort was well kept up and clean, and the bed very comfortable.

This was a nice family friendly resort. Very nice central location.

This is the best hotel I’ve been in my whole entire life so nice and they treat people well.

This was my 5th visit to Hotel Real De La Palma, it's always wonderful to relax by either pool surrounded by lovely gardens. The restaurant is excellent; and the staff are amazing!

I wish there were ten stars to rate the service at Hotel Real de Palma.

Farely quiet, with not much of a night life. The Mexican entertainment evening with vendors on Saturday was well done, with authentic food. Well kept, dated hotel.

If you want a resort that has it all, book yourself into Holiday Inn, Ixtapa. We had an amazing 10 day stay January 15-25, 2025.

Ten of us headed to Posada Real Ixtapa to escape the cold. We were looking for a smaller, no frills resort and that's exactly what we got.

We were glad to see the railings on the steps entering the hotel. Now they need a railing on the steps between the pool and the dining room.

The rooms were clean and most have balconies looking over the beach. The service is amazing, the staff is so friendly and helpful.

It is a good option if you want to stay with your family.
The sea is very calm, and the food is delicious. The hotel has diferent tipe of food.

We stayed at one of the condominiums while here. So I can't rate the rooms, but I can on other amenities. The pool was crowded the days we went, and chairs do fill up fast.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant, the rooms are very comfortable, the waiters and security guards are attentive all the time.

Prior to arriving at the hotel, I read some of the previous reviews and found that complaints raised by others were definitely not any part our experience.

First off I am a Canadian Expat living in Cancun. I was traveling with a Hispanic friend but wasn’t aware that the clientele the staff the Entertainment was exclusively Mexican.

Maid service was excellent, friendly and efficient.

There is a pop up restaurant here Friday nights. Brazilian barbeque. Different meats excellent.

Great staff, peacefull, pools are clean, check out the little coffee shop inside call Majalacafe.

Magnificent Roman style villa atmosphere located right on La Ropa. Spacious rooms with lots of character.

This multi-level small boutique boasts an absolutely charming staff, rooms, and shared spaces.

Close to everything! But far enough to not be bothered by the night life. Spacious rooms, only downside is there is only 1 elevator for entire hotel.

Very good service, 100% family atmosphere and very quiet, without so many people!
100% recommended.
