Very nice hotel the pool and the amazing beach all the employees have a friendly and helpful attitude that makes you feel confident and very comfortable. The food and drink very good value for money. The oprotunity of improvement that I find is to implement more activities in the hotel that animate and enhance the atmosphere. Especially some night activity the singer of the dinner could very well take advantage of it to improve it and it would be the perfect hotel. Congratulations on the team you have.

I give them from 1 to 10 a 4 and the truth makes me sad to say it but of all the hotels I have been to nationwide it is one of the worst… I am sorry…

Personal is friendly and room is upgraded however no Wi-Fi in the room, buffet selection and quality is average. The pool is great by the beach and the kids love it.

A very modest hotel, the rooms are passable with value for money. Very friendly staff, has two pools, are very tolerant to let you enter alcoholic beverages that are not purchased inside the hotel, that is rescueable. The buffet food could be your biggest weakness.

All good if you are going to rest, not highly recommended for young people from 15 to more. Everything ends very early, the meals or less, there is not much choice, and the Wi-Fi does not give the signal in the rooms.

The worst hotel where I have stayed… very small rooms, old, (nothing to see as seen in the images they themselves publish. ) because they are dirty, with ants, and televisions do not work; No variety in very bad food, I mean that in the family trip we did many of them hurt because it gave them vomiting, diarrhea and temperature: (Bad experience… in the pools, they lack cleanliness, as around it looked the mold and was all stained and L bathing suit, no waiter service in the pools. Overall very bad experience at this Real Inn hotel. Seriously, nothing to do with the images you are looking for to know the hotel, nothing to do with reality.

The hotel is small, its facilities are nice and always clean, its inhabitants are not luxurious but have the basics in good working (air conditioning, TV, coffee maker, comfortable beds).
The main pool is its biggest attraction.
The beach is not familiar, it has very strong swells even for adults, but it is nice to sit down to sunbathe and relax.
Food is its biggest disadvantage, there is no variety and it is evident the recycling of food overnight.
The attention of their staff also leaves a lot to be desired.

Older hotel but good service. Food and drinks were good quality. Large beach but dangerous waves swimming in the ocean is out. Has really nice infinity pool and another pool back from beach. Correction: the hotel was fairly empty when I wrote the above. It filled up later in week and service dropped off quite noticeably but picked back up once the staff got into the swing of things. Food quality also dropped there are a lot more saucy dishes on the buffet now although a menu is still available at lunch and supper. Did give a 4 star but dropping it to 3. Hotel changed a fair bit when busy.

The place is small and quiet. I love the flown pool. What's not so good is the firm, but what Dan is fine.

It is a very good hotel with rustic themes in their rooms, the only detail is that it is semi-all inclusive and no activities no shows.

Whenever we visit Ixtapa we come to this hotel. It has the necessary for a pleasant stay, the staff very friendly and helpful. I only point to 2 areas of opportunity: that there is hot water to bathe because all the time is cold and the breakfast buffet is very limited, among some things there are pasta and cooked vegetables (nopal, spinach, cooked broccoli), who breakfasts that. The place is very cozy, very rich food and very quiet area the only bad thing is the Wi-Fi but it is not something important.

The room and facilities in general were good but the staff especially the front desk left a lot to be desired. The waiters distinguished between national and foreign customers. I hope you work in the friendly and cordial staff.

It's a very clean hotel, safe, courteous and friendly its staff, plus they were always on the lookout for what I needed I really liked if I came back. A recommendation is to clean the chairs more often as the dirt on them does not look father.

Good location, cute for a weekend, almost no variety of food but it's rich the one they have, it would be great that they did night shows and activities in the day.

I am not sure what everyone with negative reviews is expecting out of this place. I am pretty sure it is not even rated at 4 stars… All I can say is that we stayed there for 9 nights starting in the middle of Jan/2018 and the stay was amazing. I found no dirtiness in the rooms at all & we had them cleaned every other day. Yeah they could use some updating, but what do you expect at this price point? The safe was great as it wasn't electronic, just carry the key & go. We had one issue with the AC when we were there and they fixed it right away when we were at the pool. We previously stayed at the Memories resort in Veradero, Cuba and getting anything fixed there was a joke. The only thing I would add to the room would be a mini fridge. Also if you plan on partying all night somewhere and then sleeping in you will most likely get woke up. The other guests opening and closing their doors in the morning can wake you up, so bring some earplugs if you want to sleep in. The infinity pool is amazing, and the staff are very friendly. Some people need to learn how to talk to them though. I seen one guy get upset and start bitching because the bar didn't open at exactly 11 one morning (it was like a minute late), what a joke… As for the location, it is great. It took us about 7 mins to walk to the downtown area to eat. The water in the ocean was always warm, with plenty of activity on the beach.

Super well exceeded my expectations what you spend is little to all service. Clean and from my point the best place to be by the seaside.

The price is consistent with what they offer. The food leaves a lot to be desired the breakfast and the dinner are a little better. The people are very friendly. But there are only two pools one oara adults and one for children. The beach is a little dirty.

The food is good, most of the staff caters well. The downside is that despite having many rules do not penalize people who do not comply with them. Everything is overpriced to Mexico's standards. Do not go to the buffet. It's a scam, it offer only about 3 entrees and 4 drinks at the price of a legitimate buffet. It's infested with birds that WILL eat off your plate. It's disgusting.

Every year I go, it's like a custom and I love that hotel. For its helpful staff, the amazing view, its very nice pool. It's comfortable. Besides you wake up with the noise of the dolphins and it's kind of nice.

The beach, restroom, dinner/food, pool is clean. The food is delicious. But the rooms are dirty, not clean as it should. Found cockroaches lots of times in and out our room (guess its normal over here in the coast). Apart from not being clean room everything else is ok.

The service improves when you give tips, that is not right. (I hired a service with own included, and the dependent did not know)

This hotel desperately needs an updating. Everything looks like it hasn't been changed in 2-3 decades. Food wasn't that great either, with very few options for people with different dietary requirements. The staff was good though. Very friendly. Tried to do their best for the guests. Close proximity to the beach is also great. The beach itself was amazing. Very clean and the water was just perfect.

All very well, except that meal times have to arrive at least 30 minutes before ending the buffet. Because of it otherwise does not return to put. If the schedule marks an hour, minimum must cover up to that time.

Desepcionante is the word, sell you it as a 4 star hotel, it has 2 bars if it can be called only bar have, rum, and 2 wines more, I think, there is no whisky, poor quality beer will serve in glass, or filling barrel of bad quality, medium quality drinks, which can offer you, the food is scarce and of poor quality the truth, only dinner try to make a different service and it is acceptable, only salvageable, small rooms, poor quality price ratio, there are best opsiones of accommodation in zihuatanejo on beach. Saludos think 3 times before staying here. I hope serves my comment I will host in March 2016.

Turns out I was a few days staying with my fam. At another hotel, and how our stay and we had decided was completed stay one more night because we are looking for in an agency where are booking another hotel, it turns out that we hired a night for this hotel, and when we got to stay oh disappointment! rooms to weep, table headers, toilet is a concrete lined tile already opaque plate for years, a discontinued old TV (don't expect a screen), bureaus a bank instead of buro, the bath of marble already more dull and old stained and rust, the same bathroom door and the ceiling stained and painted brushstrokes with drained paint to disguise the old and abused, the bath lock an old PIN already desarmandose, rusted shower keys and descarapeladas goteandose because already do not close well, non, non, non! Never I felt more ripped off! sadness because they don't charge anything cheap! (Puaff beach club! ) I have photos for you to see that I'm not lying and I can show them! NOT BE WORTH THAT CHEAT SO TOURISTS! Other facilities I have no complaint, but the rooms feel like crying!

Just finished my 4th stay. Not fancy but clean and friendly. Good location. Semi inclusive — breakfast buffet and drinks is a great option. Food is OK to good as you can usually find something good in the buffets. Flaws — Needs more chairs and umbrellas as shade is at a premium for those of us that burn. One group from Wisconsin would put 6 towels on shade chairs and 6 towels on sun chairs for 6 people total. They then would go shopping, touring or to church and not even come down to the pool till 1 PM. You have to get up at 4 AM to beat the chair savers. Hotel needs to have the courage to institute a use it or lose it policy. — Two pools so one needs to be adult only — the one with the swim up bar.

The only that Mr didn't like don the bathroom doors do not give total privacy.
