The staff lost my friend's shoes and never found them plus their was no seafood and the drinks were terrible. Coffee was tasteless and we were granted a reservation to a restaurant but they always ran out of reservations and no one answered our questions. The tostada bar was never opened and sometimes they didn't have towels. I will never come here again.

Our congratulations to the hotel, because by staff like him, we would definitely come back, adding that the food in general is good, average, maybe a little more variety on the menu would not be bad especially at dinner. It is a good hotel if you are looking for a budget all-inclusive. In terms of cost benefit, it all depends on whether you like it. If quality in service and A&B are not your focus then it may be an option for you as it will be cheaper than other options. If you prefer to have a good service and quality A&B then invest a little more or you will regret your choice and have a bad time in your vacation. Cleaning is not the best but they have adequate facilities for a beach hotel. Air conditioning thumbs up.

All-inclusive service is good. However, it has two restaurants that serve the same menu and this one does not have much variety. The taste of the food is good and the drinks from the bar too, although they taste a little diluted. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Rooms are very clean and big, Nice ocean view and installations. Thought the restaurant is not the best there's plenty of good options. The beach is nice and clean.

The customer service is good, however a lack of distractions in the evening, there are more activities for children than for adults, in addition to maintenance, are neglected facilities, makes the lack of quality in the drinks. I spent these days there and the truth would not return, unfortunately invite 26 people and I was already sorry, very bad food tasteless, without flavor and always the same and the very overbearing staff.

I am still hosted and I recommend that please avoid dislikes looking for other options the staff of this hotel is the worst, people without education… Nor do they understand that their job is to provide a service. And the food, god the food of the hell I better today I went out to dinner outside the hotel as there is nothing of variety … Everyday is the same chingadera pasta, beans, rice, vegetables, fries with and without cheese, in truth, what I the hell … I don't I stop in this hotel the good that already tomorrow I will see them again!

Worst hotel! It doesn't even deserve one star. We sadly stayed here and it completely ruined our vacation. From the beginning not getting all necessary information to have a great experience, to trying to get a drink at the bar. Which are so terrible, you might as well stay away. I asked to talk to a manager once to resolve the bad service and the manager on duty was supposed to give the report to the main manager and call us the next morning, we never received a call so I had to go to the reception area and try to talk to the manager who did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation, he just told me to write a complaint. And still did nothing. The whole thing was worthless and a nightmare. We paid so much money for the room that smelled horrible, the sheets were cheap, the floors dirty, and we had the worst service everywhere in the hotel area. Do not go here!

I loved the room, all very clean, we only asked for breakfast buffet and it took a while to get more food and that was like 10, I liked the show and the activities they have, we bring a person in wheelchair and has good access to take it wherever you want.

I've stayed here 5 times. The front desk staff is very accommodating. They added 2 restaurants this year but I'd still go to town for food (chili beans and bandidos are the best). They have a nice spa this year and added a coffee bar which is awesome. The hotel is in a great spot close to town, and all the rooms have ocean view (some are better than others). The pool is nice and they added a water slide this year. They have a stand my the pool where you can choose a ceramic keepsake and paint it yourself (great for families) and they glaze it for you. I absolutely love Krystal Ixtapa!

I recommend the best service, very rich everything. And above all the treatment of all would return.
There are comments about not letting you eat in the pool, in my opinion this very good for the hygiene.
A lot of people make it easy but they get to drop some food in the pool, it is antihygienic by people who think otherwise.
Just like on the beach, they come to see some guest eating on the beach that stays with the hotel. What problem they would put, there is a regulation and I think many do not read it when you get to the pool.
The truth about food there is everything, you are in the pool and you can go eat whatever you want, to your liking.
In my opinion we travel every year to different places and this hotel as in many that I have been charmed.

Small older hotel, with limited food options. Although coffee maker is room, only the first packet of your visit is free, you pay for it after that regardless of howling you stay or even if you are AI. Starbucks (also not AI in lobby. Pool beautifully clean. Nice beach for walking and people watching — not great for swimming though. Staff pleasant. Evening entertainment is minimal and geared to Spanish speaking audience.

Food in the buffet was not hot nor varied. You get a coffee maker in your room but have to bring your own coffee from home or buy in Mexico. Hotel charges 35 pesos per day for their packets of ground. Chairs on the beach are wooden and the most uncomfortable things to sit on as they do not recline nor go to a good sitting position. In two weeks we got poolside loungers twice, just not enough of them around. The rooms were decent and the staff very friendly but 99 percent of the staff knows NO English. Could not figure out why there were times of the day when there was no food or snack bar open and we often had to line up to get into breakfast. Once was enough at this place although I would go back to the area again as it is very nice.

The beach is beautiful and the drinks are good… the room is full of mold and the food is terrible… love Ixtapa but would not come back to this resort.

It goes in relation to quality and price. Maybe some believe that there is a shortage of food, that the quality of the drinks… but if I come in 1000 rate I am aware that they do not handle bottles of 500. Outside each glass is at 90. Overall it's fine. Just need to give a good clean to the pool and general bathrooms. In fact the bathrooms I consider are neat constantly. They have forgotten during the day the Pool A change of water and a planing would be perfect. It's beautiful. And if the hotel guests support us to pick up our trash and utensils it could be better. There's everything you need to rest. Every day everything is clean. The lizards are typical of the region and the cockroaches and ants are the coconut of every hotel. They always have to fumigate. I repeat we drank the drink and some throw the waste enmielamos everything and leaving food leftovers everywhere.

I didn't like it. There was an incident in a room. They went to steal. And they never gave us a solution. Very bad food. I recommend not to go.

Overall the hotel is OK, the food is decent enough, the pool very nice, however the staff treatment leaves to be desired, and the show very low budget (sometimes they put movies with a projector…), the room is well enough, the bathroom is very nice, according to the room is bigger or smaller. Recommended if you get at a good price (since asking with other guests, the price can vary a lot).

The service was ok, the employees are helpful and kind. The food was good, I didn't like the italian restaurant because it doesn't have a fan or air conditioner and it was too hot, also my food was disappointing and it took too long. The Bogart's restaurant was really good, the food was good and the service was quick, and it has air conditioner, and my server was really kind. My room had a view to the sea but it was next to some water pumps and the noise was really annoying. The pool was fine the first day but the last day I couldn't get into the pool because the chemicals were to strong and hurt my eyes and skin. They had entertaining activities for the guests and that's a good point.

There is Boucou of mexicin here my steps disturb at all my food in the evenings its not great for tourism lol.

We had excellent service during our one week stay. The food is somewhat catered to Mexican palate as half the hotel guests are Mexicans. I enjoyed the taco bar and the daily lunch BBQ. Daily bicycle tour available to Playa Linda via Ecological Reserve to see crocodile farm. Hotel is a short 10 minute walk to central Ixtapa where banks, restaurants, bars, markets are located. Local buses to Zihuatenejo stop in front of hotel.

Food is disgusting. Literally the worst food I’ve ever (almost) eaten. The rooms are filthy and are in disrepair. Mold and mildew and rotting woodwork in the bathroom.

Few activities for children but the pool is very nice and has a slide that entertains them.

This hotel brings me very good memories as a few years ago I stayed when I make my honeymoon. This year was good experience, however it was not the same as the previous time.
I suggest that you pay more attention to the food as they lack more variety and better taste.

The hotel is nice to dry, requires maintenance in some places (bathroom, air conditioning and windows). The food is regular, the deal in the restaurants is good.
The attitude of reception is regular.
The attention of the staff in general is good.
The pool is clean and nice.
Drinks are regular.
There is no business center, I had to ask for a borrowed computer and print elsewhere.

The staff were all nice but everything from the a/c to the phone broke in the course of a 7 day stay. They're very chincey on towels too and they have the same thing everyday in the buffet so it gets old fast. Not the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Beautiful resort. Nice rooms. Food is 95 percent authentic with a couple side areas with American burgers and fries. Service varies from day to day it seems. The services they offer that are listed on the paper in the rooms like rooms service and whatnot weren't available to us.

The attention to the public leaves much to be desired, not treated with kindness the spaces of snakcs the young ladies with a bad attitude as if they were giving us the food… The truth a bad experience… the security arguing with the guests… have a Regulation Absurd because it gives cards to be able to give towels if you lose them you have to pay just like the keys are the rooms very bad the truth expected something more in the buffet only open one not very good food, the air conditioner did not serve etc bad etc I do not recommend…

The staff is friendly. The facilities are old, there was no hot water the first day, the elevators are very slow, we didn't have towels equally the first day.

Room very small, hard beds, old pillows, table to put your stuff was cement ja ja. Give pain.
The sprinkler water stank as a rotten egg and the key to a squeak when you open it.
It disque buffet honestly very bad, food without taste and unappetizing appearance.
Zero music, zero room in the pool area.

The resort allows small groups of loud and rowdy people to party and scream all night. Last night for instance there was screaming and partying from what seemed like about 6 people from 10 PM until 5 AM. It was terrible. Security is non existent. Avoid this resort at all costs if you value your sleep. The resort staff needs to reassess their priorities. This noise happens very regularly. It seems that the resort simply doesn't care.

Absolutely very poor service in given time the hotel go into a school to the swimming pools, a group of approximately 70 children over the potatoes and grandparents, and almost all of the family, people are really rude that you would remove lps chaise lounges that already had sections for your family. Don't leave you eating out of the area of the snak but nowhere have a regulation in the area likely to avoid the so-called care. Do not have show and the animators do not serve for anything, not encouraged and are only for ornament there is more in that volley ball on the beach or water skiing. The food is hot and there is no variety, the drinks are very ill-prepared and insipidas, the alcohol knows it's disgusting. Everything can be summed up in FATAL, facilities neglected, the elevators are locked, the food variety and overheated, no activities for children, drinks insipidas and of poor quality, staff rude and inattentive, the guards all prohibit to children, and intend that all go to sleep at 12 in the night because at that time shut your sport bar which by the way has little space one fucked pool table for all users and the drinks just as the most current, if you want something better there is to pay for it. We were my family and I (4 people) during the holy week and we don'T let myself down, on the contrary, very personalized service, clean hotel, very attentive and quick service at the reception, the sr. The valet parkin very helpful, the room very comfortable and clean, the 609, special mention to this year, that you receive in the restaurant for breakfast and this year. This is a nice hotel, not brand new but very nice. Best location in the hotel area. Don't bother with all inclusive, lots of cool restaurants right across the street. Also great shopping and bar area across the street as well. Best views and great loud surf. You know you are on the ocean. If you do want to eat or just have breakfast, order in their hotel restaurants and go ala carte, very affordable. Service was great, people were all nice. Water volleyball and other fun things each day. Had outdoor kids movies almost every night, in Spanish.

Unfortunately I would have had a good experience but it was not so, foods are reheated, no variety, without seasoning, hard bread, the insipid drinks, on the other hand the little personal fatal snark there are not enough tables, super pool pool dirty my daughter is made hives, my mom will fell near the pool that does not dry around the area of swimming pools, small rooms, the tv.
