A very nice place to ospedarse, food is abundant and very rich. It is a friendly place for the family, friends and why not! Partner. I really enjoyed my stay there, a place full of relaxation and great experience.

The restaurant is excellent the hotel is not what I know.

Very hard beds The staff is not at all friendly especially the manager gets very rude and to you by your with the guest neither a bottle of water they give you and that is suite and everything is very old if you leave you give a suite with beds are tend the Kitchenette smelling of fat and moisture and divide it into two just close a door and want to leave two different families there one stays with the kitchen and dining room and the other with a bathroom with diskette jacuzzi that is a very old tub and do not charge anything cheap.

Very good seafood and very good prices.

We ate there and the food was really good and the service too.

The hotel restaurant is unbeatable, excellent service and rich food! The attention of the waiters, takes the palms…

It is obvious that this timeshare resort has seen better days. It once was a large water park. The food & beverage vendor is apparently on a month to month arrangement and trying to make a go of the situation. Only about a third of the hotel rooms were being utilized. I would not stay here again unless some major upgrades were affected. Yhe only redeeming quality was the skeleton staff were attentive, accommodating, and I believe trying to do the best job they could under the circumstances.

Authentic Mexican place excellent staff and rooms comfy and clean. Close to everything you need.

Good intentions, the service is good and agile. The food in the restaurant is excellent. We went out after the indicated time and there was no problem of charges or bad attitudes.

It Is a bit old but the attention of the employees is very good. They Have Pool and a model of the hotel of the good years.
They Also have very nice rooms, neat clean and air-conditioned (although a bit old the air) works to cool off very well.
Considerations an update to their air and maintenance in their fishbowl where they have to fish.

I loved the place, perfect for spending a weekend or vacation, the food the atmosphere all perfect.

Well I had visited this hotel several times in the past it have been losing rating but its really good his restaurant is really good and the service is nice.

Love the racquetball/squash courts. Beach is in walking distance.

Great view… The fitness center is my favorite. I also like the 3 swimming pools.

No hot water, ask for a plate and not served. The blankets are broken and the beds have ants.

My favorite gymnasium in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo.

A good place for the price just before you reach the Hotel zone of Ixtapa which is in the coastal. Recommendation getting to ask direct to the Hotel for the price of the room. Avoid the sellers of the avenue with its promotions.

Has 3 years old k I went with my family and they loved kieren back again this super hotel and nice I recommend it.
