all very well, 👍 the rich food, the snacks of the best, the drinks very well prepared, the view of the room spectacular, the amazing Wi-Fi network in all areas and that is currently very important
we leave with a good taste in our mouths and of course we return
Just as a recommendation I wish they gave the opportunity to book more than 1 night in the specialty restaurants because you can only choose one 😬

Terrible service, I definitely do not recommend it for anything in the world, we wanted a vacation to rest and we ended up more tired than anything to go up and down so many stairs why the elevators were also far away, compared to other hotels where we have stayed here the menu was always the same and what to say about the treatment of some of the workers should give them some training for dealing with guests, DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK AND I DON'T RECOMMEND IT, LOUSY EXPERIENCE.

Would NOT recommend it for the elderly or handicapped. I usually don't take the time to give bad reviews, I just take it as a loss or don't return but I feel completely ripped off. We paid over USD 1, 100 per night thinking we were getting a 5-star hotel that was handicapped accessibility throughout and that was not the case. We upgraded to a double suite with a private pool to make things easier for my parents. Although the hotel is beautiful the service and even basic expectations (I asked for a complimentary toothbrush and they had none) were not those of a 5-star hotel. Before I booked I let them know that my father was handicapped and I needed to make sure it was handicap-accessible throughout. I was assured it was and that we would be a priority if we needed anything. We could not find seating at the restaurant during our first-night dinner. When I asked them for help, they looked around unsure what to do or how to accommodate us. I finally found a table that had a cell phone on it. I didn’t want to move it but the owner came a few seconds later so I asked the waitress if we could have that table since they had not sat down or grabbed their food yet. She did ask and he said no and although he’s in his right to decline I was upset that we were not accommodated and put as a priority as they stated before booking. Throughout the rest of our stay, we felt it was a struggle to navigate with a handicapped family member.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, and the beach is beautiful, the waves of the sea are strong but it makes it a lot of fun. You can lie on the lounge chairs and even there they take your food and drinks. The food is delicious and the desserts even more so.

This was our second stay at Las Brisas. It is a lovely hotel. We enjoyed the ocean view and terrace with hammock. We ate at the BellaVista Restaurant buffet which suited a carnivore and a vegetarian. Menu varied. Light meals/snacks were purchased at La Mescalarea (spelling? ) : yogurt, fruit, salads and sandwiches, freshly made by the accommodating staff. You cannot pay staff for the genuine caring they gave us. It comes from the heart. Concierge Eduardo treated us like family. We were provided a wheelchair and access to Bellavista via a service entrance. Housekeeping, porters, cooks, waiters treated us like royalty, appearing out of nowhere to open doors and escort us. Pharmacy supplies were delivered at no extra cost. All of our needs were provided for promptly, efficiently and with love. Las Brisas gets 5 stars for its hospitality.

Mexican restaurant the good food but nothing to see as what is expected of a themed restaurant and more because in the description says that it is inspired by the haciendas and shine by its absence the essence of that epoch drinks that have nothing to do with mexico like sangria! I expected to see in the mezcal menu, tequila up charanda clay crockery or talavera Mexican music meseros dressed from the time but nothing to see! preference in the beach restaurant breeze I by other tourists deal unevenly! overall it has more bad details than goodand more because they swore it is the best hotel in ixtapa and nothing to see!

The staff does not have good treatment and do not have much variety in the buffet.

The food is very bad, the staff has a very disrespectful form of treatment. I had other expectations!

Cancelled a dinner reservation and didn’t even have the b$’@%s to tell me they canceled it.
Not to mention the unbearable noise from the lobby bar, which is right under our room. These r only a few things that I have named.
Never would I ever recommend this place.

Overall superb all inclusive experience, gorgeous private beach, excellent food, fantastic service, rooms have unbelievable ocean views with large balconies, former Westin resort. Have been staying at Barcelo in Puerto Vallarta but there is no comparison, seven visits and counting. Way off the strip, quiet and large property. Pool and beach are awesome.

Me hospede en el hotel en el periodo de septiembre (temporada baja) los precios me parecieron muy similar a cualquier hotel todo incluido. Dividiré la reseña en varias partes: Por parte de las habitaciones me parecieron muy buena, todas tienen vista al mar y es una excelente vista, además son amplias y cuentan con un espacio muy bueno de balcón. Por parte de los restaurantes, el menú de buffet tienen muy buen sazón además de que siempre existe la opción de pedir a la carta, los horarios son buenos ya que por parte del desayuno comienza desde las 7 de la mañana hasta las 12, comida desde las 12 hasta las 6 y la cena de 7 a 11. Las reservaciones son excelentes podría decir que es de los mejores que he ido especialmente el restaurante Portofino (italiano), desde la presentación de los platillos hasta el sabor, es excelente. Por parte de los eventos del hotel, ya que fui en temporada baja únicamente tenían 2 eventos, liberación de tortugas y paseo en bicicleta, sin embargo me comentaron que tienen muchos más en temporada alta. Por parte de las bebidas y está es la razón por la que pongo 4 estrellas es porque los bares me parecieron algo inaccesibles, la alberca no cuenta con un bar dentro de la alberca y para pedir una bebida se tiene que pedir siempre a un mesero, de igual forma en el lobby. Sin embargo parte buena de las bebidas fue que siempre estuvieron muy ricas con la cantidad suficiente de ingredientes.

It is a large hotel, the distances between the rooms, pools, beach and restaurant are long, it has a lot of vegetation in the surroundings situation that promotes the existence of diverse fauna. It was a pleasant stay. Although we stayed only for 1 night, we enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and the buffet!

Nice place, excellent air conditioning, air conditioning and fan in the adjustable room. View in unbeatable balcony. My holiday package included breakfast where the restaurant offered rich and varied foods. Unfortunately, being in a tropical area with quite a few trees it was inevitable to find ants, wasps, small spider mosquitoes even once in the hallways I could see some small salamanders. Mosquito pickets were the most annoying thing.

It's an awesome nice Hotel very clean staff very nice and helpful has it's own clean private beach. Amazed with their service my wife was not feeling good in the middle of night I had to call front desk, and in 40 min they got a hold of a Doctor and had him at our room to provide professional medical care. Very amazing service will come back to this Hotel Las Brisas. Excellent place 5 star plus.

Nice ocean views. It’s the Pacific coast so the beaches are limited and not as nice as the Atlantic coast. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Fresh water pools (one for adults only, one for families) are large and in good shape. Tell them Goyo GTO influenced you to stay.

The pool cleaning service is lousy.
They leave the trash without picking up next to the beds.

Very bad security. They stole the rooms and the manager and staff did nothing at all to make up for it, and reserved the right to display the "security" camera.
A lot of money and valuables were lost in various rooms. Terrible hotel. The waiters ignore you, besides that the pool is dirty. I do not recommend it! I'd like you to respond.

I had a chance to go almost 25 years ago and the hotel really liked it. Now I'm very fond of you too. The staff was always very attentive and the place was kept pretty well even though it has been a while. The hotel is very well organized and very clean. I recommend it widely.

It is a place of great nature, the view is amazing. The hotel is a bit old but its facilities go according to the place.
The pools are equal, there are 4 public and the best is that they are surrounded by huge trees, so fresh and shady has most of the day.
If you are not one of those who like to walk around a hotel, they have internal transportation service.

Very spacious hotel. Personal. Excellent. All very attentive. However they are only two pools and one of them is deep for children 1.50 would be ideal more pools as the hotel is large and there are many more pools.

Nice place, its rooms are very spacious and all with sea view. The hammock is super comfortable to rest in the afternoon before you leave rumba. Highly recommended the all inclusive package, the food and drinks are of quality so there is no need to leave the hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Lovely all inclusive resort on its own private beach. Beautiful jungle scenery abounds. Food is decent, about what we expected from this type of place. Reservation-only restaurant left a lot to be desired food and service wise. Book a couple days ahead if you can. Every room has a private balcony with a hammock and sea view. Lovely wooden sliding doors instead of curtains to keep out the light. Service was good overall, though at times the beach waitstaff wasn't the best, we'd have to flag them down to get more drinks, whereas other times they were very attentive and kept the drinks coming. One thing to keep in mind is the size of this place: it's HUGE and spread out, so be prepared for a lot of walking. Lots of stairs as well, and although there are elevators there are still quite a few stairs. Not the best option for elderly family members, imo. That being said, the architecture is very interesting and it truly is a beautiful place, with lots of nice touches in unexpected places. The surf is pretty rough. I thoroughly enjoyed this, but I would be very careful with small children. Definitely go to the lobby bar for sunset!

A paradisiacal hotel with a fascinating view. Don't forget to visit him.
Pd. Take a pair of tennis if you want to go jogging because there is an excellent track.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The food very tasty and very well presented. Absolutely all the staff are friendly, empathetic and attentive. But if you have any problem involving stairs do not come here, any place you need to go you have to walk up or down stairs and are many.

Very good service. The rooms and bathrooms on the site are very clean. This is not a newer hotel but it is very well maintained. The evening buffet is ordinary but the rest is super good (even the little snack bar on the edge of the beach). All the rooms have a view of the ocean, a superb view. There is a baby pool, one for children and one for adults only. The waves are very intense, there are days when it is very difficult to get through the wave to go swimming.
I take off a star because of the supper buffet and the very strong waves. Everything else is spotless.
Special Mention to the service on the edge of the beach, the staff comes to serve us directly to our sun loungers!

We had a very quiet rest days, the hotel facilities in general lack a little more maintenance, but the service of all the staff is excellent especially the beach service is excellent! The rooms can improve on their furnishings, the dinners we did not like much but everything else was fine! Best regards!

An excellent place good service I expected more of the food, it is very large you have to walk quite a bit and climb stairs for any activity go to eat to the lobby from one restaurant to another but other than that a great hotel and service.

Very good place. (Beach, view). The service was good but I was sick because of the food in the firm and that's a shame with the price of the hotel. It's OK to get a lot of people but the quality must remain perfect. I hope I was an exception…

The hotel is huge, the rooms are quite spacious, like all the spaces in general, and they have very nice view. The beach is very private and clean, inside the hotel there are several restaurants however in most of them is offered pretty much the same, the pools are somewhat far away from the rooms and to be able to move to any other side you need to have car or Taxi ride from 60 (to the shopping area of Ixtapa) to almost 200 pesos (to Playa Linda).

Awesome Hotel, Private beach, Hotel is off the Hotel Zone. So very quite. Las Brisas is considered an Eco Hotel, wonderful grounds that is very well kept, the signage, explains what type of flora you are surrounded by, they also protect the area with sea turtle conservation by gathering and protecting the turtle eggs as the adult turtles return to the private Las Brisas beach during the cover of darkness, so the staff go and collect the eggs and put them in a secure area, safe from poaching and from animals, The on site biologist then release the hatchlings, for the guests so they can experience the turtles returning to the sea to start the cycle of life. The Biologist give a narrative of conservation and how you can get involved in saving these wonderful and endangered species. The staff at the hotel, are just the most nicest, friendly, professional, accomadating. Wonderful, group of people! they should train the rest of the world about the art and science of true customer service, they are all top notch. I can't wait to go back! i.

Fantastic location Superb garden on all the area 5 superb beaches of perfect rooms and a first class organization with very low prices.

Don't stay here. The place is huge and NOT for people. You want over a city block to get to the elevators and finally the dinner area. Oh sorry the two flights of stairs is the entrance way to all but one restaurants. Not including the cold food in the buffett.

This all inclusive hotel in Ixtapa has an amazing view, where almost all the rooms have sea view. They all have a nice terrace, and so a great building. The service if you give extra tip are really kind. But the food and the alcohol is just regular I was expecting a better food quality as well as the alcohol. It's a good family option for vacations.

It is an excellent family hotel and if you come with your partner in the same way you are going to spend amazing. Everyone who works in this company knows how to treat the customer. Friendly and good service. It has its own private beach. Swimming pools for adults and children. I can only speak wonders of this place.

Best Hotel in all Ixtapa, the view is just breathtaking. Another great feature is the private beach. Amazing food, great people… the room is just as great. If there's one thing I could give as a bad review to the Hotel is that the room dosent count with a close electric outlet to charge your phone. You won't regret coming here.

I liked it for the space so spacious and perfect view of all its restaurants, the specialties have delicious food and its location. Among all the vegetation gives it a very special air. The only thing that displeased me was the preference in the attention of the waiters to the Americans above the Mexicans.

Absolutely stunning views of the ocean from every single room. The rooms are well maintained and clean, housekeepers do a great job everyday. Every room has a private balcony for viewing the ocean. The staff here are wonderful and very eager to help make your stay the best it could be. I highly recommend finding out when the baby sea turtles are being released and watching them swim into the ocean. It's magical! The bike tour is good for a morning workout and a nice snapshot of Ixtapa, but bikes could be improved — some needed air in the tires, a chain was misaligned, brakes rubbing on the tire, and no seat adjustment on some bikes. But we got used to it and still had a great time. The food was delicious at Portofino. I loved the setting of Las Brisas II with views of the ocean and ambient lighting hanging from trees. I just love how this resort has nature everywhere you look. I would have given 5 stars if there was some sort of nightly entertainment, such as a live band or even some sort of entertainment show. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

El hotel está muy bonito, pero tienen una gran confusión: tienen clientes y servicios de hotel all inclusive, restaurantes con buffetes con comida muy mala y la misma atención, cuando los clientes que no van en ese esquema esperamos otro tipo de cosas… Cero preocupación por el medio ambiente, todo lo sirven el patos y vasos desechables, promueven el uso de popotes, siempre los ofrecen. En la playa pedí un camastro y me dijeron que estaban todos ocupados! en un hotel de 6, 000 pesos la noche! Al siguiente día ni una persona se acercó a ver si se ofrecía algo. Peor que hotel de 3 estrellas!

The perfect place for a married anniversary… very good hotel, attention and service of first quality.

The location is very good. Beach is nice (private), pools are not bad. Hotel renovated. If you tip the front desk, you should receive a better room. Room service is not bad. They miss cleaning some stuff. Rooms are big. Food is 7/10. You need a taxi to go any where. Uber is illegal. Don’t go to the mountains unless you have local people with you.

Top notch hotel in the middle of the Jungle with its own private beach. No trinket sales, has Turtle release program and Fireworks on the weekend. All with a 20 min walk to downtown Ixtapa. Best place to stay in in Ixtapa.

It is a very nice hotel just like the staff. Their rooms are very good. It is ideal to spend a time of rest of the daily routine. With this is my third time in which I give a getaway to this place.

My wife and I visited Las Brisas for 9 days in Mid-October this year for our honeymoon. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend a visit. The hotel is large, but all the rooms have a great view of the ocean. There is a private beach, which is awesome, and a large pool area with 4 pools. On certain nights, they release baby sea turtles on the beach. Very cool. Rooms: The rooms were nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, and we loved having a hammock on the balcony. No complaints. And they brought us a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our Honeymoon! Food: We did the all-inclusive option which included food and alcohol. There were 3 restaurant options that we experienced. El Mexicano: It was OK. I was really hoping to get some top-notch Mexican food here, but was left a little disappointed. Portofino: They had some pretty good italian food. Nothing incredible, but pretty solid. Bellavista: This was the buffet-style restaurant which served both breakfast and dinner every day. This place was just a little inconsistent. Some days the food was excellent, and some days it seemed like they just reheated old leftovers. Their a la carte dinner menu was better, but was only offered during the week. Overall, food was passable, but don't come here for an exceptional culinary experience. Service: The service was outstanding. Every employee was friendly, and made us feel welcome.

A very spacious hotel, the rooms are very well equipped, however the food from the buffet is not the big deal, it takes time to assign you the room and the pool is far away. A very favorable point is the staff, they are friendly and they do their best to help you. In the evenings very quiet and no noise to sleep well.

Good hotel, nice facilities and Nice beach however my experience was to contract the plan with breakfast, and to want to do it all inclusive went up exaggeratedly everything generated additional cost, it is preferable to hire another hotel.

The room was ordinary with an unpleasant odor. The elevator that goes to the beach was broken. We had to take the car to go to the restaurants and wait for the valet every time.

Place was better than expected and very well enjoyed my stay, there is 4 pools one for adults only with access to the beach and amazing waves if you're looking for places to enjoy not just a beach but also huge waves from the sea thieves is the right place to come to, this place almost feels like a dream as the environment is a jungle and feels too good and beautiful to be real. Very grateful for having chose the right hotel and for the great guest service.

I was here many many times, around Christmas is so special, I will never forget that smell by reception… so hypnotic. Wonderful restaurants, beach, view from the room, some with pools right on your own balcony and hammock, super romantic. Fun rides to local attractions and ethnic restaurants. Oh, and million pictures of gorgeous sunset, you will want to save all of them.

Las Brisas Ixtapa is on a stunning location on a big, private sandy beach. The resort cascades down an embankment and has direct beach access. The staff is friendly and helpful and most speak English. The all-inclusive option is great value. There are multiple restaurants and bars on site so you always have places to go for food and drinks, including in the all-inclusive. There is a nicpe gym, multiple outdoor pools and tennis courts. An on site excursion desk can book a variety of great activities. There is live entertainment some nights in the lobby bar. Some signs of aging but generally the property is in good condition. Each room has ocean view and the balconies have seating and hammock. Ceiling fan and either air conditioning or ocean breezes will keep you cool.

The food and the service are really good, is big and beatiful hotel. Dont like a lot the pool.

Lousy the taste of the food, to the bathroom we missed 1 cancel and the water comes out of the area of the shower, the only thing redeemable and for which I would return is that all the rooms have view to the ocean, the beach is private with no venedores and absolutely all the employees are extremely friendly.

Our all time Mexico favorite resort destination area. Everyone needs to experience this resort and all its beauty. Treat yourself to paradise. I know you will return again and again. Truly a five star resort.

M not liking much the distribution of the hotel, are very far from the rooms of the swimming pools. There are q lot of walking or waiting for the truck to q takes you. The 2 swimming pools without any grace, they do not t the sun, they covered the trees. The food is very good and the dinner excellent. Ixtapa beautiful and very well planned.

Almost everything perfect! The transfers seem to long of the beach wing swimming pools, etc… it Is true that they are at different heights, and walking there but I think that there are that be too loose as to not wanting to walk a little further there is both and there is a lot of vegetation that protects it from the direct sun!, and if, perhaps do not have so much grace the swimming pools but the truth not felt so necessary to having a private beach and with unlimited consumption not only for drinks but also for meals with the all inclusive package!. The food there I had the opportunity to try it all so I can't comment much, but almost everything was very rich, the check-in/out we had absolutely no problem, in less than 10 minutes they gave us our keys and bracelets and ready, just as quick and easy output. The elevators sometimes fail but it is not that you leave locked up without being able to get out so don't exaggerate!, they say that you can't use denim, if you can! The dress code only applies to the specialty restaurants, in addition to I mean who in their right mind wears denim wing coast where the temperatures constantly are at minimum, 27 or 28 degrees, usually the more hot and humid!

Very good hotel! The attention of the staff is excellent… the transfers within The hotel are very long and heavy since the facilities are located at different heights (the reception in a floor, the beach on another, the pool in another, the restaurants in the other, etc) one of the advantages is that pool — beach > reception and reception > swimming pool — beach a truck in the same hotel takes you free of charge. Very nice beach exclusive to the hotel and the facilities of a luxury… I loved the room (double room), very spacious and nice. The food of the various restaurants is very good!

I liked the Hotel, the only thing I don't like is having to sign for food when you already have one all inclusive bracelet, I think that the elevators in a good area of opportunity, there was the food excellent, the service is good.

Regular food is not very good, the beach is semi-private is what I liked the most, moving from one side to another is a nightmare. The elevators fail a lot and only have a couple in the center of the extensive hotel are always congesionados. They are building another pair but it does not solve the problem of the distances, only the congestion. What lifts should be scattered throughout the hotel, to move from the sea to the pool is a nightmare. Besides the pools are horrible and with little grace. The tennis courts are very well-because nobody uses but take rackets and balls because the income of such part of the hotel is abusive, be careful with the all-inclusive because they have traps to collect things apart.
