They sold us a whole deception of vacation, elevators without service, with carreola and elderly people, the baby of only 4 months rolled the stairs with her mother for not having elevator service, they sold us family atmosphere and deceived us, security never did anything with a guest who in our stay intimidated everyone with belonging to some criminal group, they exposed us a lot, when buying they were asked about a person with a food allergy, and they never solved their problem, of everything and daily notice was given to the managers on duty, we are repetitive customers of you. And the truth, for me, it was a scam the price paid against all the inconveniences, but really, to have exposed ourselves in that way to all the guests is not worth it, and to have said the hotel manager that the security company was external and they could not do anything, then why are there managers?

The service is excellent from all the staff, absolutely all the staff at any time make you feel very good I appreciate that attention that is not found anywhere, the food very good. The facilities were very nice, the restaurants I liked the chef very attentive. Needless to say, the whole deal was amazing I didn't expect.

The only bad thing is that there are not enough beds. And the ones that are there, they push them away early and there are not even people. They should pay attention to that and designate beds per room. Same, the staff somewhat distracted, not very helpful… But from then on, rich food, nice facilities, comfortable rooms. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would recommend going to the Royal Park hotels and beach resorts! They had great fresh food and kept the facility clean during Covid 19.

Absolutely horrible, the food taste like cardboard. The service for their clients are currupt. They make up rules and prices along the way. They rip off a family who has disabilities, they simply only care about your money and charge you what they want to charge you. The waiters and cleaners are kind, that’s the only good experience. The Mexican tourism in this particular hotel is disgusting. Do not come here. I stayed at the las brisas and That hotel is the most amazing service I could find here in Mexico. They are located nationally across the board. Park Royal all inclusive is a disgrace to Mexican tourism.

It is a very large hotel but not for this less efficient. Very good food. Punctual in its services and of good quality. Very good entertainment services. Highly recommended for the whole family.

My first impression was good, it has very good reception, then it has somewhat bad things. For example: your pool is only one meter tall, I understand it's for family, but I think it would be nice if a part was deeper, your rooms are fine, but I got the bad luck of being given one that was never ready, I went to complain several times until I m and change rooms, I don't know if it's going to be the only room like this.

From there on is very good the hotel, good service from all its employees, good activities, good bathrooms, food an 8.5 out of 10 but my experience is being good.

Very good food and service. The disc opens every day and they put on very good music. They have activities every day. The room has a good-sized tub. Highly recommended.

I've come her for over 10 years. We skipped the past 3 years. Some nice physical improvements to the hotel. But what we had loved in the past was the friendliness and customer service in the past, we found greatly missing on this trip. They were catering ONLY to the Mexican tourists, it was like we did not exhist. Problems with phones in room, tvs that were never fixed and rooms that were not cleaned daily. We may look to stay elsewhere next time.

Nice mid-quality hotel. Little food choices but of an excellent quality. Waiters and service is low. You can wait a while to get a coffee or pop! Also, not enough chairs around the pool and no parasol. You fight for your chair and then you bake under the sun! Hotel is very clean. The view of the ocean is one of the best on the west coast.

It is a hotel in which what is worth is its staff, all its workforce is exceptional, the food is very rich, lacks some varieties but is very tasty. It is widely recommended for the cost-benefit ratio.

The motel is aging and funny smell in hallways and in the room. I'm not sure it would get 2 stars in a different city. Weather in Ixtapa is amazing and so I must give 5 stars. All inclusive food is more like pig slop, but the drinks are free and going out for meals is fairly cheap. Because of overall price, weather and free booze, it gets 5 stars.

Quiet place. Excellent service. The food was lacking quality but they are all very friendly and cordialea. I would definitely visit it again.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. The waiters are very attentive and willing to stop and have a conversation. The massages on the beach are fantastic. Alberto teaching water aerobics is an uplifting and entertaining experience everyone should try at least once! I believe the rooms are being remodeled from the top down, I was on floor 21 and my room was up to date. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice. Workers were friendly and the food was very good. Place seemed very clean but found some bugs in the room sink area. I would go back and stay a 3rd time. (would like to see shrimp and lobster on the menu). The Italian restaurant is upper class. I'm not an Italian food fan at all. Didn't travel 2000 miles for Italian food.

First time here. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, beach was clean, ocean was super warm waves are big watch the kids 200m south waves are much smaller. Sunsets where awesome. Food was simple, fresh but ordinary. Bottled beer would have been top shelf even if I had to pay for it. Late checkout is a must why be so cheep.

We have been here for a week and are EXTREMELY satisfied with our stay. This hotel is ALL about service! The personnel, from management to housekeeping to bartenders and DJ's, have ALL gone out of their way to do something special for us. We feel like we are treated like "royalty. " I have many, many aspects of the hotel to write about, so I will write in segments. There has been a variety of delightfully presented, tasty, fresh foods to choose from at EVERY meal. Some items are staples, but they are served a little differently each day. We have fallen in love with the Italian a la carte restaurant. The food is superb! It is a classy restaurant with ambience to match. Attention is paid to EVERY detail… From the light music in the background to the wall paintings, the lighting and the presentation of the foods. The service is five star… similar, if not better, to the BEST NYC restaurants. The waiters are filling imported wine, well before you near your last sip. Orders are taken and personal preferences taken in to consideration. There is a wonderful fresh antipasto bar that includes veggies deliciously grilled, cheeses, meats and numerous Italian specialties. Next up is soup, then some phenomenal fresh pasta or a risotto dish, a main course (we are hooked on the fish) and a dessert bar with a Tiramisu cake that is DEFINITELY worth every calorie! The Maitre'd HORATIO is extraordinary!

The hotel is very nice and well located. There are always activities to do and the service is very good. The food in the Italian restaurant is very good.

Not bad. There are better hotels and better quality. Time share is a waste of time. They keep reducing the price as you are leaving.

I stayed here in 2014. The room was nice. A little outdated, but for the price it was nice. The room service could be more attentive with changing the pillow cases. After a couple of days they started smelling like mold. Not sure if it was due to the humidity or what. Other than that nice hotel for the price.

Things I didn't like.
1. Menu less varied
2. There is no way to get hot water for the baby's bottles. Only in restaurants which open at 7:00
3. No coffee available before 7:00
Things I really don't know if they're right or wrong.
1. — The children's pool area was a great success. More there is a child who still can not climb and require adult supervision which is prohibited (not to raise adults, I do not see how the 2 year old raises alone)
2. If you get up early and put your stuff in the lounge chairs (or where the lounge chairs should be, why are not available until 8:30), comes the security very kind to tell you that you can not take places (I do not think I can walk with your things coming and going From the pool or loading around the hotel why you can not set aside a place…,
In general let's say it's fine… but you can improve a lot… and I'm still here. I'm leaving till tomorrow.

Beds can be improved because aren't that comfortable… the rest of the hotel are awesome, I'll become member buying the membership hope next time they have different beds.

Outdated, low budget style rooms and facilities. Shower flooded the room a couple of times. Staff isnt so friendly if you dont buy more amenities. Just being honest, I wouldnt recommend this particular place to room but enjoyed Ixtapa and Zehuatenejo.

Everything is excellent except for the fact that the room keys stopped working several times.

It is a great place to stay. The food it's good and the activities are awesome. It is a familiar place and sometimes it's too much crowded.

The waitstaff was not friendly when they found out I was staying at another hotel. I tried to buy a day pass and they regused to sell me one.

Very comfortable fun, comfortable, the food is very good the view from the rooms are very beautiful all this very bn alone I give it 4 stars for q there is no internet and need more staff, there is almost no waiters in the pool area that you need the more it all very well.

I am hosted on these moments in that hotel and believe me the service is lousy but not only that I am indignant and x q is q q to be able to get to the pool you have q to get towels x q if you lose a cost 250.00 which is a steal x q to us happened to us and nothing is still is this towel and was charged.

Good place with rooms to relax, enjoy your meal buffet all inclusive, has all national as international, non and not non beverage, has an excellent location within the ixtapa bolevar, before arriving at the marina.

I stayed here in the 3rd week in January for a volleyball vacation. The staff are friendly and amenities are decent. The food is pretty good. We had an all-inclusive food/drink plan. Try the Italian restaurant. The Wi-Fi is HORRIBLE! It only works in the lobby and the uplink speed is very slow. If you stay here you would be best served enabling roaming with your US carrier. Other places supposedly had Wi-Fi but I didn't try them.

The food of the 3 restaurants this very well some exceptions, the internet is bad, if there is no service in the rooms and there are very few TV channels. I'd say lacks a remodeled rooms and which would also put flavoring and more arts bathroom. All give good service although there are few exceptions.

Servicio, came looking for the toilet and tell me that I can use to register at reception facilities, to make use of the restaurant does not allow you to enter my husband as they carried their clothes wet but it was just the effect of fabric the annoying told Ms no returns to this hotel to what bothers and gross says "ok sr no problem"… There was no safety deposit box available, and charge for upgrade to sea view room something that the Agency never mentioned, ask to speak with the Manager on duty and me hangs to the comment on the situation tooooodo this in less than 5 hours, since 5 years visiting and never had had such treatment or any similar to this bad experience detail… That bad.

Very nice hotel services and beach very clean rooms… We lack entertainment for the evenings with the disk is not sufficient… Buy a certified holiday for three nights and it is a fraud to charge me 12, 000 pesos with that certificate and talk without certificate same day to charge me 11, 545 weights… Care to all vacationers do not buy anything from those certificaditos… and that's why I give them ina star hurts because I pass very well and if I wanted to go back to that hotel but with that scam ended up desepconarme completely.

We've been here many times and never grow tired of the beach, the friendly people of Ixtapa Zihuatanejo, great staff at PR Ixtapa, and great food in the Italian Restaurant.

As an all inclusive resort is great.
