I highly recommend this motel over any other motel in this area. Trust me! We’ve stayed at them all and this one is by far the best! Clean nice sized rooms, friendly staff, and the noise level here is very low. The day time staff Larissa, Kimberly and Ashley are amazing! Very helpful, funny and friendly. The night time staff Carl, Joe and Darren are the same, very friendly and helpful!

I love this motel! We’ve been to all the others in this area and honestly we haven’t been comfortable at any other one besides this one. The prices are affordable here, the staff is amazing! The house keepers are very nice and polite, the manager Cindy is amazing! If you need help or any info, the front desk associates are great! So if you come here look for Larissa, Kimberly, Ashley during the day mostly, and Carl, Joe and Darren at night. Nomatter who helps you, they all are very cool and nice.

My bathroom was not clean. The hotel was just not what I expected. There were guys standing outside looking so ghetto. There was no microwave my television did not work at first the young lady did have someone fix it for me thought. She was nice Ashley. I will not stay there ever again nor recommend anyone to stay there.

At the front desk Ashley is so friendly. She is so sweet. She also make motel 6 better then it already was.

It was a place to sleep, but that's about it. Air conditioning sounded like a plane taking off. Make sure and take everything, because there was not even a box of tissues in the room. No blow dryer or small amenities. Not a great place to stay.

Motel 6 is the best motel. If u want to go to a motel u should go to motel 6. The room are really clean. The people that work there are really nice like Ruth and Mara.

Nice clean. Someone always there for any need all hours of the day night. A pleasure being. Affordable you got it. Will fight your budget enough to have a nice dinner too. You can't miss. Stop by and see. Caters to all ages.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Inside the rooms are clean and well kept. There hallways are a little seasoned and could be updated and the water pressure is a tad low. Takes 5 whole minutes to get my thick hair fully wet. The hot water however is excellent. Advertised as a 2 star hotel, definitely exceeded 2 stars.

I booked non smoking. All they had was smoking. The room smelled so bad. I slept with the window open. I was to have a coffee maker and microwave. Neither were in my room. The sink was dirty.

Stayed here with my coworkers on a business trip and it was absolutely the best. The staff was very helpful. The rooms we stayed in where clean and organize. Fresh blankets and towels every time we came back to the hotel to sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel would definately stay here for our next business trip. I honestly think it’s worth the price. The best part is it’s very central to where everything is.

The staff is very cool and friendly. We have been staying here due to our home burning down last week and one staff member showed ALOT of concern and talked to me for a while. They are always smiling and ready to service you and the rooms are kept neat and clean.

Ok I stayed here Saturday for a show. I checked in around four and the front desk person was Kim. She was pleasant, and extremely helpful. I had booked the wrong room type she switched it, and was extremely nice. The location is good plenty of places to get food. And the price Is low my rate was $52.00. The rooms are clean. The negatives are the hallways, elevator and stair well are not very clean. The common areas just don't seem to be well maintained. However for the price and the customer service I would stay again. Again the room I was in was clean just not the common areas.

Customer service from the initial check in up until checkout was phenomenal. The woman who checked us in 2nd shift about 9 p. M. Was fabulous and very customer service friendly. I requested for an additional washcloth and towel, and the man working third shift, was sincere and friendly, and very accommodating in addition to greeting us every time we returned to the building. Kudos to you guys, thanks again.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. We'vs stayed in many places in York and we would say this was best hotel for the money. Will definitely be staying there again. One question: Do you have a frequent customer card?

You will not find better customer service anywhere else when it comes to traveling and hotels. The GM Cindy and her staff especially Kimberly who checked me in were absolutely amazing and if you have any issues they will resolve them immediately. All rooms are clean and while previous persons who stayed here might leave some unwanted things behind, they will go out of their way completely to make sure you have a safe and comfortable stay and change their regiment to ensure each and every room is in tip top shape. Again thank you all for the pleasant experience. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in town.

Room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a box of tissues, a clock (fortunately I brought my small clock and set the alarm), and a hair dryer (I also brought my own). I guess these additional amenities would have added to the price of the room though. Girl on duty at the desk when I arrived gave me a handicapped room (I'm not handicapped), and I had to ask her to change it to a regular room, which she did.

Over all it was a good stay. The front desk staff were polite. Checking We had a hiccup with locating the reservation but did locate it. The room could have been better sweep. The bathroom was just kinda thrown together. No functioning fan in the bathroom. Location of room would not be my choice again. The room directly in front of elevator has to much noise. The view their as well is not flattering. My puppy was welcomed, and we appreciate that greatly.

Me and my husband stay with you guys and we're moved from room to room because the first room the bathroom light wasn't working and just flickering and then they changed our room with no problem but the a/c was working and was told the only room they had available was the one with the bathroom light that didn't work so we had no choice but to settle paying $70+ a night to use the bathroom in the dark is kinda ridiculous wouldn't you say? Then to top it off my husbands wallet went missing and no one had any idea what happened to it. I'm not happy about my stay what so ever! The only thing positive I can say about my stay is that the young lady at the front desk did everything she could to help my husband and I through this draining process.

Clean room, comfortable beds. Inexpensive. Since we were towing a trailer we would have liked if there were a couple places to eat within walking distance without risking our lives.

The room was filthy. Mold on the ceiling, dead bugs around bathroom baseboards, floors were filthy, long hairs on the sheets and pillowcases, crumbs debris dirt in drawers, rusty handles on dresser and the room smelled musty. Told front desk who changed our room. The 2nd room, door lock looked like it had been kicked in and the screws were not in all the way, chicken crumbs on table, table was torn away from the wall it was attached to, still mold on ceiling, the same tiny dead bugs on bathroom baseboards and no clock for alarm. The only bright spot was their shining star front desk clerk Kimberly. She was very friendly and helpful. She catered to our needs and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. It's unfortunate that she's at this motel, she would shine even brighter at classier motel/hotel.

It's great there are no rugs in rooms however that still means you need to wash the laminate flooring! it was bad, and not just in unused areas, all over. It doesn't even require expensive product, just small amount of liquid liquid and water. / also when the floor is no smoking it should means any kind of smoking including weed. It was always there in hallways/ would also be nice if screen in window and if bathroom has exhaust fan.

Rates were reasonable. Staff was courteous, helpful & personable. Nowhere to eat within walking distance, but were given menus & recommendations for delivery. Room was spacious, updated & clean. Although an older building, rooms were updated & comfortable.

My stay here was not good. I stayed here once before and booked a normal, one person room. I had a good experience the first time; however, since my room was slightly dirty the first time and my bed sheets were damp, I decided to pay a bit more for a deluxe room, this time. Boy, that was a mistake. For some reason, they booked me for a smoking room, which smelled awful. In this "deluxe" room, the floor was sticky, bathroom small, the toilet handle was sticking, and there were no outlets close to the bed. In addition to that, the shower was small, the shower head was rusted, and there was no sink in the bathroom. To top all of that off, the elevator and the hallway smelled horrible. I would have spoken to the lady at the front desk, but she was rude and quite impatient. Luckily the woman the next morning (Sunday morning) at the kitchen counter was much more polite. I will not be staying at a motel6 again, and I will make sure my friends and families are informed of the poor standards of motel6, so they can avoid all the trauma.

The room Olia awful as if they'll just fumigate. The bed was cast but when it was distended full of hair, had not aspired, they appeared to have fixed but it was all a mess.

We really enjoyed staying at Motel 6 for our vacation. There was free coffee in the morning and the room was kept clean and comfortable. Having the refrigerator and microwave in the room was very nice. The only problem we had was the sink in the bathroom was backing up. We reported that to the front desk but it was never fixed. But overall the staff was very nice and friendly. We would stay at Motel 6 again.

This is the second time we stayed at this location. We were so impressed the first time (2 years ago) that when we needed a room again, I looked no where else. The people (especially Bridgett and Chris) were so very nice, professional, friendly and accommodating. Even when we extended our stay for 5 extra days. The room is clean and perfect for our needs. This location is well kept both inside and out and is staffed with the best people. We appreciate you keeping the light on for 2 years till we returned. If we go that way again, you can bet the only place we will stay is there. The location was perfect for us. Thank you for being there again for us. I recommend this location 100%.

Updated wood-effect floors make the rooms cleaner than old dirty carpet would be. Really like the sink area separate from the tub & toilet for getting ready in the mornings. Nice new countertops too. Desk area very functional. Mattresses good. A/C works but takes a while to get right. When we checked in it was FREEZING & even though we turned it up to almost 80, it continued to cycle & run so we just turned it off for a while. Later we kept turning it up & down as needed. Controls are still on the wall unit. Need to upgrade to thermostats. But happy the AC worked! Also like that this location has inside hallways instead of outside doors. Friendly efficient front desk staff too.

The hotel staff was very courteous. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. I got a room with a king-size bed, fridge, and microwave. The room had a very nice L-shaped desk, which would be great for business travelers or those traveling with a personal computer. There is another Motel 6 just a few blocks to the east. I chose this one because it looks nicer than the other one and this one has interior corridors, which I prefer over hotels with exterior corridors. I only have two complaints. One is that this hotel does not offer breakfast like some other similarly priced hotels in the area. The other complaint is the only way to enter the parking lot is to be traveling westbound. That is something that is not the fault of the hotel, but it is the fault of PennDOT and the local municipality.

Clean room. Very nice work desk in the room with an actual computer chair. Had a microwave and fridge. Very nice Motel 6. Internet was patchy even using the higher priced option, but that's been the case at every Motel 6 I've stayed at. Would highly recommend this location.

Its ok its not bad at all, its a good standerd hotel that is good priceing. Its not the beast in the world but certainly not bad its just a normal hotel if that makes sense. Like others jave said it is very quiet too soo good sleep.

I don't know what all of the fuss is about with many of the other reviews, but our room was exactly what we expected it to be. The entire slogan for Motel 6 states that they don't have a lot of frills but you'll get a clean & comfortable room that won't break the bank and what we got was exactly that. We found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful, and beat of all — it was wheelchair accessible AND takes dogs for No extra fee! Very nice and affordable place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Could use better hallway lighting but other than that everything was great. Would stay there again.

Found this motel to be very clean and had very nice and friendly staff. Only thing wrong they do not supply shampoo but do have a vending machine where you can purchase and a Weis supermarket across the street. Paid a lot less than other motels, so the money I saved far out weighs the higher cost at other motels that supply shampoo. Happy there was a microwave and fridge in the room something I didn't get in higher priced rooms of recent stays.

I would definitely stay again. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I came in for a dog show and the staff was able to fulfill my requests. I hope to return next year and I will definitely make my reservations here.

I'm a traveling nurse and I work late hours. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and have never received the quiet that I do here… even during Harley Week! The rooms are always clean and the manager and staff are very accommodating. I have never had a problem while staying here and I have been coming here sporadically since 2009.

Rooms were nice but had to change rooms a few times, because the heat didn't work in the first room it only blew out cold air. The second room the toilet over flowed, and the lock on the door wasn't locking. The next room was pretty good. The staff was friendly and helpful, things happen that can't be helped. I was there for a week, so little things happened. I thought it was great that they allow pets in this motel, because it is hard to find hotels, or motels that allow pets. If they allow pets they want to charge for them, and it is just crazy. I don't think they should charge you to have internet connection, and then have to get a code every day in order to use it. But over all I was good with the motel. I really want to say Thanks to the staff that made my stay there nice, you gave me different rooms when things was going wrong with the room I was in. Thanks for helping a out of state person feel welcome, and thanks for giving me the directions to a place when I needed it.
