From the time I arrived and checked in to going into my suite I loved it. It is very clean. Highly recommend staying in.

Wonderful check in with Amy. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of selection for breakfast. Just very noisy guests slamming doors and yelling until 3am.

Rooms are nice and clean and the receptionists are very nice and accomadating. Would recommend!

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I had forgotten my purse and received a call within minutes of leaving to inform me!

Enjoyed my quick stay here. Tina at the front desk was very personable and sweet, even at the late hour that I checked in. The breakfast options are what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn, and the room they serve it in is spacious with high ceilings and a lot light. My standard king room was huge and very clean, with a bath tub. I'll be returning if I'm ever in the area again!

Very comfortable property. The staff was incredibly helpful, the rooms were well appointed, the bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was subatantial, and they have coffee and tea available all the time. Hampton may just be my new favorite property.

The front desk staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. I appreciate the small details like a night light in the bathroom. The pool was nice with plenty of towels. We walked to a nearby restaurant. Very pleasant stay.

Lovingly managed and operated, recent room redesign is fresh and interesting. Nice pool, small exercise facility. Exceptional included breakfast, fresh & varied ingredients, good coffee. Location is hardly bucolic but the hotel is an effective oasis along this big-box strip mall carnival. Have been staying here happily for years.

Great hotel. They've got an indoor heated swimming pool, a nice conference room with a projector for any meetings, and nice rooms. There is a Primanti Brother's just across the parking lot for a good meal, and the hotel offers breakfast.

Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Easy check in and out. Overall good accommodations for a short stay.

From the time of our arrival until our late checkout, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were visiting for a wedding and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure the incoming wedding guests were accommodated with welcome gifts and favors. This property looks like it had been recently remodeled with a new and fresh look. We would certainly stay here again next time we are back in the area.

SUPERB! 10 stars out of 5! We had our wedding block here this weekend and the staff were so good to us. Our wedding guests were a 'little' rowdy and they were all so sweet. The facility is literally brand new and breakfast was surprisingly awesome for a free hotel breakfast. The day after our wedding, we brought in food for a little breakfast in the conference room and they were so nice to set up a toaster and refill our water all morning. There's also coffee and cookies out all day, free amenities like makeup remover and toothpaste, microwaves & fridges in all rooms, and awesome cleaning staff! Would definitely highly highly recommend. Another plus — right in the parking lot there is a Primanti Bros (sports bar where we ate multiple times throughout the weekend and had the after party) and a Dunkin Donuts :)

Very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great since we didn't have to wait to be seated, wait to place an order, and then wait to get our food. Selection was sufficient.

Our room was fantastic — when our daughter's night light failed, there was one already provided in our room. The breakfast was much better than I am used to at hotels. Overall excellent, especially after a week of exhausting classes.

Loved the hotel. The front desk was so helpful and friendly. There were 2 of them. A girl with brown curly hair and a tall handsome black man. They both very happy and very good with guest. We went out for some munchies and brought back some for the front desk as well. The surprised look on his face was Gold to me … Keep up the great work.

Wow what a great hotel and staff. They really went above and beyond to help us with everything. Just 1 thing that I feel they should do change the ceramic tile where the pool is. My grandson hits hit head and granddaughter slipped multiple times while getting in and out of the pool. Otherwise it was the most pleasant stay at a hotel. Clean and friendly!

Satisfied as always. However housekeeping came to our room before agreed check out time. Female knocked on the door, did not wait at all for me to respond, just opened the door! Asked me if we were checking out and when. Then after I gave her the answer, she said ok thanks and apologized. This never happened before, what happened to a call or response before entering the room? I'm glad we both were fully dressed. Outside of this it was a great stay.

My daughter and I stayed there while she played in the MLK Kickoff Classic Volleyball Tournament. It's a new hotel, so you'd expect it to be in great condition, which it is. It's also IMPECCABLY clean. But, the best part for me — and the reason why I'm writing this review — was the staff. Without exception, each employee we interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and on-task. Shane at the front desk was great, as were the women who took care of breakfast in the morning (Susan (? ) and co). I'm sorry I didn't write down all of their names, but just know that every person who worked from Friday, January 16th through Monday, January 19th (all shifts) did a fantastic job!
The hotel was booked with sports teams. The lounge was in use a lot of the time, but a mess never accumulated. The employees were on top of everything. Every time I came into the building, I was warmly greeted. Every time I left, they wished me a good day.
If there are any sorts of kudos awarded to employees in your organization, the entire staff at Hampton Inn and Suites — York South deserves them! If I need to stay in York again, I won't bother looking for a room elsewhere. :)

We organized a group of young athletes to attend a tournament in York and chose this hotel for our accommodations. We are glad we did! The property is fabulous. Shiny and new. The lobby was a perfect place for the entire team and their families to hang out and share pizza dinner in the evenings. The high protein options at breakfast were ideal for our athletes. But the best part about it is the professional and accommodating staff. I especially want to call out Dilmaris who was so helpful in working with us to set up our room block and Shane who took such good care of us once we arrived.

Sparkling clean, staff is wonderful. Exactly as expected.
