SPA Hotels in Nairobi

We had a wonderful stay at Deerpark Hotel in Nairobi! We were two adults and two teenagers, and we spent five nights there. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.

I spent 10 nights at Deerpark for a work trip and really loved it. The house is located in a compound in a central area, but the surrounding is very quiet and the garden is just so beautiful!

The Location was paramount and Swift for me. The Atmosphere was Tranquil, Peaceful & Breathtaking. I went with My young Toddler they were helpful right from the entrance to room.

Charming large hotel that keeps it's cozy, friendly and yet very professional atmosphere.

We had an unbelievable stay at Ololo.
First and foremost, the staff are exceptional.

The recent stay at Ololo Lodge was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Hey there. My stay at Kempinski was just amazing.

The staff is so lovely and the service was superb. Anne welcomed us and gave us great recommendations and feel right at home.

This hotel is a real gem!

I booked this hotel intentionally to be close to the airport. Haven't checked into my room yet but I am confident I wont be disappointed. The service in their Restaurant is impeccable.

The hotel is clean. It is located in a green area so even though it is off a major road, it is well soundproofed and you can enjoy the views.

Super hotel! Staff are so friendly, rooms and beds are so comfy — highly recommend. We were here for a work convening and received superb care the whole week.

I recently stayed at your hotel following a friend’s recommendation, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member on duty at the lobby.

I would like to commend Alice, the waitress at Radisson Arboretum, for her outstanding service during my room dining experience.

The staff are the nicest staff I have ever encountered, very accommodating and welcoming. The check in and check out were just the click of a mouse no delay whatsoever.

The hotel is outstanding, with truly five-star service from a wonderful team. The spa and food are excellent, the rooms were super clean and modern.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had such a lovely dinner at Movenpick – The View. The ambience was beautiful, relaxed, and made the whole evening feel really special.

Our stay at the Mövenpick Hotel was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome.

I first want to say thank you to Ruth and Diana at the reception, they’ve been so helpful and kind to my mom and me throughout our stay.

The scenery is beautiful and serene, offering a calm and professional atmosphere that is perfect for meetings. The environment is quiet, well-maintained and thoughtfully designed.

Amazing place with great food and good ambience, the rooms are spacious and has swimming pool. Bar and the location is right at westlands close to major places in Nairobi.

Excellent value for money. Good breakfast. Indian food options are good. Courteous Staff.

A very pleasant stay at Novotel Nairobi Westlands. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a generously sized bathroom and shower.

It was Father's Day and the experience was amazing.

Mercure Nairobi Upper Hill gave us an unforgettable vacation. The vibrant contemporary African design is unique, and the city skyline views are stunning.

"Absolutely phenomenal stay and A perfect Getaway!

I stayed at the hotel in a short time as a guest in November 2025, and had the opportunity to try the local culinary specialties, and I must say that I was completely satisfied.

Amazing services from the reception… especially Maryjane with a warm smile and willingness to assist… Joyce assisted me with my luggage and Joan. Betty and Ruth also were very kind.

Secluded in nook of Karura forest. It has private areas that cascades to the steep floors of the undergrowth of Karura yet within two minutes of Westlands city centre.

We go here nearly every time we are in Nairobi and it charms us every time. Our favorite moment is breakfast in the restaurant overlooking Karura forest.

Although my stay at Best Western Premier Westlands was only for one day, it was exceptional.

Had a perfectly pleasant experience here. Staff was professional, room was clean and had the expected amenities. Breakfast was decent too. The location was perfect for our needs and plans.

I had a wonderful experience at the inABLE Inclusive Africa Conference held at JW Marriott yesterday. The event was very well organized, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

The property itself is exactly what you would expect from a JW Marriott. Modern infrastructure, beautiful rooms, a great spa and impressive overall design.

We had a lovely time here the day before and the day coming back from our safari experience.

I am having one of the best experience at Sarova Panafric Tulia Wellness Centre Gym. The gym has one of the best instructors I ever seen. They are professional and kind.

Well located just along the Mombasa road. Ample parking is also available, reservations on parking is also available.

This is a smart and modern hotel in the City of Nairobi close to JK Airport. The hotel has a very large restaurant with a well stocked bar attached.

My stay at this hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish.

The venue itself is beautiful, with modern interiors and great views that make the atmosphere feel relaxed yet professional.

Very short visit — we had a 20 hour layover in Nairobi and decided to look around. This hotel is really nice, had a great dinner here b ut had to leave very early and missed dinner.

Nice place! Spacious rooms, service minded and helpfull staff and overall good/ safe place to stay. As a family with 4 persons we had 2 rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at Trademark Hotel, and one of the highlights was the exceptional housekeeping service provided by Maureen. She was warm, professional, and paid close attention to every detail.

Excellent service! The staff goes above and beyond.

David is a very responsible person. He helps me clean my room punctually every day, and he cleans it very well. At the same time, he also asks me if I need any help and assists me in solving problems.

Excellent location, atmosphere and loving space. Indeed good value for money, quiet, excellent service and amenities!
Big ups for your crew.
Eutrone, Francisca, Chotero and other restaurant stuff.

Lovely venue and even better ambience. However, I'd like to single out one Tuchy who was nothing short of amazing throughout.

We had such a wonderful experience! James served us and was incredibly friendly, attentive, and courteous throughout our visit.
