Good place for a quiet time n good food.

Nice furniture. Friendly waiter but Very poor service, one waiter serving a whole restaurant that had six tables with guests awaiting attention. It took 20 minutes for an order of one beer to be fulfilled.

This hotel is at the heart of Nairobi's most productive region, down town. Nairobi Downtown is the place where billions of money exchange hands in Nairobi everyday. If you have a meeting with people around the downtown Nairobi, just take them to this hotel. The hotel offers lunch, dinner breakfast and accomodation among other services.

I'll give this place a three star coz I was hungry and I ate. That aside, the service is slow and the options are rather limited considering what you would expect when you walk in. I had to choose between one of two fresh juices, none of which was my preference, because the rest were out. I was there 2-3 years ago and I loved it. I don't know what happened. Also, fix the lighting in the area. It's kinda gloomy.

Clean, affordable and cozy. A great place to relax after a long day. The food and breakfast is the best in the area.

The rooms are dirty and stuffy its like no one bothers to air them regularly. This goes for the bathroom as well, the floor is filthy. Its understuffed. The receptiinist is the bart tender/waiter and the breakfast was a disappointment. Only highlight is the beer, you cant go wrong with that.

Not impressed at all. Dusty rooms, stained toilet, dirty bathroom walls, only 3 TV channels in our room. No sandals, no towels (after asking twice with a promise they will come, no one showed up. ) Intended to stay the week but I had to find another place.

Good meal served there please try it out.

This is a below average hotel. Very noisy in the middle of a dirty market area and felt unsafe too. Difficult to sleep at night and also no blankets available. Room was not very clean. The bf was just about ok. Receptionist was ok but she introduced me to their travel agent who was a cheat and a thief. He charged me very high rate for trip to Masai Mara which I came to know when I checked with other travel agents and tourists. Unfortunately, I could not check the rates before I purchased the Nairobi — Masai Mara package but he took advantage of it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place is ideal for conferences as well as affordable accommodation. It is within the CBD and close enough to public transport for any traveller who would wish to travel via the Sgr.

A three star hotel in Nairobi town, easily accessible and safe.

Rooms aren’t clean and it’s on a very busy street, so lot of disturbances.

The hotel is one of the best in the location, friendly staff, free parking, good food and pocket friendly.

Compared to Boma this was an okay place to stay. Not expensive. Great central location in city center. Great way to introduce yourself to Nairobi life.

This is a good quiet place near the Nairobi CBD where one can eat and hold a meeting or even rest for the night. The prices are average, the service is good.

Well located if you want to go downtown Nairobi.

My experience was very unpleasant We got a dirty room at first, the beddings looked like someone had used it prior and nothing was changed. We requested a change of room which seemed a bother to them from the body language the staff who came to change our room gave us. They then gave us a room with two beds and we had to change again but this time he came back with many keys and angry. We settled on one room, the beddings in the hotel are so old, no normal amenities were in the room. The room was not that clean. The sink and bathroom had stains and did not seem to have been washed in the recent past. There were no sandals in the room. During breakfast we found a rude waiter who was upset by us choosing a different table from the one we wanted to sit on. He openly went ahead to speak about us with the chef as and we could hear his words and I told him that was totally wrong. The receptionist Peter was okay and helpful. The room attendant Kinuthia was kind to help us with our requests. My advice to the hotel management, do trainings on customer service care. Allow guests to access the gym with no extra payments this will bring more guests in the hotel. I left the hotel a dissapointed person. : (

I was there today on February 21, 2017 @ around 7pm. I asked one of the guard downstairs where I can use a bathroom n they told me 11 th floor. The elevator only go up to the 8th floor and then the rest you have to walk. I found the restaurant went in to the bathroom and when I came out I was told I have to pay a hundred shillings because I used the bathroom. Being that I am from abroad and I dont deal with such issues, I was so appauled and furious. Basic Amenities nairobi does not even have. They showed me a sign far away from the bathroom reading outsiders need to pay a 100 shillings to use the bathroom. If you have such a charge why not put it at the door of the bathroom y far away from the bathroom. The waiter who was talking to me also had a rude tone about the sign as if I was stealing something. Never ate here, and the hotel actually looked nice but don't get fooled it is just another nairobi hotel practicing robbery. Money you steal does not take you far, if you trying to teach outsiders a lesson put a big sign downstairs and upstairs. I will spread the word as much as I can.

Good place to eat while in the city although getting a space can be tricky during high traffic.

It is the worst place where I have been stayed and I have really stayed in very bad places. Dangerous place with prostitution, drugs handling and trash. In the rooms you have to take shower in a bucket. Really terrible.
