Very friendly professional staff. Willing to fill all my needs and requests. Room was immaculately clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to any traveler.

This was an ultimate experience for my husband, daughter and myself. The staff were so personal and nice. The rooftop was incredible. The food was the best. Everything was clean.

During our stay in May 2018 we were looked after by the staff they were very polite and friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. There is a good choice of food. The night manager Narinder Singh was very helpful he went the extra mile to help us out. We had a pleasant stay. W. Awan.

A very conveniently located hotel with good value for money. It's restaurant and lounge bar are satisfactory, but the staff is excellent. Rooms are comfortable.

I stayed for four days, this was a wonderful experience. I was impressed by the manger mr. Narender on the first place as he was very help full and willing to help at anytime. my room attendant mr. Wilson again was a character who fits all over… very help full and very friendly. location was graet break fast buffet had varieties of morning dishes which was great. nice room, clean and quite location i recommend you to stay at best western plus meridian.

Extremely friendly staff and wonderful amenities with beautiful rooms and delicious food. The prices for booking through their tour guide on site were quite high compared to other options, but the convenience was nice and the local drivers/guides were very friendly and informative.

I would highly this hotel to anyone who wants to have a meeting. Then conference halls are specious with modernised PA system. The staffs are well trained ed helpful to give you all the comfort you desire especially Benjamin and Washington took care of our disabled guests. Kip it up benjamin and Washington.

Excellent Hotel, centrally located in the city. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Reception staff. Our check in process was quite quick. Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. What made our trip interesting and memorable is that the hotel staff gave us excellent advise on sight seeing, supermarkets, shopping and other restaurants in the City. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true example of perfect hospitality. It's not just business-to-consumer, but Human-to-Human. Thank you Mr. Ravi Reddy (General Manager) and your entire team for taking the extra effort to make all the guests feel wonderful! A special mention — Thanks to Chef Anil for being kind enough to prepare a good vegetarian meal for us.

The location is strategic: 2 steps from both the centre of Nairobi and the buses leading to the airport for a ridiculous fee: half a Dollar! The hotel is modern and elegant without being tacky, the rooms are spotless and well lit, although not huge; The staff is always friendly, smiling and helpful as well as efficient. In Summary: An excellent value for money.

My fiancé + I stayed at the Best Western for a total for 4 nights (3 nights before our safari and one night after) while in Nairobi. We were surprised and delighted by the super friendly staff, the gorgeous rooftop pool (that we had all to ourselves for an afternoon) and the delicious food in the restaurant. The rooms are lovely and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you. This hotel has great value, and if ever in Nairobi, we will be back!

The rooms are very nice and tidy but I would not order the food again. The pool is so small that you could not call it a pool. It's more like a XXL bathtub. But since the pool is on the 7th floor I can understand this and the atmosphere is also very pretty. I would recommend the hotel only to see the 7th floor times.

We actually had a gig here, the lovers and friends, at the rooftop. It was one of a kind and we killed it! how nice of them to host us. Good ambience, good and friendly staff, good food, the security is tight and so gives you the feeling that you are in a safe place. And incredibly good interiors. The hotel is generally prepared for any emergencies e. G fire and so one feels really safe and free.

Very well located in the center of the city. Distance to the airport can be 20 minutes at night or 2 hours during rush hour. Extremely friendly staff. Large clean room. Nice washroom. Wi-Fi is good. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is really good. Some restaurants nearby at a walking distance. There is a gym, spa, pool and health center.

An excellent place, where the staff is very attentive and friendly, the food delicious, central, with well-arranged facilities, nice contemporary decor, always clean and has everything you need.

Had a good experience during my overnight at the Best Western. It is in the center of town surrounded by good food and shopping. There is a gate and a guard at the entrance which keeps it secured. The room is nice. The fitness center and rooftop pool (see pic) are beautiful and a hidden gem. The restaurant and cafe at the entrance are nice too.

This hotel is one of the best that I have stayed at when in Nairobi. The staff is great, friendly and professional at all times. They will insist on carrying your bags in a sweet touch. They have complementary drinks on check in whilst they process your details. They have a pool on the upper deck. They have a restaurant and it sometimes offers buffet meals.

Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel — Location is not good I would not prefer the location of this hotel at all but They are very efficient at cleaning but poor on maintenance. There is always someone with a dust mop cleaning the floor in the restaurant and bar. There is flyover just near hotel and very noise and place and pollution because of vehicle so I would not prefer this hotel.

I would like to highly this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy life in Nairobi. All the employees are very polite and professional. I enjoyed very excellent breakfast there. The computer system is very good. All the services are excellent. Only the prices for massage are high, when I compare with massage services I received in other countries. If you are rich, that is not a problem. I highly enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel is very safe, clean, and no bad odor in the room. I wish to stay there every time I visit Nairobi. Consequently, I recommend this hotel without any reservation.

Great food. The roof top, that's where the fun is. With the right crowd you can surely have some lasting memories.

The air conditioning is really bad in the room. The place is accessible and in a good area. The breakfast is good quality and nice spread except that they charge for fresh fruit juice.

Staff was super helpful. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable! The roof top pool and bar is nice and they also have a small gym. The location itself is also very convenient.

Visited the hotel and was truly impressed. I stay in the super chain hotels around three months of the year so having a nice room is very important to me. Really is a very good hotel for travellers.

Great ambience, attentive, courteous and friendly staff, very efficient service and very helpful staff, tasty, fresh food and a great variety of services — conference facilities, gym, spa, party hosting… The bathroom — wow! I'm modelling mine on theirs when I finally build my own home. It is a Best hotel.

Very good hotel, polite staff and very helpful. Breakfast is great as they have a lot of options to choose from. Not expensive and you can easily call Uber to take you round town.

It was an awesome experience and I will definitely be back. The staffs are very friendly and always ready to be of help. The only black spot was the fact that I had to pay for early check in.

A nice INDIAN hotel in Nairobi. Fabulous location. More importantly food is better than India.

It is a lovely place, once you enter you forget you're in the busy noisy Nairobi area… Rooms are soundproof-it's seriously quiet inside there, it's unbelievable. The staff are friendly and helpful, very polite, always happy. The room has beautiful finishings, amazing colour combination, lovely showers and super comfortable beds. Absolutely enjoyed my stay.

We stayed overnight due to a delayed flight. The hotel is neat and rooms are relatively modern with nice finishes in the bathroom. It was noisy throughout the night though — doors banging, ongoing construction, staff working, etc. The dinner provided was decent — a variety of local, Asian and western cuisine as well as dessert and finished off with fresh, sweet fruits. The staff and manager of the hotel were accommodating. You tend to get irritable with delayed flights but the accommodation here made up for it.
