Great customer service. But note, do not make your budget based on the prices you see online. There is a huge difference with the price list at the customer desk.

Their restaurant is amazing and great foods available. If in town I would advise one to drop by the place.

Clarion Hotel is a wonderful place for meetings and conferencing. It is also a great place for a quiet date with a friend. I loved the great levels of hospitality and excellence enjoyed at the venue. The superb hotel is just adjacent to the much famed Jevanjee gardens at the heart of Nairobi Kenya. I loved the experience!

Friendly staff. Last time was there one of the lifts had an issue. The rooms are small and good for small meetings however they should have some air conditioner on to prevent the rooms from being stuffy.

Awesome Conference Facilities.

The service is great. The guys go an extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Kenya is a meat loving country. For them to have such good vegetarian options was refreshing. Being located in the CBD, it's ideal For any business traveller. I would definitely go back.

Not bad… but for the amount you can do something extra.

Stopped by for hot chocolate and Black forest. Unfortunately black forest wasn’t available so I ordered white forest. With no shame I was served just a normal sliced cake spread with normal fruit jam then smeared with cream.
I should have stuck with Java or cafe Deli since they offer what you ask for not these kind of mind games.
Actually I ended up paying for that ugali (fake white forest) even though I didnt eat it. Pack and leave if you cant deliver.

Clarion hotel has the Cafe clarion… Whose tranquility, ambiance and quietness makes it the perfect place for conversations, meetings, business discussions and relaxation. There Wi-Fi connectivity is a bit fast, courteous staff… And their cocktail juice is simply fantastic, sweet. Loved my afternoon there and I probably will be visiting again and again.

In the city center very convenient for meetings. Nice and quiet meeting rooms despite being in the Central Business District. Located on the main city street.

Decent but the shower was wonky and the toilet too close to the bathtub. A bit loud with traffic sounds at night.

The buffet served at dinner was tasty. Right from the chicken soup starter to the main dish. The waitresses are very welcoming.

Very wide and clean rooms. The free spa service is nice but is very restricted, only working for specific hours and days and females and males are separated. The location is perfect. It is in the middle of town.

We hold our Rotaract (Nairobi Parklands) Meetings every Wednesday here and they are always accommodating.

Though in a noisy environment and in the center of the city which are minus, the rooms are clean and spacious. Food also tastes good. Smokers won't like it that much as there are no smoking rooms and a small fire escape area is dedicated for smoking.

It's just perfect… Quality services, and the staff… Wouw… I can't really complain. A day without going to the clarion is never complete… It's just the place to be.

Its high end actually really well furnished but super affordable it does not have all the facilities of a high end hotel but its pricing ranges makes it very competitive… Plus its location is on a really nice side of uptown.
