During my visit to Nairobi, Kenya, I stayed at the Sankara Nairobi, Autograph Collection, and once again, it didn’t disappoint.

We had an excellent stay here for 1 week. The staff were amazing and over the week we started to know everyone and it felt really comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay. Great location, very nice room, good AC, great bed, everything clean, working and convenient. I absolutely loved the breakfast. What a value.

Very pleasant staff and beautiful food from either the main dining room or the pool restaurant. Don't dismiss the pool restaurant as they have their own kitchen and everything is very tasty.

The hotel rooms are very clean and spacious. The locality is safe and convenient for shopping, and the airport is just a 30-minute drive away.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay at Swiss-Belinn Nairobi. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great.

Hosting a birthday during the rainy season can be tricky. This was perfect for my daughter's birthday and the service was excellent.

We loved the service, just from the reception all the way to our meal. We were welcomed by Hellen at kilele nyama, she was very warm, jovial and funny too. Her customer service skills are top notch.

We had to carry our luggage. No bellboys available… free water not to be restricted in rooms. There was no smile on one ofthe reception staff. Cold. Customer service needs a lot of course corrections.

Great place to be. I have a 12 day reservation and 9 days in I mostly have great things to say. The staff is friendly, Caroline helped us settle in our meeting room and made sure we were comfortable.

I lately had a buffet lunch at this city hotel which was an exceptional experience!

I was visiting Nairobi Kenya for two days. My friend was recommending me to stay in the Westland area. So I booked Raha suites hotel for two nights.

Friendly and professional services. Been visiting Cozy Residences for over 2 years. The environment is peaceful and serene.

It was a comfortable apartment. Clean and well laid out. We had a nice quiet relaxing time during our stay.
The only negative was the wet bathroom floor after taking a shower.

I stayed at Gem Suites for a business trip for over a week recently. From the moment of check in to checking out it was perfect.

This was the best spa experience I have ever experienced in Nairobi. The Hammam, massages, facials were all excellently executed. Customer service is top notch. Staff are kind and very professional.
