4-Star Hotels in Nairobi4*

Had a wonderful stay at Golden Tulip, Nairobi. The hospitality was warm, the staff was courteous and always ready to help, and the service was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Westlands, Nairobi. The environment is clean, warm, and welcoming, it truly feels like a home away from home.

We had a wonderful experience at Park Inn! We hosted a staff dinner on the rooftop and everything about the evening was delightful.

I had my graduation celebration at Park Inn by Radisson in the Turkana Room, and it was a wonderful experience.

Amazing place with great food and good ambience, the rooms are spacious and has swimming pool. Bar and the location is right at westlands close to major places in Nairobi.

Excellent value for money. Good breakfast. Indian food options are good. Courteous Staff.

I came for dinner last evening with my family and we were served by Mary, who was incredibly kind and attentive. It was a bit chilly, so she thoughtfully provided us with a jiko to keep us warm.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. Great venue and great food! Lovely apartment and perfect architecture. I will definitely be going there again! See you soon in the near future.

I had a beautiful stay, the environment was so clean and soft and the staff especially miss Marylin were superb. I loved my stay though brief and would love to come back.

Clarence is one hotel I will recommend for anyone coming to Kenya just like me. The services were provided way beyond my expectations, and I can't ask for more.

Got stranded in kenya and booked this hotel.
Service is ok but not perfect, bt got a free upgrade and we lived for 3 days. Convenient location and it looks around 20mins to Karen district.

Loved it. But we got lost several times, be careful with all the edits and roundabouts especially if driving from the bypasses. I loved the food especially.

Really nice experience. I enjoyed my time here. The food was nice. It's along jakaya kikwete road a really nice and serene environment. The staff is friendly and hev nice services.

I arrived at 8am, many hours before my check in time & was very sick from the exhaustion of a 30+ hour travel day.

Excellent Stay!
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the front desk team who were always ready to help with a smile.

This is a great airport hotel — it is beautiful when you walk in and the food is delicious — still thinking about the pesto fusilli.

Chef Chacha is a true master of his craft! Every pastry is fresh, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet.

Stayed here for the World Schools Debating Championships. Great rooms and okay breakfast and food. Amazing staff with very welcoming personalities.

The rooms were super spacious, clean and well lit with large windows and a balcony.
The room service was efficient and prompt. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options.

The location is very strategic as it is opposite UON so accessing it ain't a problem.

I loved being there. Everything was perfectly set up. The food was great and the staff were active throughout the meeting and very courteous.

Spacious spotless and well equipped rooms. The hotel has an elegant grandeur. Staff very friendly and attentive. Would stay here again.

This hotel delivers a phenomenal experience with its beautiful rooftop ambiance, impeccably clean rooms, and outstandingly friendly service.

I stayed at La Maison Royale Westlands and found it to be a decent value-for-money option in the Westlands area.
The check-in process was quick, efficient, and welcoming.

Hotel La Mada offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for anyone looking to escape the city buzz.

Love the entire place! Ambience! The nature… has the vintage architectural style. You need to be an old soul to fall in love with this place.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at Deerpark. It is a small beautiful boutique hotel in a very quiet and secure neighborhood where you can take walks and even bike rides.

This is the best place where you can stay in Nairobi — which is in a really secured and nice neighborhood.

Ole Sereni – A True Urban Healing Sanctuary.
We spent our Christmas at Ole Sereni, and as a wellness travel curator, I can confidently say this property genuinely qualifies as a healing space.

We were given this hotel by KQ due to a flight cancellation. Deeply frustrated we made it here and the ambiance and atmosphere was welcoming and just what you’d need after a highly stressful flight.

Excellent stay. The staff are great, friendly smiling all the time. They seem to have fun while working and they pass this into the atmosphere they create. Food is great. Details are curated.

It’s truly an uncommon hotel—far from your typical cookie-cutter stay. Every corner has its own distinct personality, blending great aesthetics with functional spaces.

One word, exquisite. The meals? I'd loudly say 'wapishi waolewe' 🤷‍♀️😂😂😂
. As for the rooms, just like the TMI girlies promised. Y'all didn't come to play.

‎I usually come for Karaoke Wednesdays.
‎I am never disappointed by the professionalism and hospitality I receive at Dusit Princess … right from the entrance checkpoint into the Aviary Rooftop Bar.

Mercure Nairobi Upper Hill gave us an unforgettable vacation. The vibrant contemporary African design is unique, and the city skyline views are stunning.

"Absolutely phenomenal stay and A perfect Getaway!

First time at Pullman hotel and the experience was amazing.
Ambiance is so welcoming and just right.
Boston who served us is absolutely the best.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice, but little things as always. No shelf in the shower. Only one bar of soap provided for a four day stay. Buffet dinner not great, but breakfast was most fine.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Royal Canaan Nairobi Hotel.

⭐ I had a wonderful experience hosting my birthday dinner here.

Although my stay at Best Western Premier Westlands was only for one day, it was exceptional.

Had a perfectly pleasant experience here. Staff was professional, room was clean and had the expected amenities. Breakfast was decent too. The location was perfect for our needs and plans.

From the moment I arrived, I felt the kindness of the staff. They were so hospitable. I felt a sincere warmth from them and it made my entire stay beautiful.

I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing and so customer focused. The rooms are modern, and very clean and comfortable.

Holiday inn Two rivers is a beautiful location, but more than the look and feel, what really caught me was the kindness of their staff. Such good customer service.

It was an excellent stay at Nairobi after your tiring safari days. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathrooms were so neat. The lighting and overall ambience were too good.

I visited their rooftop restaurant on a Monday evening and I highly recommend it. The views, the aesthetics and the service is topnotch.

My stay at this hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish.

Their food here is a 10/10! The rooms are good but the double room (2 people in a room) beds were small.

Trademark Suites is excellent! Great service, courteous employees all departments. Very nice breakfast with wonderful omelets made to order! A nice and quiet location.
