Clean, well kept, good service and very friendly staff.

They say old is gold, clean rooms but I loved their deluxe room, it had the value for money. The shower may not be very hot but manageable of Nairobi weather. Plenty of room extra items such as soap, shampoo and body lotions, please carry your tooth brush no dental kit. The food was amazing, great variety from their buffet on different days.

I wanted to swim on a chilly afternoon, I contacted the resort to confirm if the pool is heated. Upon arrival, the water was too cold, I couldn’t swim. But my brother got in. He said it was cold, I asked them and they said the heat will pick up in a bit. One and a half hours later the water was still cold. I touched it with my fingers, they told me once I enter the pool, I’ll feel the warmth, that it’s hard to feel it with just my fingers. I believed them and entered. One hour later the pool was still freezing, we had to leave. It was a waste of money, the pool was not heated. Very disappointing, they have a good pool, but it wasn’t heated as they had communicated. We felt cheated.

Veeeery rude customer care, can't even watch my kids swim in the big I had to stay far away from them can't take pictures or videos of them enjoying swimming very dissapointing!
Location is good clean water and very beautiful place!

If you're looking for serenity, peace, calm, and a place to recenter your compass of Faith, Look no further — Methodist Resort and Conference Center Lavington.

The pool staff are rude, unprofessional, and lacking complete empathy. DO NOT waste your time here. There are too many other great pools in Nairobi. Seriously, it is not worth giving them your business for such an unpleasant experience. Even if they make a mistake they will refuse to give you a refund. It’s just not worth it.

Have been a frequent client at the pool and restaurant. Left my towel one evening because we left in a hurry and they were closing the pool area.
Got home and called them to keep the towel for me and they confirmed they have it and that it's safe. Went to pick after 5 days and it's been cat and mouse game with the pool staff, even after one of them admitting Sam had it and was seen folding it.
Timothy, Sophia and another guy from the reception have been taking me in circles. What a way to treat a client.

The restaurant customer services are poor.
The food not as fresh as expected.

Over priced, no value for money and rooms are way below average.

I visited the conference hall and the swimming pool and the experience there was just awesome. Situated at a good place, ample parking, so clean and the trees make such a very good cool canopy.
The services are on a King's level with a variety of fingerlicking food & delicacies.
The pool too is big size and the trainers always there.

The ambience was superb … great reception and hospitable people … I loved the atmosphere will definitely be back for swimming.

Quiet location in Nairobi, beautiful grounds with an Olympic size swimming pool. Amazing service. Quaint rooms from dorm to suites.

Enjoyed my 2 days stay. Your meals were great and the attendants are amazing. Keep up the great and good work.

Exceptional service, quiet environment for conferencing, beautiful gardens, not forgetting the heated swimming I would love to be back.
