SPA Hotels in Kanagawa

Amazing hotel to stay. Rooms were clean and tidy. Beds and pillows comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had an amazing array of foods to choose from both western and Asian.

Gorgeous hotel in a short distance from Kyoto Station (very convenient! ). Spacious room compare to standard rooms in Japan. Handy amenities and very good quality cosmetics.

Stayed in 3 different hotels during our recent trip to Japan and this was the best! The family room was clean and very spacious. Our room comes with a huge living room area and washing machine.

This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Japan!

The hotel feels a little older in style, but the rooms are comfortable and well maintained.

Fantastic location, rooms are older but well maintained.

Truly worth a stay here if you visit Hakone. There's 2 bus stops right outside the hotel, the staff are professional, they spoke both fluent English and Chinese, and were very accommodating.

Make sure to check in early if you want to book a private onsen. They have three, only the big one accommodates three people or more, the other two just two.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Comfort Inn Kyoto Shijokarasuma. The location was convenient for getting around. It’s about 5min walk to the Shijo subway.

The room is clean and neat. The location is very good as well, 3 mins to bus station that bring you to most of the famous place in kyoto.

Very good hotel. Spacious rooms. The service from the check-in experience right upto the checkout was superb. The entire staff was very helpful.

We stayed at this hotel in Kyoto during our honeymoon with our 3-year-old daughter, in a Standard Double Room.
The room was beautiful, clean, modern, and well maintained.

This is one of my favorite hotels. The location is fantastic. The staff was wonderful. The rooms are spacious. The entire property is very clean.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with a few very small personal detractors.
The pros:
Staff friendliness.
Location. Right in the heart of Kyoto, close to shops, transport and food.
Price.

There are so many positive things to saw about the Hotel Mitsui. First of all the staff and service are impeccable.

The Hotel Mitsui is my ideal hotel in almost every sense. The staff here are absolutely charming, thoughtful, and intelligent.

Superb resort hotel located just a short walk from the beach! Just an absolute experience the moment you walk through the doors and curved corridor before getting to front desk and the rooms.

Loved the location and proximity to the beach. Amazing breakfast and complimentary drinks and snacks late afternoon/early evening.
The rooms were small (but bigger than other rooms we had in Japan).

Our stay at Breath Hotel was simply amazing from the moment we arrived.

I’ve stayed in some of the nicest 5 star hotels in the world, and none of them can compare to 10-star experience of Breath Hotel. The moment I stepped in, it felt like a breath of fresh air.

There is no possible way this should be a 4 star hotel…everything about this place is PERFECT! 10/10. The staff are so friendly and cater to your every need.

It’s a good hotel overall, with friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the rooms are surprisingly small.

We stayed for three days and overall had a pleasant experience.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for one night before embarking on our cruise. We chose it based on excellent reviews and also its location.
From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent.

Great value for the price. The rooms and common areas are stylish and very clean. Service is excellent. And the breakfast is totally worth it. One of the best salad bars I've ever seen.

The hotel is definitely clean and the waiting area is big. The staff is attentive and the lift is consider quite fast as well.

I was in room 308 from 7/21 until 7/24 and was lucky enough to get to chat with the lady that cleaned our room. I unfortunately didn’t manage to catch her name.

We stayed in connecting rooms, which was perfect for our family of four. The hotel is modern with comfortable Western-style rooms, and the beds were hands down the best we had on the entire trip.

Starting by the location of this cute little boutique hotel, walking distance to the imperial palace and not far from train station.

Lovely boutique hotel, wonderful and welcoming staff, very stylish rooms which are unique with a wow factor, fabulous breakfasts both japanese and western. Beats the standard more anonymous hotels.

Few meters away from Kawasaki Station, this is a perfect stay with perfect amenities. Dormy Inn has its own natural hot spring onsen, spacious and large on its 15th floor.

This was our second stay in a Dormy Inn and my wife and I just love this hotel chain.
They always have an onsen (public bath) on the roof.

We love our experience during our stay. The service was exceptional, staff was so friendly and nice. We had teppanyaki for dinner, the food was cooked in front of us. All the ingredients was so fresh.

Incredible stay! From the moment I began communication via email with the team at Fufu Hakone everything was seamless.

This is a grand old hotel that overlooks Lake Ashi in Hakone. It's very traditional and has an old fashioned feel like you've been transported back in time.

Had an awesome stay here! The service overall was fantastic, and the staff were super patient and attentive with all our questions as foreigners. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Mr. Wang.

Incredible service from the staff here, they are a lovely and professional group who made the stay easy and enjoyable.

Great place to stay at. Recommend to travel with your car (rental Car), but still they offer free shuttle to the train station.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Its in a quiet neighborhood so its quite surprising to walk past the entrance curtains into nice lobby.
Rooms are spacious for Japan.

We had a pleasant stay, with a room that was clean and spacious, even though there wasn’t much of a view.

Really great stay. The rooms are a good size, everything is spotless and clean, Wifi works well, location is convenient, and the service is really impeccable.

This is a very convenient hotel because it's within a stone's throw of Pontocho Alley with its myriad restaurants and bars, and right beside the subway, so you can reach anywhere in Kyoto quickly and

Best hotel so far in our Japan trip. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is polished and clean. The location in Kyoto is perfect.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with great service. Our room was small but worked for our family of 4. Nice, big tub. We added daily breakfast and it was a treat.

Great modernised ryokan right in front of the subway. Very convenient! Luggage storage services also available, which is a huge plus.

The hotel is very central. The area feels safe and lively. We wanted to have a more authentic experience so decided to stay here. The rooms are big and clean. Definitely have a lot of charm.

We had a great stay here, the rooms are excellent and the staff are super too. Would stay here again if we went back to Kyoto. Thank you ☺️

There were a lot of good hotel options in Kyoto but I’m so glad we stayed here.

ROKU is a very good hotel, but after staying at several luxury resorts in Kyoto, we found the overall experience somewhat ordinary for an LXR property.

ROKU KYOTO completely exceeded my expectations. Visiting during the low season was a stroke of luck, giving the entire stay a highly exclusive, private feel.
