Fantastic location, rooms are older but well maintained.

My wife and I stayed at the Yokohama Bay Hotel on a pre-cruise stay-over before joining our ship for a Japanese cruise.

We stayed here with our three children and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, even inviting us to take photos for the hotel’s guest wall.

Very clean and spacious rooms. In a quiet part of Kyoto.

On this Japan trip we stayed in Kyoto. I spent a long time choosing a hotel, and eventually decided on Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Sanjo Premier.

Truly worth a stay here if you visit Hakone. There's 2 bus stops right outside the hotel, the staff are professional, they spoke both fluent English and Chinese, and were very accommodating.

Make sure to check in early if you want to book a private onsen. They have three, only the big one accommodates three people or more, the other two just two.

Hotel The Mitsui Kyoto is simply one of the most extraordinary hotels I have ever experienced.

I stayed at this extraordinary property last month while traveling through Japan for the first time. The experience exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Felt like a dream!

The room is clean and neat. The location is very good as well, 3 mins to bus station that bring you to most of the famous place in kyoto.

Our short stay here was really great. There is a convenient shuttle to the train station after 10am or you can walk 15 minutes.

Great place to stay at. Recommend to travel with your car (rental Car), but still they offer free shuttle to the train station.

I can't express in words what an enjoyable time we've had at the Hyatt Regency Hakone! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of pure relaxation and luxury.

Located just three minutes’ walk from Togendai Station via its private passage, the hotel’s location is genuinely unbeatable.

We love our experience during our stay. The service was exceptional, staff was so friendly and nice. We had teppanyaki for dinner, the food was cooked in front of us. All the ingredients was so fresh.

The hotel was a nice hotel in Kyoto. It is close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and comfortable for the three of us. The best perk is the lounge and bath.

Absolutely the best. The hotel food change daily, so you won't feel boring, you have free drink from 2100hrs to 2300hrs, drink it during or after your onsen.

Amazing! This place was founded by a restaurant group and so it’s no surprise the included half board breakfast and dinner were Michelin level multi course meals that blew me away.

Absolutely amazing experience at Hiramatsu Resort Sengokuhara! The serene surroundings and breathtaking views of Mount Fuji made for a perfect getaway outside Tokyo.

There is no possible way this should be a 4 star hotel…everything about this place is PERFECT! 10/10. The staff are so friendly and cater to your every need.

It’s a good hotel overall, with friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the rooms are surprisingly small.

InterContinental Pier 8 is an absolutely beautiful hotel located right along the harbor.

This is a rather new hotel compare to its peer, Intercontinental Grand Yokohama, which is a 5min walk away along the bay area.

Amazing place. All the staff are incredible! The rooms were lovely but a bit pricey. Breakfast was very good.
We had dinner here one night.

We spent three nights at Fujiya Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. Our room was spacious and had its own private onsen bath with natural hot spring water.

I would highly recommend this hotel for the outstanding level of care and support I received during my stay in Kyoto.

Booked the suite (with a small private garden) and it was amazing.
The suite was very spacious with a long couch, a bath and shower, a separate toilet, a separate closet section for clothing and bags.

A really good stay at Intergate in Kyoto!
Small but functional room, with all amenities to be picked up at the reception (even cleansers + facial creams etc).

Very pleasant experience at Hotel Integrate, the staff were great and very helpful. There is a lounge area that offers drinks and snacks across different times throughout the day which is nice.
